Best mechanic shop Ive ever been to! Before I found CK, I hated walking into a mechanic. Ive always felt like they just see someone who doesnt have a clue that they can take advantage of & make a few bucks off of. CK is the complete opposite. They are just incredibly kind people. They always take the time to fit me in when I call, and get back to me as quickly as possible. & never once have they tried to get me to pay for something unnecessary. Amazing customer service, and complete honesty. I appreciate them so much, and will never take my car anywhere else!

I don’t feel comfortable at new places or with new people but these guys made it easy. They were personable and genuine. You can tell from the start. They hold conversation, which shows they are personable and not just about the dollar bill. I have found my new mechanic in town. I’m also a young woman and for the first time, I didn’t feel like a mechanic was taking advantage of that.! If you need a friendly and flexible mechanic, this is the place.

Customer service was excellent. Dean was very professional and guided me down the right paths with my Lexus. Bought it with issues and drove home with a brand new car! My air conditioning went out and I took it to Pep Boys for a diagnostic and they quoted me $1,400. I contacted Dean and he checked it out and fixed it for $174. I will now take my car there for any other service. Im so thankful and will recommend CK Family Car Care to everyone.

I dont love when Im getting my car serviced in the middle of the day and nobody will answer the phone. Most people need there car to do business. To be fair they did say EOD but I need answers/update

Hands down the best place I have ever taken my car. They are friendly, honest, and have great prices. I will never take my car anywhere else. They were honest that I didnt really need to replace a part even though it was making a slight noise, and he told me the $500 was not worth it. I also was quoted $1000 at another place and ck told me it would only be $200! So nice to have a car place that cares about the customers!

I was impress with there speedy service along with their excellent customer service. They quickly identified the issue, within three hours I was out the door. I go to this location for all my car issues. Check them out.

The workers at CK Family Car Care are wonderful. Very friendly, and they do what they can to get you the best price. I even needed a new oil cap that would have cost me much more had they ordered it, so instead they called up another place and got it ordered for me. Cost me less than half what it would have otherwise. If you want honest, qualified, friendly people working on your car, this is a pretty great place. Will definitely be returning!

For years I have searched for a shop I can trust, and Ive finally found my home at CK.The guys at CK are fast, reliable, and friendly. Doug (service manager) does a great job taking care of customers, and Nate and J-Rod (techs) do excellent work. To top it all, their rates are very fair. CK is the best place by far to take your car for repairs. All the staff are great. Nathan and crew are very honest and have fair prices. The work they do is quality and will never try to sell you something you dont need like many other garages. I will only take my cars to CK.

Wonderful! Went there for breakpads and rotors and they had me ready to go in no time! And it was a reasonable price. Very friendly...thats definitely a plus. Ill definitely go there again.

Always there when I need a repair. Even when Doug tells me they are slammed today but go a head and bring it over. They do an amazing job and are very trust worthy. Now my whole family brings their cars here to because of the great work and prices.

I had a quote from a major chain and had a bad vibe from the mechanic and so I hit the online yard sale groups on Facebook to get garage recommendations. Four different people told me to go to CK. So, I sent an email telling them about what the major chain said was wrong. I dealt with Doug and he tried to find me the best deal possible and was honest in that one of the things the other guys said was wrong (a nearly 400 repair) was not. The repairs were done quick and Doug was very polite and spelled out the options to me very well. When I went into pick up my car the gentleman I settled up with was personable and funny. I would recommend to anyone who values family and honesty. This single special needs mom appreciates the money I saved by going with you instead of the major chain. Car is driving as if it was never damaged.
