Brought my vehicle in for repairs and the staff worked me right in. Very detailed on informing me of the repairs needed and gave me options. The work was done quickly and properly. And I couldn’t be happier. Was also happy that when the job was completed the bill was less than quoted. That shows great honesty to me!

They did my brakes and wheel alignment for my car. They offered a great price for both and used quality parts, which I appreciated! They got it done in a timely manner also. Will be back and I defiantly recommend!

I took my car in to get my window fixed. I got a call from them letting me know that it was done. 20 minutes later I get a call back saying that they are closing early (in 10 minutes) and that the best they can do is leave my keys in my car and leave it unlocked. I took it back because the window was not fixed and they told me that it was something else and it would cost to fix it. Not only does the window not work but the light in my car stays on because it doesn’t think that the door is locked. It also doesn’t beep when I lock most of the time. They completely messed the wiring in my door up. Would not recommend. I won’t be back.

Scheduled me for 3:00, I drove 25 minutes and walked in and they said what are you doing here. I was going on what the very rude lady told me. As everybody just stood around chatting the owner told me they do nothing at 3:00 and I was out of luck. I was selling this car the next day and he said that the wabble in my steering shouldnt affect me selling it,, Absolutely never go back and give them any business. The lady in front that I spoke to on the phone was rude, and the owner Bill simply didnt care.

I had a minor issue at a tire shop where they werent able to remove one of my wheels. Woodman Automotive took care of it in 40 minutes and didnt charge me. I was very appreciative especially because I was already paying a lot to the tire shop. Will definitely be back

Always a great experience from this place. The woman at the counter is very inviting, and the people in the shop know what they are doing. They wont pull your leg saying this and that needs done to make an extra buck. I have been coming here for the past 3 years

I went into the shop at Woodman Automotive today to get a front end alignment. I was told over the phone the price would be $94.00 plus tax when I made the appointment. 30 minutes after arriving I was informed that they couldn’t do an alignment because I had two bad ball joints and two bad tie Rod ends. I was quoted $900.00 and some change for two ball joint and two tie Rod ends. I informed them that I would install the parts myself and bring it back for an alignment. I was given a bill for $121.00 for diagnosing. I was curious how that amount was arrived at since I was told a alignment was $94.00 and took one hour. Since my truck was in shop for less than 30 mins I figured it would be cheaper. Upon arriving home I checked the vehicle out throughly as I have worked as a mechanic most of my adult life but do not have an alignment rack. After inspecting I found 0 bad ball joints and 1 tie Rod ends that is in the beginning stage of going bad. I am very disappointed that a company would lie to a customer just to try and get more money. Obviously I will not be a repeat customer.

I broke down in Ohio on my way to a travel nurse contract. Both of the owners were extremely helpful and took a personal interest in helping me get back on the road and had my axel fixed in less than 24 hours. Would highly recommend to anyone. I came in yesterday thinking I needed to have most of my e haunt system replaced and after they took a quick look at it, they assured me they could make it work much quicker and cheaper. I came in this morning and was in and out in about half an hour and was amazed at the quality of work and professionalism. Will definitely be recommending these guys in the future!

Tried to charge 600$ to fully replace a seat belt, I think thats a little pricey. Theres only 30 reviews here but dont let that fool you. I got my seat fixed for 250$, which was okay, but at the same time as I walked into the place the clerks station had papers everywhere and she couldnt even find my information. Oh I have it right here after taking 5 minutes to look through piles of papers. Not really recommended.

I originally brought in my PT cruiser to have the starter replaced. we knew it needed brakes and more likely than not were going to have that done there as well. The mechanic took a look at it and discovered there was a lot more wrong with that car than we originally thought. Rather than sugarcoat it and try to get money out of me, they were honest. I will for sure going back to them in the future. Though hopefully not too soon. 😁

Fixed a cross-threaded lugnut the sheared off the stud. Bill and his team had the part ordered by the time I arrived and I was out the door in about half an hour - all at a more than reasonable price. Id definitely recommend Woodman Automotive.

I called with a problem, they got me in timely and fixed the problem AND helped me understand more about how to take good care of my vehicle...Also learned they work on performance (racing) vehicles so passed their name on to my racing friend...

The guys at Woodman Automotive are great. They do the work quickly and have reasonable prices. They dont try to gouge you and sell you on a bunch of stuff you dont need.I took my 02 Pontiac Grand Prix in with an electrical problem. The traced down the problem and had it fixed within an hour.I already knew my car has other mechanical issue and I will be returning to them to have more work done. Im glad I found a respectable mechanic. Its hard in this day and age.

This place is BOGUS!!! I took a chance on these folks just for them to screw me over... Im convinced he knew he cracked 4 of my spark plugs, just for him to say other things was wrong with my truck so I could keep bringing it back for them to keep getting more money out of me

Bill and Cathy are great. I have a 2007 Cadillac Escalade that has a lot of hard miles on it. Two mechanics had looked at it and missed totally on their assessment of my front end issues. Was stranded on the side of the road at the beginning of a holiday weekend. Had my car towed to Woodman Automotive where they took care of it first thing Monday. They easily could have taken advantage of a stranded out-of-towner, but instead, they fixed it quickly and affordably. They have earned my business whenever I am in Dayton!!!
