This place takes advantage of women with little mechanical knowledge. Thank God for another real certified mechanic finding the issue because this auto shop put my mothers life at risk!!! Do not use!! They didn’t correct what they admitted they didn’t do.. despite being overly paid for the service! If you do use them— I’d suggest hoisting up your vehicle to confirm the job was done correctly afterwards!! Don’t put your life in their hands!

If you need to save every Penny you can, go elsewhere. If you want a great job done by friendly people, go here. They aren’t outrageously expensive but they’re not the cheapest. They’ve always done right by me. Ben is wonderful and has helped solve some tough issues I’ve had. They’ve gotten me in last minute when I’ve had issues as well. I had a sensor recently go out. Got charged to clean it out and they had it working. Go figure I drive the car 5 minutes down the road and it’s going off again. Go back and they take care of it right away and don’t keep charging you. They stand behind their work and will make it right. I will continue to drive a ways to come and let them perform services I can’t do myself. Spend the extra and go, you’ll get your car fixed right. They’ll have your back in getting it fixed.

My car had multiple issues and Ben was great at communicating with me daily and great at explaining things. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or lied to. We have had our car in for two different problems. Tim was very professional and nice. He took the liberty we try of calling our warranty company to see if our air conditioner was covered thank God it was. They got the part and arranged everything with warranty. Absolutely amazing service, especially from Tim. I live in Nashville and was visiting in Ohio when my car broke down. Luckily I was able to borrow a car to drive home. Centerville Service Center was an approved center of my extended warranty so I had the car towed there. The problem with the car was the same problem the dealership (in Tennessee) had just fixed 3 months, 2,000 miles ago. Tim was the middle man between the dealership and myself. The dealership did not want to pay for it even though they had just supposedly fixed the same problem a very short time ago. Instead of telling me theres nothing he can do they took the car apart, sent pictures and was able to get them to pay for it since they didnt do it the first time. Im in Tennessee and he was able to deal with all of that and get a new clutch in my car in 3 days! I can not thank you enough!

I felt I needed to leave a review because this service center went above and beyond in a way that I dont think many centers would have. Dropped my car off the night before and for different reasons they were not able to get to may car the next day as they had planned. Steve (I believe his name was) stayed after hours, fixed the problem I brought it in for AND charged me nothing to do it! I am blown away by his generosity, but also by his integrity to admit they had not delivered the service they promised and to stand behind it no matter what the cost to them. I would have recommended them before this happened, but now I will be bragging about my Service Center to others.

I really appreciated my first experience at Centerville Service Center. I took my car there because I was having issues with something rattling underneath, especially when idling. CSC diagnosed the problem as a loose oil pan and fixed it at no charge. Ill definitely be back when I need service in the future.

Inspected and repaired my daughters car prior to returning to college; discovered an emerging problem and fixed it inexpensively. Troubleshot my truck and provided honest options to fix a problem with the differential. Accepted my decision and completed the fix in a day. They fixed my car in a few hours the day of, and there was a problem with the car a few weeks later and they diagnosed the problem called me and since the problem was on something they had worked on the time before there was no charge. Every visit is an absolute wonderful and quality experience. A recent visit was for a check engine light problem. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the cost of the fix was covered within the diagnostic and troubleshooting fee. I didnt have to pay anything extra. Wow...cant ask for better service and people to deal with.On a different and more recent visit I waited for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything was done fast and professionally. I cant say enough about the guys at Centerville Service Center. I took my car to CSC for brake pads and rotors a few months ago due to the fact that they were $200 cheaper than the dealership. They did the brake work and also found that I had a loose tie rod. They took care of the tie rod issue and did the breaks for a far price. Come to find out the loose tie rod had been making the odd wobbly noise I had been hearing for almost 2 years. My car had been to the dealership countless times for oil changes, an alignment and tires over that time and they didnt catch it.Now there is no more wobbly noise and my car has a smooth ride again. A tie rod failure can be very dangerous so Im thankful it was figured out before we left on our 2,000 mile vacation.They get the job done right at a fair price. I will be taking my cars to Centerville Service Center from now on!
