Can I just say, those of you posting terrible reviews due to the Pharmacy and Store understaffed, why don’t you go apply there? They are always hiring. guess not easy to get a new applicants to deal with rude customers. I’m so sick people complaining about waiting, when everyone there is just trying their best to take care of everyone. They’re so understaffed. Give them a break, they are trying to do their best. Thank you all the Pharmacy staff! It’s a hard job dealing with the entitled people of this area that think the world has to bow down to you and your problems that you probably created yourself. Try and walk in their shoes before you pass judgement, but most importantly try to have patience, because they are trying to SERVE you the best they can with the resources they have. A great staff works here and they deserve your courtesy as much as you expect the same.
Pharmacy is amazing!!! We are headed out of town, needed to pick up a script and had our travel Covid tests scheduled for later in the day. We were early and the pharmacy did it all at once! THANK YOU!!!
Went in a did a photo order, I used to be a photo tech there. Do they not train the managers to cut the pictures for non 4X6 pics? I had some 4X4 and none of them cut so I assume he didnt even look at the pics to make sure the ribbon was good and was more focused on some concert happening in October...never got his name.
After horrible management issues at dry creek Walgreens, this one was so much friendlier and competent staff. Kindness to customers, no frustrating miscommunication, just nice.

Terrible services, try to reach a representative for 20 minutes and no one answer. I called 3 times and after over 20 minutes waiting and nothing.
Pharmacy has horrible customer service. Waiting at drive up for over 20 mins before even getting waited on. Then called after getting a text saying a problem with my insurance. Gentleman was very rude on the phone.
The customer service at this Walgreens was unbeatable! James was excellent. He went out of his way to make sure my photos were printed before closing time; whereas, other Walgreens I called said they couldnt help. His service made this Walgreens experience outstanding!
Great place to stock up on household supplies. Customer service is great. They are following all covid prevention steps. My only complaint is that they are always understaffed.

Some people who work at the pharmacy are so rude and I can not stand it anymore. Stay away from this pharmacy. Unbelievable how rude people can be.
I wouldnt even put one star but I had to. The pharmacy works outside the law. They are not doctors but behave as they are in their buerucratic ways. I travel 9 months out of the year. Lets just say my attorney is looking into the Colorado Revised statues for pharmaceutical law. Ive bought a car easier then dealing with these unreasonable employees. Horrible. Never again.
Legitimately the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. And I left one because the pharmacist got creepy with me on Facebook. They are flat out rude. They are not capable of doing anything in a timely manner. I am sitting in the pharmacy now, totally out of insulin (which is kind of important). I tried filling it at least a week ago, and they didnt fill it. My boyfriend picked the prescriptions up for me so I didnt think anything of it, figured he had our it in the fridge. Then this morning, when I dont have it in the fridge and pull up the app to look, there is nothing. So I submit a prescription request, and they dont both to tell me or call me to tell me that Im out of prescriptions. So now Im scrambling trying to get in touch with the doctors office and get it filled. And now she tells me to take a seat because she thinks shes out of it. Something like this happens every damn time I try to fill something. Worst. Pharmacy. Ever.
One of the store team members Marta went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for! I was seeking a specific item and she took the time to check their back stock and was able to find it making a Christmas present possible. I would highly recommend this Walgreens and their service!
Never EVER go to this Walgreens! It seems as though their corporate office is trying to run them out of business by not hiring workers. They’re always understaffed and even though one guy has said that they’re working on getting staffed, it NEVER happens. I’m always waiting way too long for my prescriptions and for the general checkout area as everyone seems to be running around with a million things to do. They need to either hire more workers, or shut down permanently. The one cashier, his name is Sean I think, is really empathetic and sympathetic with my POV but I refuse to shop there until they get their stuff together and actually hire people.

If I could give a zero I would. They stated online that they had hand sanitizer [10ish quantity of the big ones], I waited an hour for them to open. When they opened, I looked around myself, couldnt find it. Im LITERALLY IN SCRUBS.Asked an associate named TERRI, she said its in the back but i am NOT GOING TO GET IT. its in a box and when i get to it Ill GET TO it. I would have figured since your an essential employee like myself [and literally wearing scrubs] she would be ever so kind just to get me one of those, ONE!!! Nope! This lady is older btw and vulnerable to thos virus that is going on,I hope the healthcare employee who takes care of her shows her the same the respect she shown me.
They dont even knowledge you in the drive thru. Just waited longer there than for my Dr. Then I was told it would be 20 minutes.
It takes 15 dollars for capturing and then printing 2 passport photos. But for this money they will not provide the digital copy of the photograph. Ridiculous. Walmart photos are half the cost...
Absolutely the WORST pharmacy to go to. I waited over an hour after having surgery only to return and they have yet to fill my prescription. Lack of professionalism and customer care.
Have been going here for years. Shirley is great as is most of the pharmacy team. However the one Asian lady in the pharmacy that speaks in a falsetto voice and wears glasses is incredibly rude and incompetent. Whenever I go there now I refuse to let her help me. I suggest you do the same.
Awful pharmacy. Worst I have ever been to. I have tried to get my prescriptions here multiple times and they either give me the wrong one or they never received it from the Dr. When picking up, they cant access my account and tell me I need to show them my insurance card.... seems silly considering I have been her 4 times before. One of the pharmacists speaks little English and it is hard to communicate with her. I prefer King Soopers pharmacy any day.
This is by far the absolute worst Walgreens I have ever been to, I went there to get a Fathers Day card with my two daughters, when I was ready to pay the cashier who didnt have her name tag visible does not even make eye contact with me and just simply grabs and scans the card, at the same time I smiled at her and said HELLO... which I didnt not get a response back, she was staring at the register and dont say a word, when I saw the look on her face which was very unhappy I looked at my girls and smiled telling then I GUESS WE DONT GET A HELLO almost immediately she tells me (with out looking at me) in the most rude way possible WANT A BAG FOR THIS? I said yes please... after putting the card onthe counter she rolls her eyes and says again very rudely ARE YOU GOING TO PUT IN YOUR PHONE NUMBER ? By then I was already irritated by her attitude and said Well you are not telling me anything, I said hello and you didnt say hi back she replied WELL YOU DONT WANT TO PUT IN YOUR PHONE NUMBER I said you know what you are a very rude lady, she rolls her eyes a second time and then I said let me speak to the manager She takes away the card from my hand and pages the manager by then both of my daughters are scared and I said you have no clue of what Customer service is, I grabbed my purse and walked out... I could see the hatred in her eyes, she clearly dont like Hispanic people and thinks she can treat them like trash, after leaving the store in called and spoke to a manager LAURA who promised to take care of the issue... I am never going back there and if I could I would not give any stars... we are Hispanic but we are Americans and deserve the same treatment everyone gets, that lady is clearly RACIST!!!! 😡
It says in here that they close at 10 PM. I showed up at 9:30 PM. He waived at me from inside saying it closed.Time wasting. Update your damn hours.
From the EXTREMELY lazy and unenthusiastic woman working the front register to the UNBELIEVABLY RUDE manager with the Russian (I believe) accent working the photo section, this Walgreens is HORRIBLE!!! Everyone that works here definitely hates their job and is incredibly unhelpful and actually confrontational. I will drive out of my way to another Walgreens just to avoid this location. Do yourself a favor...don’t use this place!
DO NOT USE THIS WALGREENS AS YOUR PHARMACY!!! I recently moved to the area and since I was using a different Walgreens for my pharmacy beforehand I figured I might as well switch to another one in the area. This was the closest one.The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Rebecca has a total attitude and made my experience with this location very unpleasant. No one seems to care about any of their customers. The customer service is a joke. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you want to get your prescriptions for the correct price and in a timely manner.
Sit at drive up window for 5 min while counter person is texting on phone at window. I ring bell he looks up and grabs a box and walks away. He comes back and asks if he can help me. 8 min process when I’m the only car and no one inside the store is in line. Then he tells me RX is not ready even though 2 hours ago I received a text stating “in progress”. This walgreens has the worst service and worst employee attitudes of any Walgreens.
They always have trouble filling precriptions. Cant seem to communicate with Dr. Offices. Wont call customer when prescription is ready or when it is delayed.I frequently use other Walgreens in other cities and do not have these issues.
Pharmcy tech Rebecca useless. Could not advise to go to a place that took my insurance. So out of pocket I paid for a prescription. Only to find out from my insurance I could of gone else where and it would of been $5, not $110. She was impatient and lack basic professionalism. Pharmacy manager was no help either after calling to advise on the situation. Really unfortunate that customer service had no place there.
The full time regular staff is beyind excellent but the issue is Walgreens policy of sending in floater staffs on too many days. I only go here. Looking at our local alternatives, King Soopers is worthless, Walmart a joke, and nothing else close by. The regular staff here is what a pharmacy is suppose to be.....
Asian lady in the pharmacy doesnt speak English and cant do her job because of it. I had my doctor call in a prescription twice and it never got filled. I will never go back.
Took 45 minutes to get prescription filled. Filled only one of the two we needed. Super frustrating having to wait that long for them to get it correct
