Why does sephora only sells boring cosmetics? I have some really great suggestions here for them as a company - COLORFUL PEN EYELINERS, seriously, just try selling those, youre gonna love the result. Not a great place if you like to look anything but a Kardashian when youre done with your make up.
Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. I spent waaaaayyyy too much but I got fun things. Especially my birthday gift!
Every one so helpful and they make ur experience very good..
Clean and well stocked store, everyone who works here has been super friendly and helpful.
Ran in to restock on some items and it was a bit hectic but the cashier I had- I believe their name was Quil- was so lovely and really helpful. Would definitely go again. Thank you!
I had an instacart order for pickup! The nice lady actually got everything for me! So amazing customer service! Ill be going back to shop for myself!
Nice people working, always very helpful. This place is always empty when I go here, not sure why. Ha ha. Every time I go I am the only customer in the store. But it makes the trip very quick.
Sephora doesn’t carry many products for men; but that’s ok because my dermatologist actually suggested I try other products, and it seems like the majority of moisturizes and cleansers can be universal and all that matters is that they help your skin condition. With that said, I do wish they offered samples for men, or had a wider gender neutral sample selection - sure I appreciate getting the free sample of lipstick or foundation; but its something Ill usually give out to someone who will actually use it. Overall, the staff has always been really helpful, willing to help, and very knowledgeable. Now I know what to grab when I stop by; but Ive experienced some awkward moments where one staff member suggests one product and another says itll likely irritate my skin and that I try another - personally, I do appreciate that staff members are willing to share their own experiences; but at the same time I do wish they were better trained to fully understand all the ingredients in the various products vs skin types. So all in all; Id give this Sephora store a 4/5 stars; however, Im only giving them 3/5 because of an incident I experienced lately. I stopped by with my dog, like Ive done pretty much every month for the last year. My dog is well trained and well behaved, and not a large breed; yet the manager (assuming she was the manager because of how she bossed the other employees around) yelled at me from the back of the store saying no dogs were allowed as she guided me towards the door and blabbed something about some license that they have that doesnt allow dogs in the store. I told her I knew what I was getting and she had another employee help me at the door as she suggested that I no longer visit and order online for store pickup in the future. Completely respect that and Im not going to argue to let me in with a dog; but I feel she could have been more polite, respectful, and discreet vs making me the focus point that everyone in the store stares at. The employee who helped me at the door was super nice, apologized (which there was no need for her to apologize), and explained that they cannot allow dogs in the store Thursday - Sunday because of a service license where people come in to see specialists. Again, this is a great store and the employees tend to be super nice and helpful; Im not giving them 3/5 because they wouldnt let me dog in - really because of the attitude it was dealt with. I didnt want to get into an argument with the manager; but I would suggest that Sephora actually post something at the door stating they dont allow pets on certain dates, and Id also suggest that they look in ADA and CO laws when it applies to service and emotional support dogs/animals since this manager didnt even bother to ask if it was a service dog; which I believe would legally trump their service license since they need to make accommodations for such situations. I would hope that Sephora doesnt think online ordering or helping people at the door is an accommodation, since that actually makes one feel unwelcome.
I just came in today the employee explained the rules to not sample anything and wear a mask so thank you for keeping everyone safe! I bought all my stuff online for pick up and it was fast within 1 or 2 hours for processing so thank you and milk was almost out but an employee went to double check for more primers and she found one so I got lucky and i got rare beauty which is amazing highly recommend! One blush is out of stock but 3 others are available but thankfully they are stocked more then other stores. Staff was awesome they said I was the 1st one to place a pick up. I DEFINITELY will come again it was a fast service and a amazing experience.
I absolutely love Sephora. They have many of the make up brands I use, have tried other brands through their recommendations and have not been disappointed. The return policy is good as well. Yet the stand out is the customer service of the workers in the store. They know the product and have been so personable - Leah at the Southglenn location gets top notch stars for her help. Your beauty dreams are just a store away.. What are you waiting for? 😘
Selena is amazing, she knows the products very well, and is very kind. I have visited this location over a dozen times and she has helped me almost every visit. The store is huge much bigger then Park Meadows and Cherry creek malls. Hopefully they will continue to expand their brand selection to match their mall locations.
Most products are for women, but they do have stuff for guys, like dry skin lotion. Every employee is knowledgeable. They are prompt in greeting you as you come in. Just wear your mask.Sephora has taken the 15 percent pledge. 15 percent of shelf space has been set aside for black owned businesses. Reason enough for to shop there. Guys have sisters, aunts, mothers.Christmas is coming soon. OK?
Had to run in & grab something quickly for someone who cannot go out. Was met with EXTREMELY RUDE sales person. The sales staff were more interested in standing around socializing than helping any customers. I asked one lady a question and not only was she was not helpful at all, she continued her convo w/her coworker. Could not get any help whatsoever from the multiple “women” who supposedly worked there. Not the first time either. This was my 3rd & last time to this store. The 2nd time I was there, I had a similar experience. One of the clerks/sales women looked like she had just rolled out of bed & the other one she was talking to seemed intoxicated or on *something*. Quite shameful they allow people like that to work there. Very poor management, in my opinion.
Sephora was good. The employee at the door clearly explained the rules. I went in, there were more sales girls than customers. Store was semi stocked. I found what i needed, spent $80 & left.It was a pretty easy shopping experience.
Went on Christmas Eve in 2020 and staff was super friendly and provided great recommendation.
Helpful, pleasant associates.
They are super kind and helpful!
Beautiful 😍
Update your google information. Your store says your open. Signs in the window say your are welcoming in store shopping again. Yet doors are locked an hour and a half before close.
Had to buy literally everything from the ground up, was using drug store makeup during the lockdown and everything they recommended works really well!
I went to the store yesterday, was initially greeted warmly and was asked to wait for a foundation color match. After 5-10 minutes of waiting as everyone else was busy the greeter decided to help me. She never took my old foundation off. After I told her the sample foundation scent is too strong and I asked for for another suggestion, she responded with this is the only one I know...I dont have oily skin. I waited for another 5 min for someone else to help me, finally went to check out my other products, no one ever came to check me out. I finally left all the products there and left the store!
The staff is always friendly and willing to help.
Great help in the store.
Really appreciate the caring staff!
A pretty good spot.
I’ve never had a bad experience walking into a Sephora, but this was my first time to this location and by far the most frustrating and degrading. I know times are tough right now and things have changed, but I didn’t think I would be rushed out. Granted, I walked in about an hour til close and I had a foundation that I wanted to exchange for another. I walked in knowing exactly what 3 foundations I wanted to try, and they didn’t carry any at this particular Sephora. I settled for KVD but color matching me was a pain. The girl helping me insisted we had the same skin tone, when in fact we did not, and she kept trying to convince me I was cool toned when I have been warm or neutral my entire life. I exchanged foundation three different times and they were about to close but I wasn’t happy and I wasn’t leaving without a foundation. She kept giving me tones that were darker and pink. She even swatched one of my foundation shades and put it next to the other and said they looked the same, when in fact THEY DID NOT. She tried mixing them together to make it blend and at this point I was so frustrated I wanted to just find my own shade. Again and again she kept insisting I was pink when I am most certainly yellow. I got fed up and chose a warm color that looked most like my other foundations that I’ve tried that matched, but didn’t sit right on my skin. I chose one and left. I got home and it was the perfect color. Sad that I knew more about matching my foundation than she did. Note: she wasn’t even wearing makeup.
Love this place!
Helpful although we are going thr a pandemic you guys rock
Great selection of product dangerous if you have a child with you. Did I mention a female child? LOL love this store
Celina was great. She took her time to help me pick out a matching foundation from different brands based on my skin tone and moisture level.
Love it and my birthday reward!
They never have my items in stock!! I still love their products tho!
The best location in the Denver area, super friendly staff and it wasn’t crowded at all even on a Friday evening!
Friendly, helpful staff. This store has a good selection.
I really wish I could review without giving any stars. Let me preface this with the fact I work retail too. I am a manager. I am at work by 330 in the morning and work anywhere from 10 to 14 hours a DAY. So, I stopped at this location to re-up on my normal beauty products (because its on my way home and the next closest Sephora is at Park Meadows) after I had been on the clock for 12 hours. Mind you that in my line of retail, its not imperative that I am looking pretty. I actually get quite messy.Anyway...wearing my black pants and black polo. No makeup. (Who wants to do a full face of makeup at 230 in the morning anyway), and a little grungy from cleaning my store. All I wanted to do was pick up my essentials and ask a few questions about a foundation I wanted to try.No greeting, even though I walked in and said hello. Which doesnt actually bother me if the employee is doing something. Got my necessities, was browsing the Fenty line. Stood there for a bit, made eye contact with an employee and started to say something. Completely blown off and I think it was because of my appearance.Still browsed a bit but could feel I was being watched. Couldnt shake it. So, I bought my essentials and left. No one came by once and asked if I was doing okay. If I needed help. But other women who were in there done up to the nines got all the customer service. Its appalling.I will probably shop online from now on or go to another location. If the Cherry Creek location wasnt such a pain to get to or in and out of, I would shop there because Park Meadows aint much better.
Too many Sephora girls but a great makeup store
Not my cup of tea.
They treat Transgender women as any other paying customer and I love them for that!
Workers here at like your going to steal and hover you like a helicopter and make you feel discriminated because Your just browsing trying to find a foundation match and the workers make you feel like you can’t even turn without a dirty look
I like sephora, I was grateful to have an experienced gal help me find what i was looking for and she seemed to know the products.
This place rocks and so do the employees!!! Theyre freakin awesome!!! Great selection and they have everything!!
I love this location!! For starters, I was never a big Sephora shopper until recently. Ulta has a much better rewards program, but their customer service left much to be desired and pushed me to Sephora. While I’ve been to other Sephora locations, inside of malls, this location has direct access making parking and going right in a breeze. All the ladies who have helped me with suggestions or product retrieval have been amazing. It’s never crowded. Very clean. And I always walk away pleased with my experience. I can’t say enough about the convenience and customer service at this location. I’m surprised it is not more busy whenever I stop in to get essentials or explore new options. So I am either lucky with the times I go in or it’s a hidden gem among Sephora locations. Either way, they can keep taking my money!
I went in because I wanted to buy a gift card for a friend. I made an appointment at another Sephora to have our makeup done and I wanted to pay for the $50 of product in order to get the makeover. It turns out the Sephora gift cards bought here dont work at Sephora and can only be used at JC Penney. Nobody told me that when I purchased the gift card and I found out when my friend paid for her own makeover on her birthday. Aweful service, I wont be back.
What a great place to find make up and facial lotions.
I bought Anastasia and created a 4 quad custom pallete for valentines day. I finally had luck with shopping for the day
I would not recommend this place to any human. The females here are unethical and unprofessional. One of these employees took my mini make up booking on Friday at 6.00PM for 04.27.2019 for my daughter. The makeup was required for a musical at 1.30PM and one of the ladies called me and told that my daughters name is not in the system and my daughter stood without any makeup for 15 minutes. I met with an accident and I sent my daughter 10 mints before the appointment as i initially thought the females who work here are ethical and professionals. The lady who answered transferred the call two more females and the final g=female told she will do a quick touch up as i was in the accident spot and was not having access to the email. These shrewd females spent 30 minutes recommending my daughter by products for $150 and go home and pally on her ow. I thought let me also use the correct rules on these UNETHICAL UNPROFESSIONAL LADIES and i asked my daughter to return the goods she bought. Then i rushed from the accident place to pick her up due to the incident these unprofessional unethical females created. Then when i was going more than 5 females with white make up looked like Halloween characters with dark red lipstick came to as what can i do for you? . Unknowinmg the gact I am the mother of the teengaer who they fooled and kept waitjingf for 50 mints saying Hello to others.Next I was helped last minute at the Lancome Cosmetic Store to do a full makeup at this difficult situation.Car accident picture is attached for everyones reference.I recommend Lancome stores at Macys in Streets of Southglenn instead of this place to anyone who wants a good beauty advice.PLS. REFRAIN FROM GOING HERE TO GET ANY BEAUTY WORK FROM THESE UNETHICAL UNPROFESSIONAL FEMALES.
I shop here weekly I love those store
