This is by far the best Bath & Body Works that I have shopped at here. I met with the new manager and she is really awesome.. I love their customer service and they are very helpful in what you are looking for to make you and your home smell really good Will be back for the semi-annual sale!

I love Bath and body works so many scents, candles and oil diffuser selections. They also have Mens sprays now that smell so delicious.

This location needs to update its hours online. They close at 7p, not 8p… bummer out of the way trip to a closed store.

Kudos to the staff working Wednesday night! I was greeted warmly and helped by every person working. Cleaning was happening all throughout the store, and the staff was cheery, friendly and very helpful. The woman standing near the front door in a red apron was accosted by a rude couple who had parked in a handicap spot and was asked by a security guard to move. The man complained loudly returning back into the store and the couple continued to be incredibly rude to the staff. I was worried I had parked in the wrong spot or that parking was paid for parking only so I asked a staff member if I needed to move, and she politely said no. The staff handled the negative comments very professionally and continued to help all guests in store with the same kindness and helpfulness. Everything I needed was on sale, and I walked out with more than I was looking for. I will be back!

Been in several times. Manager not very friendly when needed to exchange items. Will not go back to this location. Other ones are much nicer customer service wise

Their selection is pretty incredible. Wishing they had more eucalyptus tea related products like the soap and candle in the store like they do online. They have a ton of hand sanitizer and soaps to pick from and their sales are always amazing! Thanks for keeping Centennial safe, smelling pretty and sanitized! :)

My fiance accidentally parked in between 2 parking spots because the lanes in front of the store are faded. Security came in and told him to move our car without a ticket, being extremely nice and gracious. All of the staff started gossiping and staring at me while he was out of the store, making me feel insecure and unconfortable. The manager followed me around treating me like a criminal. Once we checked out our one item, she was extremely rude. I have been there a bunch of times but never again will I step foot in that store specifically. Staff was very unprofessional.

They always have sale and deals going on. Their fragrance are very nice too. My favorite is the stress relief with aromatherapy ones. That smells really good. A lot of my guy friends tell me this is a good place to fart, since no one can smell it 👀 other than that, i really like their lotions and hand cream! Usually the people are very nice too! :)

The staff in this store is sooooooo helpful, sweet and just makes your shopping experience so easy. They are really good with keeping the store clean and sanitized.

I was greeted with a cheerful hello upon walking into the store. Immediately, I was informed of all of the upcoming sales (yay!) and was given a free product coupon for my purchase that was already discounted. My dad LOVES your mens line of hair and body wash. I bought him 5. They are THAT good. He actually said he will only use this product from now on.

The staff is so friendly and helpful! I was the last customer in the store trying to grab a few things but they didnt rush me or make me feel bad. They helped me find what I needed and kept me laughing.

How could anyone say anything negative about bath and body works? Seriously, its like heaven for girls! This location has some great employees. I only go a few times a year to stock up so I have a ton of stuff to ring up. They are always pleasant and patient with me

I’ve always come to this store for the past year and, while this a great location. I’ve noticed a difference the past few months. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful. But lately they’ve been going above and beyond! I had forgotten my coupons at my house! I was going to leave and go home to grab them but the assistant manager not only put the 20% on my purchase but they also gave me my free item. I’ll be coming back to this store more often!

Can’t beat the sales! My daughter got me hooked. Cheaper than department store fragrances and smell just as good.

The customer service was poor I asked where the car fresheners were. And all the lady did was point to the general direction instead of going with me and making sure that I found what I was looking for. I felt like I was hugely inconveniencing her. I would have spent more money but I didnt feel like my business was wanted.

Bath & body works was pretty good and Dylan area they were very accommodating and they didnt hover over you like a lot of people do thinking people are stealing went and bought a few home items little pricey but definitely a good price for the area.
