I saw Melissa today for a wash and cut. Not only did she do an excellent job on my hair but she is a complete sweetheart! It’s so nice to feel so welcomed and have such a genuinely nice person enjoy her job and customers. I would highly recommend her.

Under new ownership AND management, this place shouldnt even be compared to what it once was - and some of the older reviews on here reflect. The staff is wonderful. They are accommodating and friendly, and have the experience and expertise to make your requests your new reality when it comes to hair! I hope this very positive 180* flip continues, as it was worth my 11 mile drive to get there! Kudos to the staff and manager for showing pride in what they do and care for their customers. It doesnt go unnoticed!

First off Im a black guy new to the area and was looking for a good barber I went into fantastic Sams unsure of my decision,but low and behold the staff not only greeted me but reassured me I would be fine. 15 min later I was totally took back at the wonderful job they had done on me! Not only will I be back but I can definitely say that fantastic Sams doesnt just cut hair they cut all types and all races. Thank fantastic Sams for making me feel comfortable in Colorado!!!!

Finally found the Best and Most Professional Stylist Kelly ! Phenomenal Hairstylist did a gorgeous haircut on our teenage girls. She was super knowledgeable and highly skilled. Im telling every one and well be back soon with more family.

I went into Fantastic Sams because I wanted to bleach my dyed black hair back to its natural color (blonde) for my sisters wedding. Ive been cutting and dyeing my own hair for years due to my fear of being touched, and Sabrina was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and safe, and after a lot of amazing work, she got my hair looking perfect! She went above and beyond, and even stayed late to make sure everything looked right. Ill never go anywhere else when I need my hair looking perfect!

Not sure why this isnt a higher rating. I was sent here by the owner after a bad experience and cut at another location. With really bad anxiety I was hesitant to sit back down. But I got blessed with my new angel Sabrina! She fixed what was incorrect, and I feel and look a million times better. Sabrina was kind, professional, and paid attention to detail. But most importantly she took her time! Highly recommended.

Sabrina was awesome: seriously the best hairstylist Ive had in at least a decade. She listened to what I wanted and was very diligent about giving me the exact cut I wanted. She was friendly, helpful, and I highly recommend her.

The cut was what l asked her to do! She listened to me and repeated what l stated and did a great cut! She was friendy and l enjoyed my stay in her chair. I will be going back to her!!

I have worked with Sandy for about 6-7 years. She has always carefully followed my requests. She does my hair about every six weeks. She is the best!

Super unhappy with my cut, and the blowout was terrible. I have curly hair so in order for me not to look like a frizz ball walking out I have to have more product, higher heat on the dryer, and a smaller round brush with a good hand. That wasnt even the most upsetting part though. I was running late so at the end they charged me 43$ for that, ( she said it was 45$ but charged me less cause she could even tell she didnt do a good job), anyway, I put in my card, it said transaction approved and went out really quick. On my way out the lady asked if I would like a receipt and I said no... now I looked at my bank transactions and it shows 66$ towards fantastic sams!!! Im extremely upset, and will be calling to speak to the manager.

January 2020 UPDATE: I took my daughter here (now 9) today. We had a WONDERFUL experience with David. He did my hair AND my daughters! Then when we sent pictures to my son he wanted color too, and he came over and got it done too! We couldnt be happier! So glad to be able to leave a better review than last year!!!2018: I booked an appointment for my 8-year old daughter 5 days in advance. This morning I called ahead to be confirm that I had the correct location (there are two that are very close to me). When I called they told me that they had double booked my daughters spot and would not be able to see her at that time. The sitter I had for my other child was already at our home, and my daughter was devastated to not get the special grown-up cut and color shed earned. The individual on the phone with me was also rather snippy, and essentially accused me of being unreasonable for being annoyed that they had screwed up. (I double checked with the sitter who was standing there listening to me on the phone - I was not rude, and in fact the sitter said they would have hung up on the salon way sooner than I did). The good news is, I was able to do a walk-in at the location on Broadway, and was THRILLED with the service there, not to mention how nice they were all around. So if you are in the area, go to the Samss on Broadway in Littleton - theyre great!

Got 2 of us in 15 minutes before closing and got good haircuts!

Needed to get my hair done really blonde, most places don’t ever get it the correct blonde I want but this place did! They exceeded my expectations, I absolutely love my hair!! Great customer service as well

Poor haircut, one side shorter than the other (bob), they didn’t put toner at the end after they bleached my hair. A comment of the hairstylist: “dark hair gives so much work!”.....(my hair is dark) why I’m paying you for?? terrible. I’m not planning on going back nor recommend this place. Mediocre to the core.

A woman named Carol completely butchered my hair here. I asked for an ombré style and she bleached the living hell out of my hair, and now %75 of my hair is destroyed. All the blonde in my hair is shredded and comes out in clumps daily. It didnt even blend from brown to blonde. She literally bleached my hair half and half, and the hair cut she gave me was garbage too.

Dont believe I will be back. Past few times I was completely ignored and feel like the customer service provided by a few employees was not authentic and needs assistance.

Got my hair done yesterday and the lady cut it way too short she said it would be at my collar bone but it’s just below my chin. Also left with my hair looking yellow not blonde. Extremely dissatisfied, my hair looks terrible down and I can barely put it up.

Beware, they close early. I called to check their hours before driving across town. They said to come on by and that they would be open. I arrive to find the door locked and the employee completely ignored me.
