Andy and his team helped to quickly fix an unfortunate issue (not any fault of theirs) that happened to my very recently new tires. They got my car in fast and worked hard to make sure I got it back asap and for the best possible price. Appreciate their hard work and honesty!

I walked in, explained what was wrong with my tire, and asked if they could also do an oil change. I was helped by a very nice lady, whose name I didnt quite catch, who let me know they could and would have it done today. I received a call a short time later saying they were done but I had an issue, I knew about but was told couldnt be done by another shop, and they could fix it so I ask them if I would still be able to get my car back the same day and they said yes. So, I also said yes. A little while later I get a call it was all done. The prices seemed very fair maybe even moreso and while I spent more then I meant to I also got something resolved that I thought I might have to buy new tires for. In conclusion, the service I received was great, I am happy with the work done, I am amazed at the expediency of said work. Overall great place, also they had a very cute dog.

Ive been coming to this store for about 5 or 6 yrs & even though I have a CO T&S closer to me Ill stick w/ this store since Ive always had good service & the cost is reasonable. Being an older, single woman I trust them & appreciate the reminders to come in for checkups.

Went in for an oil change and inspection. I was charged $111.57 and given a list of possible issues. Feels like I was taken advantage of, nothing conclusive was determined and not a single thing was fixed.

These guys provide amazing service at a great price in a timely manner.Edit: today is 3/14, I just had my car serviced again, and once again my car is running well, the service was amazing, and the price was right. Will definitely be back. Jasper is always a pleasure to work with in the office and makes each visit go smoothly as possible.

It may take a little longer to get your car. Its not real upscale. But they do very good work . More than fair prices. Never been lied to and never felt ripped off. Keep in mind all those extras at other places that get you a uber ride home and take videos of what wrong with your car. You pay for it by paying 3 to 4 times more. And probably fixing things that dont need fixing.

When I asked why my bill was $30 more than the last time the service advisor said that although the synthetic oil he used today was charged at the same price as last time, it was from a new supplier and doesnt meet the specifications of the previous brand so they have to add 2 different Wynns products costing an additional $30 to bring it up to the previous quality specs.This explanation doesnt make any sense for either quality or cost reasons.

The guys here have done my shocks, new gaskets, fixed A/C, new tires, oil changes and a bunch more that I cant remember. Quality work everytime! Friendly and knowledgeable.

We started coming here for oil changes as well as other overall car care a few years back and the staff and service is outstanding. They recently replaced the brakes on our Rav4 and had the car in and out on a Saturday with no issues or concerns. Highly recommend them.

Every time I have taken my car in they have been professional and always listen to my concerns. This last time i took my car in for an oil change and I asked them to check my brakes and maybe do a tuneup along with the oil change. They called before doing any of the extra things to let me know what they found and how much it would be. They have never tried to talk me into doing anything more than what I ask. They did let me know some things to watch for and what might need to be done in the future. My car is 14 years old and has over 100,000 miles so I expect it to need some maintenance. Being a woman I appreciate their respectfulness and their willingness to answer my questions. I value having someone I can trust.

This is the only place I trust to take my car and my wifes car. I had an old 2006 Audi A4 that I had a lot of problems with and the employees there always had the patience to explain what was wrong with my car and give me an honest pricing, telling me what was urgent and needed to be fixed right away and what could wait longer.I never felt I was overcharged for anything when I took my car there. CTS is a local independent auto service, I bought a set of B/F Goodrich Ultra High Performance tires for the Mazda6. The price was reasonable, tires warranty is 45k miles. 3 years of rotation, balancing, and flats. Better than the big chain outfits. Highly recommend them. I took the car in for tire rotation, they were done in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday afternoon!

I came here worried that I would be taken advantage of since I know absolutely nothing about cars. Once there I felt at ease. Staff is AMAZING! They greet you as soon as you walk in the door! I never felt like I was taken advantage of. I was told the things I needed fix and was also given a list of things the were recommended in the next 6 months. Never once did i feel like I was being forced to purchase anything that wasnt needed. The manager (Jasper) even showed me my brake pad and struts vs a new set to reassure me that the job was completely necessary. I am happy to say I will be coming back for ALL my future car needs! I got a set of tires from Colorado Tire and Service and they are not only great quality but the service I have gotten is amazing. I have picked up a couple of nails on the highway and I have been able to have my tires fixed and very quickly. I get my oil changed here as well and have had my brakes done too. This is a one stop shop for all automotive needs. Jason, Paul and Lance are so helpful and always give good advice and options for service. They have very competitive prices even compared to big box tire shops. They also know me on a first name basis and are always so friendly. The customer service and automotive service are both exceptional. I recommend them to everyone.

Come to this place first - save yourself time and money. Jasper and his crew are honest and knowledgable and will do the job right the first time. They dont magically find problems that dont exist and they will solve the ones that do efficiently and effectively. We have been in Colorado 3 years now and it took us 2 to find a good place. We wont go anywhere else now as long as we are here.

I had brought my vehicle to Colorado Tire because the brake screech was indicating they needed to be changed. Their mechanics confirmed there was a problem with the brakes that required not only pads but also rotors. I told them that the brakes had been replaced 12,000 miles prior. Rather than picking me off and replacing the brakes and rotors, either Lance or Paul (I do not recall which it was) told me that I should take the car back to the mechanic who has replaced them originally. Colorado Tire said they would have replaced them for only labor if they had installed the brakes originally. The mechanic who had replaced them originally did the same. I so appreciated the integrity shown by Colorado Tire on this transaction.After this, I brought the same vehicle in for a couple of small service items. I was very pleased. Then recently, we purchased tires. Their price was actually a couple of hundred dollars less than my usual tire provider. Once again, I left very pleased. Thanks Paul and Lance for the great service, professional in every respect.

After visiting a few tire shops in the area, CO Tire & Service is the best! Staff has been super friendly. They work with you to find the tire to fit your needs and price range, costs are extremely reasonable for both the tires and labor. They also accept used tires at the lowest price around for recycling which I appreciate when doing my own motorcycle tires. Highly recommended for tire service!

Great service! These guys are thorough, polite and friendly. I received an email with an breakdown as to what needs to be replaced, their suggestions and the health rating of different components of the car. In this email was pictures of the different fluids and pieces of the car that need to be replaced, they showed comparison pictures as a reference. It was incredible.Weve been looking for a great auto repair shop for my Subaru and my wifes Suburban. These guys do top notch work, theyre honest and reasonably priced (better than going to the dealership). You boys have earned a our business.Hope we dont have to see each other too often, but when we do, I know were getting taken care of!

Do not bring your car to this place. They have caused more problems and cost me more money to fix everything they messed up on my car. Their work left me stranded in the mountains. If you value your car or your safety do not have this place ever touch your car.

Colorado Tire and Service was recommended to us by friends. We had come in late one evening to get an estimate on any brake-work that we may need and were received kindly by Lance (despite coming in 5-10 minutes before close). He gave us a clear estimate and was extremely understanding, listened to our concerns and did not push any services on us. Often enough we have encountered pushy customer service but Lance gave one of the most comfortable customer interactions weve ever had! He made recommendations based on the situation and offered various solutions. We returned for a service the following weekend and had a great experience. Though we arrived a little late everything was completed with no issues. The check seemed be thorough (we were able to observe) and the information was then clearly conveyed to us afterwards. Lance explained the results and showed us while our car was still suspended. He reassured us that no work needed to be done and that if we suspect any issues or were worried about anything we were able to come in any time to get re-assessed. Likewise, while we waited we were able to ask Lance questions unrelated to our service (pertaining to other car repair needs) and he kindly and earnestly answered all the questions he could, as well as gave us needed advice. We had a great experience here and found the prices are comparable but often more modest than shops weve been to in the past. Overall, a wonderful experience, both in the work being done and the customer experience. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Probably the nicest mechanic Ive ever met.I dont know anything about cars, so I pretty much assume that Im going to be ripped off by absolutely any mechanic I go to. But not CO Tire & Service. The first two times I went in, they wouldnt even charge me. In all fairness, I had very minor problems that were solved pretty quickly. I had to insist on paying a very reasonable charge for my new car inspection my third time in (about $32 (what?? I know!!)). I even referred the gal who bought my old car to this place (Paul, specifically), and they didnt charge her a dime to inspect my beater.I will absolutely be back. They dont nickel and dime me, and they dont talk to me like Im an idiot. But they also help me understand exactly whats going on with my car. The Colorado Tire and Service staff will tell you if your car needs repair or approximately how long you have before buying the part you need; e.g. brakes, tires, etc. I do trust them. Friendly and very efficient. I had a nail in one of my tires and they had it fixed in about 20 minutes. In addition, they didnt charge me for it since it was my first time at their repair shop. They are always very upfront about what needs done and what can wait. They provide good estimates and are very through when inspecting vehicles. I would definitely recommend them.

Paul and Lance are both super helpful. So far prices have been reasonable and they really take the time to explain whats going on with your car. Paul will call you each step of the way to answer any questions and get your input on the process. I took my Jeep here to check a NO start No Crank issue I was having with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler for over a year now! I have taken my Jeep to another Garage and they charged me $33.00 to do a diagnostic check and found nothing after I tried to explain to the man that he could find the steps on U-Tube to check the problem he laughed at me and said he did not have time to do that... I explained this to Jasper and he said to leave the Jeep with them and they would check the issue at no charge, and I would just like to say thank you and I think what ever you did may have fixed the problem cause since I picked it up I have not had the No start No Crank problem.. Thank you for listening to me and taking the time to diagnose the problem. I will definitely return for service to my Jeep.

Wow. I cant even begin to state how much I like these guys. I had new wheels and tires put on at another place and after going back several times with balance issues, I decided to try these guys out. They were super knowledgeable and very honest and helpful. They balanced them and after I went back to them again because it still seemed off they spent most of the day Saturday investigation before coming to the conclusion the aftermarket wheels were the issue, they added no extra charge for that either! I found somewhere I feel I can trust and would recommend them to anyone!

I have had my car serviced here since they opened this location. They have been knowledgeable, fast, friendly, and most of all reasonably priced. If you want to know that you are in good hands this is the place to go. Everyone that I have encouraged to bring their vehicle here has had equally great service.

Had taken my vehicles in several times and sparked a relationship with Paul. Told him I like to workthrough one person who is familiar with my cars. He told me I could deal with him and to just let theother people know it’s me calling and he would get back with me. Last week I called three timesover a two day period and left a message each time. Finally this girl calls me back and says Paul’s“Too Busy” to return my call and asked if there was something she could do. Customer Serviceat its finest. Seriously, you couldn’t take two minutes and return a customers call !!!

These guys came highly recommended from Google and from my friends, and so I thought I would try them out last week. I was in the market for a new used card, and so in the interest of having someone check it out I wanted to take it to get it inspected by a repair shop I trust. I live in Colorado Springs and so I was not able to drive it all the way down to my normal shop as I bought the car in Denver. I brought them the 4Runner, they took a look at it, gave me an honest review of the vehicle and gave me the final confidence I needed to buy the car!Now, that being said, I didnt have them perform any actual car repair or service on the vehicle other than performing the standard vehicle diagnostic, so I cannot review on their reliability there. However, I think you can find plenty of other reviews here that speak to their prowess and reliability with auto repairs and service as well.Also, they are SUPER friendly, which is a nice topping on the cake. If you are looking for a reliable shop to bring your car, I would recommend these guys.

Not only was I tremendously pleased with their work, but also their genuine customer service. I could tell right away that they were not interested taking advantage of me and my lack of automotive knowledge, but instead, committed to making sure I was satisfied with my service. Shotty work you did on my breaks and neglect to tell me about my need for front tires- Problem is you let me pay for and drive off with an unsafe vehicle. The brake pedal was not right and had a bad clicking sound and stiff feel. I took the car back the next day and was told that it needs to be fixed. I am now able to make time to get it in to fix the bad brake job and was told by Jasper that I need to leave it there for 9 hours -all day -and arrange pay for my own shuttle! I have never had a shop not offer me a short suttle ride and pick up. If you would have fixed it right the 1st time I would not need to take the time to bring it back, pay for a ride, and all my wasted time -including revising this review.

I moved into the area in the fall and took my vehicle to the Centennial Colorado Tire and Service. I had suspension work done and replaced all four tires, as well as other smaller work. I am very happy with the quality of the work but also with their customer service. I was helped by both Lance and Paul on different occasions and they were both professional and great at explaining the work that needed to be done. I recommend this business!

I have a mini fleet of aging vehicles with two college aged boys who frequent the mountains on dusty, snowy, bumpy roads. My wife and dog also enjoy hiking in remote locations putting additional stress on our SUVs. As such, I was looking for a auto repair shop that was reasonably priced and provided adequate service. What I found at Colorado Tire and Service a few years ago was more than I had expected. I almost always find their repair costs to be less than others..especially dealerships. Jasper is so good at explaining my choices and I have never witnessed them doing unneeded repairs on aging vehicles. Not so with other repair shops who took me to the cleaners with my wife’s 2008 Toyota Highlander which turned out to be a bank account drainer. I highly recommend them for all your vehicle repairs and the coupons they provide on a frequent basis are icing on the cake.

I needed to get my squeeky brakes check out so I wanted to try out Colorado Tire. They are near my house and they just sent out some coupons. They took my pathfinder in right away. Paul called me with in 20 min. and explained what needed to fixed. He wasnt trying to sell me anything extra and I appreciate that. He fixed the brakes right away. Now I feel safer on the road with good brakes. Jason, the owner, was great to talk to. Keep up the good work fellows.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could . The manager Jasper, tried to upsell me and when I asked for my car back to take it for a second opinion he told me to wait outside. I saw this place online and decided to take my BMW in for an oil change. BMWs need a specific type of oil and its usually quite expensive. They took great care of me and it was the lowest price Ive found. I usually cant stand mechanics because theyre usually squeezing extra money out of you. I never felt that way with these guys. Great customer service and Ill be coming back .
