If youve never been to an IKEA before then youre missing out on the experience. This place has a large parking garage. This is great place to get home decorating ideas from. Lots of unique items not obtainable anywhere else. They even have two places to eat at inside the store. Great place and good prices.
Ill still give you 5 stars even though we got kicked out for fire alarm and didnt get to eat our 50$ of food from the food court. I wasnt sure if we could get a refund because we left after 40 minutes of waiting. We came back the next day. Always a fun place to walk around and find some good deals. Pretty clean. Very packed but it usually is.
If you havent been, you should go. Very inexpensive furniture, appliances and decor. Its not for everyone. Couches and chairs are made for miniature people, but otherwise decent quality
Great place to find great modern, affordable furniture and home items at great prices! Selection and stock on main items is great, but youll find new stuff every season. Great place for holiday decor! I love the place so much I now work for the company!
Always love ikea! They have a lot of stuff blocked off though so I feel like I didn’t get to see as much as I’m usually able to. They still have a lot and were busy. They had a lot of registers open which was great and everyone was very helpful.
IKEA has some really high quality and super cheap prices for furniture and other household items. We managed to come the day that an evacuation was in order and the fire alarms were going off throughout the whole building. All the staff managed the situation right away and got everyone outside via the emergency exit doors safely and quickly. Highly recommended for all ages. Love the showroom and the marketplace is great.
If I had a small child I would bring them here. Almost as good as Disney in keeping them entertained. IKEA, this is your chance to provide a new service. Parents will buy more if they knew their children were being entertained. 🤪IKEA is always an experience. Love the lighted arrows that keep you moving in the correct direction. Its a fun place, you will buy more than you think. Very creative ways of getting you to think; I need that!Am I going back? Heck Yes! But this time Im going in backwards, I think the snack options are better at checkout. Fun Times
This Ikea is always great. Its clean, well organized, and has an amazingly friendly staff any time Ive interacted with them. Theyve added a self checkout section and that ran very smoothly.
For years now I have dreaded going to this store. It literally gives me anxiety. It’s a massive winding show room, except the parts that are just a store.Don’t take your kids, the kids club is a joke, always full, and haven’t been useful in years. Kids get board in the place that looks like is designed to be a giant kids play maze.I’m the only person who doesn’t like their meatballs. I also don’t like cafeteria’s as an adult. But the food is cheap.,cheap I’m all meanings of the word.Products are Target quality. They had a lot of things. It’s possible to do almost all of the cosmetic stuff for your home hear but a lot of it is just weird.I feel like space saving designs they have would of been great fir college kids, in dorms, or people with small down town homes.Yet I end up in this store once a year. So I have to find something I liked. The carts are amazing. If I focus on just doing cool cart tricks I make it half way through the maze before everyone else starts to look at me like I’m crazy.
Be nice if mostly everything wasnt temporary unavailable. but most the staff and set up is pretty awesome.... would be cool if there was a play area for the baybay kids and that one guardian that clearly isnt shopping but mindlessly walking around huffing and puffing to keep occupied while actual shopper(window also) do their thing
Its Ikea... Having to register for a night stand that is less than three feet tall is a little bit crazy but overall seems like their inventory availability is reasonable.
Easy access parking, great selection of products, good pricing. Despite the 3 hour drive, this is our first stop for larger home goods...and we always end up adding some nice accent pieces to our cart too.
There is lots to find in this store, huge selection lots of picking and pulling your items. Plenty of parking. Debbi the cashier lady was fabulous very helpful she was informative. There were 2 ladies in the returns department area (heavy set ladies, one Caucasian, and the other African American)who were very rude not just to us, but even to the folks around us. Would say if youre having a bad day, we paying customers should not be your punching bag reason I am giving it a 3 star. Other than that lots of home goods items to choose from, and the home delivery service is very quick and easy to sign-up for.
Well, Saturday mornings are fun. Line to get in, super long check out. Saturday evening was a totally different story. Great store, fun to walk around, feel like its a place people go toget out of the house and do something inside. Anyway, had mostly what we needed/wanted. Somethings were low/out of stock. Chair and couch we bought were some of the last ones, so I guess we lucked out.
We got really good service. They were sold out of quite a bit. I don’t think it’s their fault. The customer service rep we got worked so hard to find a dresser for me- because everything I picked out was sold out. Turns out. I love the dresser!Also- love all the self check out!!
I love IKEA. I cant describe it. They have stunning showrooms that I could just live in. Everything is always clean and orderly. The lady at the checkout was very sweet and understanding when I had a problem. I want to buy everything from there. I love IKEA.
Idea is Ikea no matter were you go. A huge warehouse full of useful products for the house. And man things you dont think you need until you see it there and you want it. And of course you cant escape early...you need to pass through the entire store before you can check out!#@.
I love the many options for organizational solutions and furniture - especially for my daughter. Buying in the store is usually fun. This last trip we were required to have a “co-worker” create an order for us and pick it up at furniture pick-up. One of the major things we came for (2 of) wasn’t in stock. We were told to check back in 2 days for that. We went ahead with the rest of the order, but we got 2 of the wrong color and 2 extra things that weren’t part of our project. Very frustrating after having waited for over a half hour to collect them. I ordered the remaining parts online. Then I got to use the returns and click and claim processes which had long waits even in the middle of the afternoon. I’m keeping the wrong colored parts because assembly took a while and I’m jot dragging that huge thing back to the store. All in all - meh. My past experiences have been fantastic, so I’m likely to upgrade my star level after my irritation wears off in the future. We shall see…
Although the store is expansive and can get confusing to walk through, its well organized and fun to explore. There are inexpensive options as well as more moderate and high-end products. There are many color, size, and shape options for many many of their items, which makes it easy to personalize whatever youre looking for. The food is pleasant for its price as well.
They think of everything here! They sell unassembled furniture that you can mix and match to make the perfect piece for your home. The product, company, and ideas are great, this locations customer service could use a little work though. Everyone we dealt with just seemed to be avoiding all the customers and not happy to be there.
Found everything we needed for our new apartment. Never disappointing!
First time visiting ikea, loved it very much. A beautiful place to hangout and explore.Atmosphere and decor was really cool. Service was good .this place has large parking area.must visit their food court. I liked their veggie ball very much.lots of quality items. It is a great place to shop.
Lots of construction right now. Great selection and prices. I love to walk through the store and get ideas and exercise.
This Ikea is an Ikea. It has a maze of a layout, you buy stuff in white Ikea boxes, strap it to the roof of your station wagon with their free twine, and go home confused by the caricature manuals. Ikea seems to be having supply chain issues, with my last 4 visits to this location not having everything I was looking for, but I cant really blame this location or even the company for that.
Its so big. Almost got lost. Staff was friendly. Awesome!
Wow, amazing store!! Nice place to start furnishing your home!!
Like entering a wonderland of furniture! One suggestion is that they put all the pieces to build your own furniture together. But otherwise I had fun!
IKEA is great. Everyone loves IKEA. But do not waste your time with a delivery from this location. Whatever third-party company they use for deliveries is shady. They did not deliver all the items I ordered (even though they are paid for and in stock). After calling customer service, IKEA said they would not schedule a new delivery for the missing items because they were “already delivered,” which was obviously false and nonsensical. The delivery company itself was no help either, needless to say. And coincidentally, the most expensive items I ordered were the only ones not delivered… Pick up your purchases yourself or risk getting ripped off. Still love IKEA. Just beware of third-party contractors!
Its a very good place overall for not just furniture but food as well. The only problems I had was that it was extremely big and it got tiring after time and that you could get lost if you dont follow the guide in the elevator and other locations unknown to me.
Its an okay location. The staff isnt the best. Theyre not really all that helpful. There was a person cleaning the mens bathroom. There were 5 of us waiting on the family one. We let them know weve gotta go, but they took their sweet time. By the time the line finished and I left, they were still cleaning...Soda is really good though.
We went in needing cabinet help. Allison helped us and several minutes in I wanted to run. She speaks to you like you’re a child if you ask ANY questions. And boy don’t you make any kind of mistake because she will let you know in a dramatic way she is annoyed by you! I don’t know if she is always like this or if she was HANGRY!! The lines were a couple 100 people deep. I gotta say IKEA is my least favorite store to go into. The design of the building is stressful. The customer service is awful! And the lines are nuts. If I ever have to shop I will try & do it online. If I could give negative stars I would.
Fun store but it’s obviously set up so that you end up buying way more than you meant to.It was very difficult to find what I was looking for and it was nearly impossible to find someone to help you. That was extremely frustrating and as such I’ll probably stick to buying from their online platform.
Running lower than normal inventory, but I found it easier to find what I came for. They have added self check-out. Only reason I didnt give it 5 stsrs are the reduced hours (Fri -Sat-Sun).
This store is the same regardless of where you are. About once per every 2 years, I am drawn in, wander like a cow in the shoot following the arrows, and in this case ended up with the things I wanted plus some extras for less than $40. Not a bad way to be trapped.
They were out of most inventory, and the living room section was closed, which would have been nice to know before going. One of the elevators and the cart-escalator was also not working so getting out of the store was awful. I will not come back for several months to let them restock, fix the elevators and hopefully add some staff. Not a good experience, unfortunately
BTW! interesting shopping concept! beautiful kitchen & bathroom concepts. worth the drive wherever you are!
This is the only IKEA location in Colorado. Avoid coming here on the weekends: it is not worth the hassle to deal with people. Also, employees are extremely helpful and willing to find a product for you. Be aware if this is your first time at IKEA, expect to look around for at least 90 minutes; it is like a maze filled with affordable, good quality products. Most of the furniture requires assembly. They do deliver, however expect to pay. From what I heard, the swedish meatballs are delicious, and they come in frozen as well.
I didnt think I would like IKEA but I was pleasantly surprised. Tons of good home stuff at super low prices. The layout of the store was fun to navigate. I look forward to going to another IKEA soon.
Cant go wrong in here. Go in for one thing and come out with 20 things.
I love IKEA but I don’t know why they partner with North American Logistics. They are by far the worst delivery company I have EVER dealt with, and judging by their reviews it is clear that this is a common sentiment. It really reflects badly on IKEA.
While I do love IKEA, I have one major complaint that was a huge inconvenience when purchasing my armoire. Anything that could possibly fall over from kids climbing on it, now requires you to scan a QR code, go to a website, fill in personal information and give your email, all before you are even allowed into the location to pick up the item. It is a major complaint and such a pain. Its an unnecessary step that shouldnt have to be taken in order to purchase furniture! Yes, I know why they do it, but no other business requires such a restriction on a product. That is why it is only worth 4-stars.
Traveling through all the sections before the end is fun. Picking the items you want off the shelf isn’t as fun but then the check out tan was awesome!
A lot of the shelves seem to be empty. Its like that every time I go. Which is disappointing. But then again, its IKEA, and they do have fun stuff!
I have never been to an Ikea that didnt have anything I needed in stock. The workers are about as helpful as a rock just there with nothing to say to help. The employees in the customer service section are Karens that dont know what the hell theyre doing. How does one day have delivery service and the next your arguing with a Karen over how they cant deliver anything. Never coming back. Id give it negative stars if I could
I love their items, wish I could order online or a store close to me.
Always been able to meet any furniture related needs Ive had when thats been the purpose of my visit.Generally I have come here for food though and I am always satisfied with the quality, however I have been skimped on the quantity of some of the food items I have purchased - for instance not being given condiments which are supposed to come with certain items and not getting extra meatballs when I specifically requested them and paid for them.
The store was clean and well stocked. Food was fabulous. My only complaint was that for the size of the store while youre shopping there is only one restroom and I had to run for it.
Purchased two IDANÄS beds that should come with slats (according to the description on the IKEA website). the second package says 2(2) on it. So I, of course, think the slats are in one of the 2 packages. Turns out it is not. And the cashier does not take note of it either. I come home (90 min drive) and realize there are no slats. I chat with an agent who insist that I need to come to the store and that these can not be delivered. So IKEA clearly messed up, and expect me to spend 3 hours total driving to pick up the slats. In addition, one of the drawer fronts of my ERSNÄS sideboard was damaged, and the same agent insist I need to come down within a few days (cant even give me an exact timeframe) to prove this. Any other reputable furniture store would go the extra mile of delivering the slats and a replacement door. This is not my first bad experience with IKEA customer service. Step it up!!
Great deals but can be a little confusing at times. Overall a good exsperience every time. The food court in the middle is great
When there to get a bed plus some other things. Every thing was laid out and clear to follow if gotten lost. The service was very helpful into looking and explaining everything I asked. Plus got to eat their famous meatball. Was pretty good and had seconds. Must say, was a great shopping experience.
Truly horrible customer service. Not helpful in the least when it comes to returns, store credit, and pickups.
This is like a corn mazes cant find your way out designed to wheel you in, welcome to the 80s designers couldnt simplify it but they had to design so complicated to keep you in the store as much as they can,Kind of reminds me like Las Vegas casinos once youre in you can never find your way out.Never again bad design it probably took us about 20 minutes to find our way out
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.I took a picture of an item because it required employees attention instead of having locating for self- pickup. At the desk a guy prints out a ticket so I can pay and then pick up at the help desk. Noticed the $20 difference but cashier says I need to take it to return center. As if waiting for 40 minutes wasnt already bad, they couldnt refund me the difference because ilthr item was substituted for the one they didnt have it stock. If I were told about the substitution in the first place, I wouldnt have wasted 40 minutes in line.
Fun place. Great prices for beautiful stuff. Can walk for hours. Will try food next time.
The staff are always friendly. We find a lot of their furniture to be a good value. The build your own desk option is handy. We lost a few parts to a piece we purchased there, and the customer service rep gladly replace the hardware for free. Just know the place is packed on weekends.
How do they sell beds and not have slats available. Sure not everyone needs slats but full beds are generally for younger kids and low profiles are safer. Instead, we had to order online with a 2 weeks delivery date and here we are 4 days after delivery and no slats. My child has had no bed for 3 weeks. Poor customer service. Poor design. Low level common sense.
Always a fun stop when I am in denver. Less crowded In the middle of the week.
Each time we make the 1.5 hour trip here they are out of at least 1 part of a set of furniture, even though their website reads in stock. Always wind up leaving without anything
Love IKEA! We need one in New Mexico!!
Going to IKEA is like going to Disneyland. Im always kinda overstimulated by all the things to look at, but its all good. Ate Swedish meatballs and lingonberry sauce, and purchased five items. Customer service everywhere was great!
Awesome small space and unique European style home stuff (everything from appliances to toys). Great place
Now I know it is notorious for being huge rambling place deliberately designed to keep you lost and rambling endlessly trying to find an exit. Nice food court is about only good thing to be said about it. Wife threatened suicide if I try to take her back. Friend suffered panic attack during her visit. Avoid!
IKEA has changed a lot since COVID. Theres so much stuff out of stock now. But the store is still clean and fairly well-maintained.
Always a good visit. Always find something big or small. Great place for home furnishing ideas, and small businesses. Perfect for small space ideas too
I love browsing through stores, finding treasures. However, despite a cryptic map, I found myself in a twisted mess trying to navigate through the maze of ikea. At some point I had a mild panic attack, I felt lost most of the time. I over heard a young couple behind express their frustration with feeling lost and said they were going home and shop on Amazon. Yikes! The food was very tasty but slightly cold.If youre going to ikea for the first time wear comfortable shoes, and be prepared to stay for a bit. Figuring out the store is challenging but can be fun and a great source of exercise. I think I will order online next time.
This place is odd. Did my research. Went to pick up item . Shelves where blank . Web site says they have it store doesnt care and cant speak to a Manger.
Way too crowded, claustrophobic, they are not at all practicing social distancing. Faces half covered, people coughing, and sneezing. If y are trying to stay safe, I would not recommend coming here. Kids were running around like crazy touching everything, its impossible to get through her without being right next to someone else.
They need to have places for people to sit down and rest for a few minutes because the store is so big and floors are hard. Paper with product and description on each item to bring to get item. Most people dont have pen and paper own them. Last of all, signs are needed more for the elevators. I am partially handicapped and moving stairs going up to where I needed to be were not working.
How do you get out of this place. Like a maze. Exit signs appear to be for decorations. Along the European model, but not my style. Wonder if code enforcement did their job right. Need only one major issue and everyone can be named in a lawsuit...it has been posted...
I love to shop here. Doesnt take long to kill a good bit of time walking around in this store. Ive only been to a few across the country. So far this is the biggest one Ive found. We have bought many products from IKEA over the years and we will continue to shop here for years to come. Its also great to come spend a few hours shopping. Then sit down in the cafe and get a bite to eat and something to drink.
Always have a great time at Ikea. They have the coolest stuff around. Very reasonably priced.
A friend took me here for the first time and I love it. We had a great time looking at everything and making jokes. Tip: best place to get food on a budget.
I come for the meatballs and only the meatballs!! Definitely a great place even if you just need a good meal! I love their show rooms and their displays make you want to work harder for nice things
Be cautious with IKEA. I cancelled an online order and 7 days later I still do not have my money back. When I called customer service, they said it is still being processed and takes 7 to 14 business days. How ridiculous. They sure are quick to take your money but not in any hurry to give it back.
Great meatballs and Mac and 🧀. Kids wish the play place was open but that is life these days.
Staff in the showroom / mattress area are really rude and not helpful. Was basically told to figure it out on my own.... frustrated...
IKEA has to be experienced at some point. Very modern take on home furnishings with prices that really make it seem like a beautiful home is affordable. Absolutely recommend just to check out the room designs if anything.
Decent show floors but most of the pieces I liked were not in stock. Its hard to describe how frustrating it is to see a product in person, think I gotta have that, and then find out you cant. Especially when I bought a 10 dollar ticket just to ride the light rail to get there. The only thing I wanted to buy and was able to buy was lunch.
Ikea is great for many reasons, unfortunately due to Im assuming vender delays and material shortages Ikeas shelves are getting empty and I recently wasted 3hrs of my day driving to Ikea when their website mentioned they had inventory.
Great place to visit, but hard to live there. If I ever cant find my wife, Ill look here first.
I always get great help when I am there. The staff is very helpful when I need their help.
Always have had a great time at this ikea. Being the only ikea in Colorado, be prepared for them to be out of a good amount of items. Make sure to get the soft serve ice cream at the end and your journey will be complete.
Awesome IKEA—great selection. Great parking and always great stuff
