Went here today to buy an Apple product because the other locations haven’t started selling it yet. We asked the cashier to price match and he had to call his manager. The manager named Derick or Derek is a bad person and was trying to show off his authority in that store. He said he won’t price match it. Apparently he hasn’t heard of the site!! A site that has a thousands of reviews!! Best Buy at other locations always price match the products. We told him that other locations have no problems and that they try to help their customers in any way they could. This guy couldn’t even be bothered to help customers. He is just there to show he is in charge. The guy was a JERK!! I definitely do not recommend this location to anyone!!

Excellent Best Buy. The customer service is fantastic! Sarah in electronics was amazing. She knew her stuff, wasnt pushy at all, explained everything I needed to know about the product I was looking for, and didnt try to sell me something that she wanted me to buy, but instead something that I wanted and needed. I cannot give her enough praise. This is a great Best Buy.

Came in to price match a MacBook, but they refused. It was from Adorama (an authorized Apple retailer). But the manager Derek refused to price match because he had never heard of the site. He was very rude about the whole thing. Never had an issue before at other Best Buy locations (I am an Elite Plus Member).

I’ve been coming here for car electronics and installation on my R32 Skyline. Andre and Carlos are hands down the most trustworthy guys I’ve ever met in the auto industry. I’ll never let anyone else touch my car electronics. They’ve rebuilt my exterior lighting from the ground up to pass Colorado State Patrol vehicle inspections, added clear sound with a modern interface to the car for music enjoyment, an up to date security system with remote locks for ease of entry and convenience, as well as cleaned up all my electronics and wiring. I can’t say enough good things about these two and will keep going to them as long as they take work.

Best Buy is Best Buy, electronics store with technical products for sale. This story was interesting, it was completely empty. Theres about three customers in the whole store. Ive been to the store before when visiting Denver. The stock was pretty slim, perhaps are getting ready to close the store? Either way service was good and we were in and out of the store in 20 minutes.

I honestly cant say enough about the guys that did the stereo install in my daughters car. They were really organized, very friendly, so informative and also quick. DISHONORABLE in that they will not honor what their online support tells you. I chatted with an online agent about a price match guarantee that included a trade in value, and she told me BB would honor the match but I had to go to the store to get the item. Well, I wasted time driving to the store only to be told they would not honor the price match/trade in. So they just lost a customer.

Very helpful and courteous staff. I asked for a certain truck cb/radio and showed the employee a picture of it on my phone. He told me to get in the checkout line and that he would get the radio and bring it up to the register. That was awesome! I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Other retailers need to take note of that kind of customer assistance.

Dont get your screen protector installed here. They did a lousy job! The day I went while I was waiting for them to finish (because they took for ever) there was a lady that was going back because the problem with her computer had not been fixed in her first visit. The guy who brought my phone back had the decency to tell me they hadnt done it right and had to squeeze the bubbles out and that the squiggly lines all over my screen will go away in a couple of days. That was a straight up lie!! Im going to have to go to a diferent Best Buy to get it done right because I hate liars!!

I came here looking for noise-cancelling headphones to help with concussion recovery. Joey did a fantastic job walking me through many different models and making recommendations, and he even recommended I defer a purchase to check with my doctor first. I came back the next day with my doctor’s approval, but was bummed that the sale on my favorite pair of headphones had ended. Sarah picked up where Joey left off and honored the sale price anyway (which was significant!) and made sure I had everything I needed.Like many people, I came to Best Buy thinking I might try the equipment out then buy it elsewhere if cheaper; but the staff at this store was so good to me that I want to keep coming back.

The customer service at this best buy and honestly at most of them is horrific. First of all they never have enough employees working even when no one is in the store it is very hard to find someone willing to help. finally after someone helps you they act like you are an annoying nuisance. I have been in the store twice to buy a new TV and both times left because of how I was being treated. One guy actually started yelling at my mom for asking a few too many questions. It was unreal. Its no wonder their business has declined so much.

I have been a long time best buy customer. That ended today. The experience I had with the car audio installation department and the services manager was the worst customer experience I have had at any store, ever. They sold me the wrong equipment, scheduled an appointment to fix it the cancelled my appointment after I dropped off my car. No help just ill tempered Associates that have no clue how to treat a paying customer. Stay away stay far far away .

This was awesome experience! While I was in Target I googled these particular bluetooth headphones to see if they were cheaper anywhere else. Best Buy was selling them for a dollar cheaper (I skipped going to Best Buy initially because theyre always SO expensive). I was confounded, but we left Target and went there instead. Best Buy was selling the exact pair of headphones on the shelf for 30$ more expensive than the ad. When I showed the online ad to them they honored the cheaper listed price so that was fantastic. I wouldnt have known if I just went there first, so always check online first people!!

Best Buy customer service sold over 2,000 in gift cards to someone that had stolen my card. The person even had to make 5 transactions because the bank and best buys corporate policy have checks in place to stop identity theft. But whoever was at the register just kept running the card for the maximum denomination possible! And by the way, of course they dont offer returns or support in any form even if the fraudster was caught. This is why online stores are beating you: better security, customer service and more convenience rank in my top 3 and you get beat in each category.

Jack saved the day! We went in looking for specific connections for headsets and at first there was no one around to help us. Some of the employees were gathered in little groups not really showing any effort to be available. We had to go to customer service to ask for assistance. The gentleman that first helped us just pointed to the aisle where we could find the items. However we had lots of questions. Jack Saw we needed additional assistance and answered all our questions and provided great solutions. He is extremely knowledgeable and has provided great customer service!! Honestly if it wasnt for him I probably would have gave a two to three star.

I went to this store to have a sub and amp put into my car. When I picked up my car, due to poor workmanship the store had disconnected my airbags messed up the electrical wiring. This was $2316.27 in damages to my vehicle. I contacted the store and they said it was my fault. I had to pay this out of pocket and the store refused to do anything. When contacting corporate, they continuously hung up on me.I have a Best Buy credit card and will be closing the account because I will never buy from them again.

Shoppers please beware - Ive never endured such terrible customer service as I have with this Best Buy location, as well as from corporate.We bought a brand new LG refrigerator here with a full protection plan last year. On May 10th, it stopped working and we spent three weeks reaching out to Best Buy to get someone to come repair it. They determined it was the motherboard and finally replaced this part on July 21st (2.5 months later).During this time, we had to go purchase a secondary fridge in the middle of a pandemic.Our LG is now completely covered in black mold due to sitting so long not functioning. The reps at the store said this is our fault for leaving the doors closed and that we should have known. Since the motherboard is fixed, their job is done. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE. I highly recommend Lowes in town. Much better service. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, PLEASE.

Bought a new Iwatch6 from them, had a screen protector put on the watch with a bumper $29 dollars.and was told it was a lifetime warranty, on the screen protector, any problems with it just bring it back and They would put a new one on at no charge, it bubbled and was starting to fall off, took it back to have a new one put on and they told me I had a contact the maker pay more money...very disappointed ! I’ve bought thousands of dollars of electronics from them, iPhones etc in just the last few years. Got two pak of gorilla glass screen protectors with built in watch case bumpers for $8.99 on Amazon.Very disappointed in Best Buy‘s handling of the situation.

I’ve been going to this Best Buy for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. I think my only complaint would be that they don’t have as many enthusiast parts as I would like them to have, but that’s what Micro Center is for! Despite that, the customer service is great and there’s always enough staff so I can find what I need in a hurry. I also get the feeling that they typically have my best interests in mind, instead of just trying to make an extra buck off of me. It definitely helps to have a great neighborhood tech store like this, if they don’t have what I need in stock, I can always get it shipped to me!

Worst customer service yet purchased a game card for my son for Christmas on day 3 now of trying to figure out why the price of paper i bought says the download code is on the receipt yet the receipt says bestbuy would email it to me. Hr after hr on the phone with them for 3 days now and still only a 70 dollar peice of paper. The lack of customer service from big box store is tiresome now . They price match, any sale. Especially Amazon or other online retailers. However, their prices are so low, that for the last 5 items I bought at Best Buy, they average price match shaved less than $1.00 off the price. Their return policy is good, and when you opt for e-mailed receipts, they do not kill any trees! Low prices, good return policy, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. So, shop online, then go pick up stuff at Best Buy, so you can have the stuff on the same day!!
