He checked to see if it was under warranty and we said we bought the house 3 years ago, he researched and found the old home owners replaced and was under warranty. I have been a long-time customer. The technician was remarking that he could see I had 68 prior invoices! Remodel. New furnace/ac. Water heater. New toilets and fixtures. We called Bell for 2 plumbing repairs, 1 of which turned out to be more complicated than expected. We were lucky that our technician was Jay H.: he was able to quickly diagnose both issues and make recommendations for how to repair. For the more complex issue, Jay was able to think out of the box to come up with several different alternatives for us to consider. Ultimately Jay was able to fix the more complicated issue in a way that solved the problem but also didnt break the bank. Jay was great to work with: he was communicative, friendly and professional, and clearly knowledgeable in his field of expertise. We would absolutely use Bell again and would request Jay for any plumbing issues. Bells front office team was also very helpful and friendly when we initially contacted them, and was able to get us on their schedule within a week when other competing companies didnt have openings until 3 - 4 weeks later.

We recently moved into a house where the inspectors found a minor gas leak from an elbow joint coming from our boiler. We called Bell at the recommendation of the company who had installed the boiler originally but no longer worked on them. The technician who came was wonderful and explained everything to me. It did cost $650 for about 45 minutes which is why I’m giving 3 stars instead of 5. They did inform me of this cost prior to fixing the leak but unfortunately due to us needing to fix it fast, we did not have time to shop around for better prices so I accepted. Overall, they were very nice and quick but I don’t think we will use them for future jobs just due to the outrageous prices.

I had a water leak in roof swamp cooler and Shaun was my worker. Then a couple weeks later, another issue was of concern and I specifically asked for Shaun again. He is somewhat young but a very informative professional, who is explanatory to the (layperson) and doesnt talk at you or in a condescending way. He immediately ascertained what was the issue(s) both times and remedied them either by running to the store to get parts or having them available in the truck. Shaun is a great representative for the company but also takes personal accountability in how well he performs and details what he is going to do & then what he did, so I understand what happened, receiving a copy of the job done & what to expect. Bell has a great warranty program that didnt make me feel like I wasnt going to get follow-ups to my dilemma.

The entire experience was excellent. I called them on a Saturday morning and they were here over an hour before they originally said they could. The tech was super friendly and helpful. He clearly loves his job and had some great suggestions. Fairly priced and just easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

Matt replaced the P trap on my bathroom sink. It was probably fifty years old. Now it is looking, and working, better than ever. Ive been a Bell customer more than thirty years. So far, so good.Bell recently replaced the main drain lines for my home. Also great.In the past they replaced the furnace and changed all inside pipes to copper or PVC. The house is over 60 years old and Bell is helping keep it livable.

Tomas showed up on time and took the time to listen to me and what I thought about were the leak was coming from. He did an evaluation of the situation and wanted to double check the water line into the fridge. and sure enough, the leak was coming from solenoid, but the valve to turn off the water to the Fridge would not turn. He was able to replace that with a better valve and in addition, while he was here, he was able to fix our toilet with updated flushing system. Tomas was was excellent explained everything to me, offered to help me move the Fridge back and just took the time to care. I highly recommend Tomas and Bell Plumbing and Heating, and especially their membership it will save you money and you get the best customer service I have seen in a long time! I spent the $180 to get the service maintenance plan. After a significant investment I discovered its WAY cheaper to get the plan with Bell. Aaron came out today to do the annual inspection. He replaced filter and answered all of my questions on how to best keep my HVAC running well. Hes the A team ... professional, experienced and helpful.

Furnace blower motor went out and its the middle of summer so not having A/C was unacceptable. They had me fixed up and cooling off within 4 hours. Seemed a touch pricey honestly, but its hard to put a dollar figure on getting something taken care of quickly when you need it done. The guy that came out and dealt with it, Ryan Suarez, was really friendly and knowledgeable, so that was cool. Overall Id recommend for their service speed and efficiency, if not for the price.

Tech was great when he finally got here which is why three stars instead of 1. I called on Monday morning and the soonest they could come out was Tuesday. Tech never showed and no one called. When I called to check they said they’d reschedule us—for Thursday! Promised someone would text in advance but they called. Call did not come through and when I called back to check on status—1 minute after Bell called—I was put on indefinite hold. When I finally got through they had redeployed tech to another job. Felt like Kramer vs the cable guy

I think there are some things inherently frustrating about construction/remodels/contractors, but Bell is definitely the most organized company I have worked with.They arrived on time, did good work, and communicated really well with us. Anna and Eric were excellent on the planning and scheduling end of things, while Aaron, Alex, and Justin were friendly and clearly skilled at their crafts for all aspects of the remodel. Very thankful we choose them for our project and will certainly use them again.

He did everything he said he would do and in a very reasonable period of time. He cleaned up after he was finished. We were extremely pleased with his assessment and finished product. The toilet decided that that it wanted to be more than a DIY repair, leaving us without a working toilet. Another 24/7 company couldnt fit us in until Monday. Bell was available right away and didnt treat the situation as an emergency. Rustin arrived precisely when the dispatcher indicated, and was able to quickly fix the problem. Nick showed up and helped find the leaking pipe in our wall, replaced the pipe and cleaned up in a timely manner. He was friendly, courteous and very professional. Rustin J. from Bell Plumbing & Heating performed an exemplary installation of our new water heater on short notice (and on a Saturday!). He showed up about an hour after I contacted Bell about our 2008 era water heater that stopped working. Rustin examined it, restarted the pilot light and explained that it could fail again as the heater was the end of its design life. He provided a very competitive estimate for a replacement and was able to remove the old one and install the new one within three hours ! He was also very professional. Rustin patiently explained in detail what the installation would involve and he clearly knew what he was doing. We have tremendous peace of mind now that the new water heater is up and running. I’m kind of patting myself in the back that I contacted Bell Plumbing and Heating this morning on the chance that they could send someone out to look at it let alone replace it on a weekend. Mark and Josh came out and installed a new air conditioner unit and humidifier. They were very professional and very kind the entire time. After everything was finished they showed me in depth the work that was done with the new air conditioner, how to work the humidifier, how to change the filter, and what to look for if something might be wrong. They went above and beyond and in 100 degree heat I cant thank Bell enough for working so fast to fit us in their schedule and get an air conditioner installed as soon as possible. The Bell P&H team (Fred, Josh, Dado, Jordan, TJ, and Matt) installed a new evaporative cooler (aka swamp cooler) at my house. They were quick, efficient, courteous, professional, on-time, and willing and able to explain installation and maintenance details. They further went above and beyond the basic installation job-- one team member returned our emptied trash can from the curb (it just happened to be trash collection day during the installation), and everyone was careful that our pet dog was kept safe inside as they entered and left the property throughout the day. The new cooler works really well and I could not ask for better service.

Matt installed a hammer arrestor to help alleviate pipe hammering with our lawn sprinkler and dishwasher. Bell installed an new Boiler for Hot water heat system in my house.They were very professional. They kept a clean work area put down protection on the floors leading to the basement. I was kept apprised of work progress daily. At completion of the job a video was shot of the work completed and operation of the new boiler. The new boiler is whisper quiet and the house is very comfortable.I would recommend Bell for any plumbing work you may need

Got an estimate to replace the flush valve in my toilet for 422 dollars! So instead, I went to Home Depot and bought the kit for 14 dollars and easily installed it myself in 10 minutes. They were charging 263 dollars for the flush valve! Unbelievable.

Travis came out to evaluate my water heater leaking, and recommended replacing it, as well as a couple valves. He came the next morning to do the actual work, and was done in just a couple hours. He did a great job and Id gladly work with him again.

Extremely happy with our service from Bell! Brandon Stream came out due to a leak in our basement, along with our water dispenser on our fridge not working correctly. Brandon not only fixed the issue in an efficient manner, but was also professional, kind, and explained the issue in terms I could understand. On top of all of that, he wore a mask the whole time and wore paper booties over his work boots so he wouldnt track dirt in my house anywhere. Bell Plumbing disconnected an industrial sink and connected the new residential style sink plus a faucet and dishwasher. They were responsive with scheduling and the work was completed well.

The service man seemed nice and very apologetic about the overall cost (658.00 after discounts) to replace a 50.00 water pump and a 20.00 fan belt on a swamp cooler. Stating he doesnt control the pricing.. Some damage was done to the roofing shingles where the ladder was leaned up against the house however, the swamp cooler is working great now.

I bought a new wifi enabled thermostat from Amazon and wanted a professional to install it. The old thermostat was sometimes not making connection or turning on the AC when called for.
