Need tires...LOOK NO FURTHER!! By far, the best around. You might be buying a used tire but, you will be treated like a super VIP customer. Ryan and his crew are the definition of pros. I stopped in to replace two tires that were done to say the least and Ryan offered me an incredible deal on doing all 4. When I explained to him that I was on a tight budget until my next paycheck, he extended the offer to me based on my word I will be back for the other 2. I dont know of any other tire dealer that would do that. Like I said, if you need tires, look no further. They are the best in Iowa!!

Planned on spending a lot of money whith them Stopped in one day waited my turn asked for the availability and price of 4 new or used 18 M/T. tires($200+ea.) Said they would check and get back to me with prices. 2wks.went by no call I called them back and made the same request no reply. Long story long right, I did my own research (Google what your looking for) read the reviews pick the best tire for your needs. Then see the same product listed on tons of sites far cheaper (especially Walmart) but you give up buying local, and any in-store warranty, or rotation. At the moment my 4tires ordered through Walmart are 4 days past due for scheduled delivery. Better get while the getting is good, been hearing stories of a tire shortage just like many other goods and services are experiencing.

I went to this location for the first time 1/4/2021 and they replaced my tire quick. The staff was very pleasant to work with. They gave me a good price on my tire and a warranty. A week later I had a flat in the same time they replaced and I took it back. Ry did not give me any hassle and they found what was wrong and fixed it up for me and had me out the door. Such a great place! Friendly staff, great prices and if you have a problem they are right there to help you. I dropped in needing 4 tires. I knew it was a long shot, but they had all 4! Then to top it off they told me they could mount them for me too!! Had a small issue with one of the tires, but they went above and beyond to correct it. I am totally blown away by this business. I definitely will be a life long customer. Totally recommend.

I tried Arcadia when I needed someone to install portable whitewalls on my existing tires. Several shops turned me down, but Ryan tackled it and they turned out great. Since then I have had them mount several other sets of tires and sent family there, where they have been treated well too. Nice people, good work, great rates!

Only reason this is getting 1 star is because 0 stars isnt an option. We had work done on our car before we took our 2 young kids to the st. Louis zoo this last weekend. On the way there we blew a tire doing 75mph on the interstate. Come to find out Ryan at Arcadia tire has been putting trailer tires on cars and trucks. The trailer tire is the one that blew with kids in the car. We had to take lyft services to and from a hotel and pay for hotel since nothing is open on sundays. He is now threatening me and refusing to compebsate the money for what is owed because of his mistakes. Absolutely nobody should ever take their vehicles there if they want work done the right way. COMPLETE RIPOFF ANF I WIPL NEVER TAKE MY VEHICLE THERE EVER AGAIN. NOONE ELSE SHOULD EITHER

Ryan and his crew at Arcadia are nothing short of excellent. If you’re looking for honest, affordable and quality service, this is the place to go! During my visit, Ryan went above and beyond and even stayed past close to get me taken care of. I emphasized how important it was to have my vehicle as I do in-home repairs for cell phones claimed through insurance. He was more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure my vehicle was ready before my early appointments the next morning. To top it all off, Arcadia Tire is the only place I could find, in the CR area, that had the proper equipment and skills required to replace the tires on the 22” rims on my mustang. All in all, not only was the tire service absolutely phenomenal, but the overall communication and customer service was amazing. Thank you Ryan, thank you Arcadia team. I will be sure to refer my friends and family and I look forward to the next time I need your services!

This past weekend I was at a business next door to Arcadia Tire and they share part of the parking lot. Apparently as I was loading my purchase into my car, I dropped my checkbook which was in my hand. I didnt realize it until the next day and with both businesses being closed on Sunday, I couldnt talk to anyone and was in full panic mode. Low and behold this morning I had a business card in my front door from Ryan Paul of Arcadia Tires telling me they had found my checkbook in the parking lot and to call him. I didnt call, but immediately drove there and got my checkbook. I was so happy and it felt good to know there are still good and honest people in the world. This is who you want to do business with Cedar Rapids!

Super cool guys. I needed all 4 new tires and the lowest quote I found elsewhere was going to be more than $500. Granted these tires are slightly used- they are expected to last almost as long as my original tires and I paid less than $200. Very honest, laid back, stand up guys in here and they made me feel right at home. When I came in to get a price quote I even overheard the owner tell a customer point blank that the tires he had prior are in better condition than the ones he was trying to purchase. I don’t know about you guys but I very rarely experience this kind of honesty and integrity from business owners. He guarantees his work and in general is a very stand up guy. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone.

Im big for getting used tires so when I seen this place I was happy so I got a couple tires which are working out fine. I completely understand this is a new business but first impressions are very important and I just wasnt very impressed my service took much longer than I was told which would of been fine but being as the waiting space is very small I didnt appreciate the cigarette smell literally right next to me not good for business and Im sure its not legal to smoke in your facility where business is done probably wont be coming back ☹️ need better organization too when you have customers coming in asking questions and people are piling up waiting outside to get helped isnt a good look. Good luck to you and your business just take this as a learning experience 😉

The owner was great!! I had bought a tire from Walmart and they couldnt put the tire on because of COVID and it was July 4th and couldnt find anyone to put this tire on so I got a couple recommendations to go tp Arcadia and I called them up they said they could help me out. I drove down cause I needed to work later that day and needed this tire and he found me a good quality tire and put it on for me for low price than Walmart ever would have, thank you so much Arcadia tire!!!!

I found myself in a strange city, in the worst situation ever...three crying kids stuck in a van for too long, just trying to get back home from a long road trip...picked up a screw in my tire, which was rapidly losing air...and there it was! Like tires from God! Acadia Tire was literally there when I needed them the most. I pulled in as my tire made its last gasp. The guys there were amazing! They got me patched up and back on the road in no time...and the best part, Ryan went out of his way to entertain my children while his guys took care of the van! I will always be grateful😁

The tire shop owner Ryan is so helpful. He does a great job of sealing the rims so well so that now my tires never leak at all and they used to all the timeHe repaired a flat no other tire dealer would do because the nail was positioned at an angle. He really knows his trade! Highly reccomend!

Right before a camping trip, I hit a huge pothole that put a lump on my sidewall. I needed a tire for my 2011 Sonata right away. I went to Arcadia Tire and was immediately greeted by Mr. Ryan Paul. He was really friendly and bent over backwards to find the right tire for my car. I was in a panic as we were leaving the next day. He answered all my questions, and I was asking a lot.
