Five Seasons tire took care of me right away. I got a nail in my tire and went to a different tire shop to get 4 new tire. I needed them just didn’t plan on it so soon. The nail in my back tire made me get them sooner. Anyways after waiting more than an hour at the corporate tire shop. I left upset because that they still hadn’t got to me. I was skipped over five times at the other place. So I called Five Seasons Tire and they told me to come right in. Not only did they get to my truck right away. I was out of there in about 45 minutes. With four new 65,000 mile warranty tire at a great price. Thank you!

I arrived about 7:55 am and there were already 2 customers waiting, even though their hours show they open at 8 am. I waited about 30 seconds for someone to ask how they could help.I was there for a slow leak on the right front of my Challenger and the gentleman told me it would be a few minutes before they could get to it. 5 minutes later they were pulling my car into the bay.I sat down and the tire was repaired in less than 30 minutes, total time. I was on my way after a $21 (plus change) service charge.Overall, I was very please with the professional and extremely fast and courteous service I received. I will be back for any other service or tires I may need. They have the right attitude at Five Seasons Tire.

This place was awesome. They had reasonable tires in stock. They even got my tires replaced in less than 30 minutes without an appointment. They packed my spare and jack back away and returned my lug nut key right where I had it! Beyond impressed.

Phenomenal service and fair pricing. We had tire issues on our plow tractor during a snow storm. They took us in quickly, repaired it at a fair price, and transformed an emergency into a pleasant experience.

Been going here close to 40 years. Always excellent service and I dont know how many sets of tires. Theyre really good about helping me select the best tire for my application. For example e.g. high load SUV tires for my F250 diesel hauling my camper to improve and quiet the ride.

Overall, a great business with highly adequate service. The team members are highly informative. They also offer great rates on tires. The process of getting my car in was quick and easily accomplished. It took approximately 15 minutes to be served and then another hour to get my cars tire repair done. And they seemed to be quite busy that day. I was serviced at the 1st avenue location though Im sure the edgewood road one is just as pleasant an experience.

So grateful for this location! They provided efficient service, were honest and accurate about their turnaround time.They dismounted 4 tires, then mounted and installed 4 winter tires with no issue. They were already busy but got it done in an hour and a half. They called me as they were finishing up and reminded me to have the torque rechecked in a couple days.

Service was great but service isnt everything. Waiting room was very cold ( I was there for over an hour with boots and a heavy coat on but my hands and feet were freezing). They have signs up encouraging social distancing but with 7 or 8 adults in there thats really not possible. Most customers (not all) were wearing masks and no employees were wearing masks. It was a very uncomfortable situation.

Went in today for four new tires. My car was in and out before I knew it. Tires look great, car feels great. I will defiantly be back for all my auto needs. Very friendly and helpful staff as well. I noticed they handled each customer who came in with an issue very well and professional. Took time to go out and look at things even when they were very busy. Always talked to the customers and not down at them. Was pretty nice to see and hear!

I came to the store because my tire was wobbling and it wouldnt hold air, the technician came out and informed me the tire was bad that if they tried to touch it to fix it I would most likely explode... I had a passenger with me that upset the I guess store owner who then in turn screamed at the top of his lings at his staff to put it all back together and refused my service... thats fine I have been a patron of the store for 24 years but this place will never see another dime from me.. i cant control what my passenger does and if i crash before getting it fixed i will sue the hell out of that store. They actually had the tire off already when he did that.

Went in with a chunk of metal in my tire on my truck. Looked bad. Expected the worst. They patched it and had me out the door in under 30 minutes. Saved me money I didnt have to spend. When I get my new set of AT3 Coopers Im going back. Thanks guys - from one working man to others.

Will never go back! James, who I was told is the owner, was extremely rude. Yelling at me over the phone because he didn’t want to deal with a tire warranty on tires that only got 40,000 miles but should’ve got 60,000. Told me to have another place that sells those tires take care of it. Interesting way of doing business. Advertise a mileage warranty but then when a customer follows through with it, not take care of them.

Came here after unpleasant interaction with the other store.guy behind the counter was condescending and kind of rude..didnt seem like he was devoting all his abilities to me. went to discount and was treated like a valued customer.

Called Five Seasons Tire to see if they could repair my spare. The man who answered was not friendly, and a little patronizing. So I went to Marion Tire. What a night and day difference. They were busy but still welcoming and managed to fit me in anyway. The price was right and I went away feeling like a valued customer. Unlike Five Seasons Tire...In this economy I want my money to go to a business that cares, not one that acts like Im a bother to them.

Super fast and priced well below a dealership. Have to take them down one star for not putting the TPMS back on the right tires. Not a big deal, but when my car told me a tire was low, it was the wrong tire. I needed a new valve stem after the install and Discount Tire in Coralville took care of me for free. What could have been a disaster turned into a positive experience.

Best service and most knowledgeable staff! Ive taken my vehicles here for over 13 years for brakes, oil changes, and tires. Ive even called here for advice when my car has made an odd noise or for other general automotive questions. The staff at the Edgewood store has always been extra helpful and courteous! As a woman (and a reasonably intelligent person) who doesnt necessarily know much in the automotive field, I appreciate when someone takes the time to explain details to me that I wouldnt usually notice. Whenever a tire is low, I know I can expect quality service on the tires they applied to my car previously every time. Cant help the wait sometimes, but service is usually prompt and they identify the problem with my tire every time. Respectful, honest service.

I love working with these guys. They do all my tire work and they do a great job. They just repaired my mower tire which i screwed up.

They wouldnt mount an older tire and really ripped us off when selling my husband a used one. These guys used to be so much ... Better.

They appear to have done a good job at the requested repairs, however, method of payment flexibility was poor. Customer service was shameful, even my thank you when one of the gentleman pulled my car around afterwards was met with a careless mumble. I cannot recommend this auto shop.

Hit a pothole on the highway going about 65 mph a few weeks ago, began to lose a few pounds of air pressure on a daily basis. I took my truck to the Five Seasons Tire store on 1st Avenue. I called ahead to make sure I didnt need an appointment, the person I spoke with assured me I didnt need an appointment for something minor like low tire pressure. I took the truck in the following morning and was greeted by a friendly gentleman and I explained the problem, he got right to work. He explained that the beading seal around the rim was where the air was leaking from and that there was no damage to the rim. The total time I was there was about 20 minutes. Total cost was 20 dollars. The gentleman who helped me seemed very knowledgeable not to mention friendly and courteous. I would recommend this store.

Five seasons saved my life!I was the proud new owner of an unrepairable flat tire on a Saturday morning. Typically thats not a big deal, untill you have an uncommon tire size that has to be ordered and wont be available until Monday. Five seasons not only had my obnoxious tire size, but it was almost half the price of what every other tire shop in town quoted me.I was in and out within 25 mins🙌Thanks guys!

Ive never been in and out so fast when it comes to cars. I went in with a hole in my tire and they had it patched up and ready within like 15 mins for just $20. Really impressed!

I went here because I read about people who had no appointment and got in and out in 20 minutes. I had an appointment and it took over an hour. After spending $800 for tires they told me I needed an additional $1000 work and they couldnt align my front end unless I had the work done. I refused and took car to my mechanic 5 days later. My mechanic told me I did NOT need any of the work Five Seasons wanted a $1000 to do. Also had my front end aligned by my mechanic and his cost was $10 less than what Five Seasons wanted!!. BEWARE!!!
