Customer was great the first time shopping. I asked when checking out multiple times if I decided to change my mind if I could return the product if the product was unopened and she said yes you will have no problem returning it. Little did I know this place does not return and give you money back when you pay. They will only give you in store credit. She said I told you that when I checked you out. Which was not the case. I would much rather you tell me that its your policy instead of lying and stating you told me when checking out. I will not be shopping here or recommending anyone as it’s the fact that we couldn’t just say I that we I asked the first time and not only admit to that when I’m returning you didn’t tell me and it’s the policy.
