I worked with Dan in person, and he was fair and straightforward.I never felt overwhelmed or pressured during the process. Once we made the deal, the paperwork process was easy and efficient.

Bought a ‘14 Dodge Charger SXT from them on a trade. The car was fairly priced. I had talked to Dan through email correspondence about trading in my vehicle. I told him I had gotten a Kelly Blue Book Instant Offer and was looking for my trade to be in the range of that offer. He told me to stop by and they’d take a look. When I came in their was absolutely no sales pressure. No usual sales accosting or lines about, “Hurry, this car is going to go fast” which I find unappealing. I mainly dealt with JoAnn who was very pleasant to deal with. And they gave me a little over the Kelly Blue Book Instant Offer I had received. Plus they were in the middle of adjusting their prices for all their cars to reflect the local market and the prices were going up a little. But they didn’t try to price up the car I was looking at, in fact they said that because I already had interest in it from the day before, that they would honor the original price, which already was below book value. Overall I had a pleasant experience with their staff and the purchasing process. Would definitely buy from again.

Just purchased our car there and would highly recommend to anyone else who is considering buying a new vehicle to look here first. The customer service was excellent and we felt we got a very good deal on what will be a reliable vehicle for us for at least a few years to come. First, the majority of the cars on his lot are 2 or 3 years old and meticulously maintained. The car we purchased was 2 years old but felt nearly new. The prices there are also excellent and you will not find a better deal elsewhere. The car buying experience itself was so easy.
