So glad I brought my vehicle here! Was side swiped by an Amazon truck, and preferred a more local experience versus a big box store. I was not disappointed. Purchased a Tahoe with the front bumper cracked. I had the guys remove it. They purchased a new bumper cover and painted it. I’m a timely manner. Quality of paint was what I would expect! Thank you mirror image team.

Horrible quality of work, got door and fender “worked on”. Dropped off Tuesday they said it would be done Friday at lunch time. Called Friday to see if it was done Brandon said it was they were going on lunch. Went to pick up and noticed problems(check pictures). Called spoke with Brandon again about things I was unhappy with, ended with a apology about screws and floor panels off. He said they were in a rush and had 3 cars to finish today due to the holiday. I said I would email pics of the other things wrong. Once reviewing the emailed pics Brandon called back and went over issues. Fender to bumper has a broken clip, fender to door panel broken clip he said if I purchase clips he can fix it, wasn’t covered in original quote because they couldn’t see it. Fair enough I understand that but why tell me it was done and good to go? Why not call once you seen the clips were broken and give me the option. I shouldn’t have to be told it was done and have to reach out about unfinished work. He informed me the place they got the door sent a door that was a 9 year difference so they had to switch wiring that they did free of charge. Thank you but you could of sent the door back and called me so we could go a different route. They couldn’t even wash the crayon marks of the door and window. As a body shop wouldn’t you think you would want the new/used part to look it’s best? If you want no communication and rush unfinished work hit Mirror Image Paint and Body up!

The guys at the shop were super professional and kind from the beginning of the process to the end. They patiently explained the details and kept us updated while they had it. The car came out perfectly beautiful!! I couldn’t be more pleased! Oh and they also went above and beyond to tighten my oil filter that happened to be too loose, saving me from a potential disaster. Excellent work and great people!

Zach and his team have been awesome to work with. I built a custom DJ booth that I wanted a piano finish on. After calling around to several auto paint/rebuilders that wouldnt touch it, I got the Mirror Image Name from a friend, and Im glad I did.I called Zach and he said he would work up a painted sample for my project to see how it would work out. My project is built with wood so there are some challenges! The sample turned out amazing and we proceeded with the full on paint job.Zach kept me updated throughout the process sending me pictures. The final product turned out better than I would have imagined! It is super piano glossy and classy looking, sure to make a statement for a couples wedding day!Thank you again to Zach and the Mirror Image Paint and Body team!

I’ve had my car for a little over a month now and have pretty much went to hell and back with it. It’s been vandalized, through a freaking hurricane, had part of a roof fall on it, has been into an accident, (not me driving 🙄🤣) and has traveled to eight different states already. I want to thank Zach and his crew at Mirror Image Paint and Body for the work they have done getting her back to looking great and ready for her next adventure later on this month! Thanks again guys, and we will be seeing you again soon to get some customization work done on her!

Being an accident was frustrating, let alone in an accident with an uninsured motorist. So I was left with limited means from my insurance. Unsure of where to go I asked FB and was told about Mirror Image. I went and explained my circumstances to Zack. He listened and was understanding of my situation. He went above and beyond to help me get my car looking good as new. I was sent information as the work went on with my car so I was never wondering what was happening, which made me feel like they truly care. If it is something large or just a scratch I highly recommend Mirror Image.

Mirror Image Paint and Body Shop were wonderful. The hood of my car flew up causing extensive damage and Mirror image not only fixed it and did a wonderful paint job they informed me on other hazards. They were timely, efficient, professional and easy to talk to. I Highly recommend them and will be referring my friends/family to them.

Quite a few hidden charges, and dust in the paint

Absolutely the worst auto body shop ever! Asked to repair rock chips and they had it 4 days and when got it back had overspray, fingerprints in paint, rubbing compound, dull patches, and not cleaned. They said they would take it again in 30 days and buff out but still looks terrible! They said bring back again but we went to real auto body shop and they said thousands in damages. BIG mistake, will not take back!
