Great staff still working through scheduling issues. With the local hail damages and dercho damages and part shortages, they are working through it. It took over 5 months to get my 2020 F250 repaired.

These guys really do a fair, honest, wonderful job, work together with your insurance & just make an unpleasant & unfortunate situation so much easier to deal with.My relationship with Cassill Motors dates back to the summer of 08 when I started taking my vehicle to them for oil changes and other maintenance, as well as renting huge vans for 3 straight years from them for a weekend team relay adventure.Their prices (primarily for collision repair) rival all others in the area (& Ive been hit 2x by other people, so Ive definitely checked around). They wont let you drive away in something that they or their families wouldnt operate-- safety & your vehicle staying in smooth operating condition mean everything to them.Its because theyre a local, family-owned & run company. Their reputation & success rely on taking the very best care of their customers. SMART businesses get this.Whether the collision was your fault or another persons or a deers,...or the result of a 2-ton beam being dropped on your mode of transpo. (think Tim the Toolman Taylor), Cassill Collision will take the best care of you.I realized, after a deer recently hit my vehicle, that I had not added rental coverage to my policy & could not afford to pay for a rental car for the duration of my vehicles repair. They put me in one of their nice, loaner vehicles practically free of charge! I was completely blown away with gratitude..(apparently so blown away & frazzled that I locked the key in the car a few days later. One of the salesmen came within minutes & had it unlocked in seconds. Im telling you, the company as a whole, really is wonderful!)Just call them. Theyll take care of you.

The team at Cassill was great! I have a newer vehicle and was not at fault for my accident. When I was calling around to larger repair shops I was informed there was a decent chance that used or after market parts would be used to repair my vehicle. I further learned these companies were select service providers for the insurance company paying for my repairs. This means they try to get the job done as cheaply as possible to save the insurance company money on the claim. When I spoke with Cassill I learned they were not affiliated with insurance companies and their business model was focused on the customer and not cutting corners on the repair! I was able to get my vehicle repaired back to the state it was in before the accident without having to sacrifice quality parts or labor to do so. Very satisfied with my experience and very highly recommend this company!

Years ago, my wife and I had a motorcycle hit us broadside and they did a fantastic job!!!

No response from them . Visited but no one around to help me... Out to lunch.
