These guys were totally awesome! It’s been a long time since I’ve had such impressive service on a car. They spent a few hours redoing a previously flawed break job by Midas, and were really dedicated to getting it right. They only charged me $160; incredible.

They got me in super fast to replace the spark plugs in my car. We were only there about 30-45 minutes total. Super professional, kind, and effective

I loved my experience at this Jiffy Lube. I feel like depending on the Jiffy Lube your visit is going to be a hit or a miss. The staff was extremely pleasent to talk to, explained things simply and easily, had large displays to breakdown the work that was done on your car, what your options are, and what you were charged for in the end. I felt like my vehicle was in good hands! They even went out of their way to tell me about things that I could take advantage of for free at their location. I will definitely being going back to this Jiffy Lube in the future.

When I pulled up to the store there were two bays at work it was about 9:45am. Two crews moving right along. I pulled up along with along with two other cars. When I looked in the bays only one crew was there. At 11:15 was car was done. Why when you have cars backed up is only one crew working. You won’t see me gain.

Great service, friendly staff! I can always trust that my vehicle will run safely after a jiffy lube tech has looked at it. They top of the oil and fluids between oil changes, and check the tire pressure. Definitely a great value! I also love that the wait time is minimal anywhere I go. I’ve been to jiffy lube locations in Utah, California, New Mexico, Arizona, and Texas.

Today, I received fast service for the oil change and when I returned with a rental car because I was having issues, they provided great advice and didnt try to sell me something that I didnt need. Both times everybody was very attentive. I highly recommend them.

The Jiffy Lube team was very friendly and they went out of their way to take care of my vehicle. They inflated my tires to the correct specification stated on the door jam of my vehicle. They topped off all the fluids, cleaned my windows, and made sound recommendations. I was pleasantly surprised by their attention to detail. I feel that they did great work and I would recommend this outstanding service to anyone.

Super helpful, quick & honest about our break check. Most places or people are quick to tell you how much money you have to spend and immediately, but this man gave us an estimate on our break life and explained how to go about getting our rotors replaced once we do get new breaks. Will most definitely return for future assistance.

Called ahead of time. Needed a radiator hose installed quickly to get to a family event. They ordered ahead of time before we arrived, and they got us in and out in a hour on a Saturday! God bless James and the crew at Jiffy Lube.

Normally fine when I come to get my oil changed, I always ask not to clean my windows because the cleaner gets on my paint. This time I asked again and I looked over and they were already cleaned my windows, so I went and said something and he wiped it off my paint WITH the dirty rag.

They were quick and efficient. It was my first time getting an oil top-off there and didnt know what all was included, which made it more impressive. They topped off not only my oil but my other fluids as well, and checked my tire pressures.Well done, yall.

The mechanics here were awesome! I went in for an oil change and to rotate tires. The mechanic let me know that the tires had no need to be rotated yet and that I should be fine waiting till the next oil change, saving me $25. As well he let me know that I should be more than fine extending the reminder for the next oil change from old school 3,000 miles to 5,000 miles. Having had way to many experiences with car shops trying to screw me over and up-charging me I highly appreciated their honesty and putting my best interest first. I will definitely be going back!

When I pulled up I told them I have never been there before and I dont know what to do. They talked me through it and made me feel at ease.

I was on my way to salt lake city and had to stop in Cedar for an appointment, after which the latch on my door stopped working and I couldnt shut my rear door. I had a suburban full of kids and didnt know what do. I saw this jiffy lube just down the road so I decided to see if they could help me. They came right out to my vehicle as soon as I pulled in, had my door latch fixed in seconds, and didnt charge me anything. They were so kind and personable, I dont knownehat I wouldve done without them. I would highly recommend this location to anyone just because of their customer service. Thanks again guys!!

I have long since given up on Jiffy Lube but due to my circumstances (from out of town and with tube restrictions) of this place versus Walmart, I knew my choice was already made for me through even more despair with the latter. Anyhow, the crew at this location, and my 5 stars is for this location, was fantastic. Up front with the amount of time it would take, honest in attempting to tell me I didn’t need an oil change, and pleasant to interact with -not leaving me with the feeling that I was some burden for them. A complete 180 with my previous JL experiences.

No waiting. Attendant met me in the parking lot as I pulled in! They also found my cabin air filter in TERRIBLE condition and offered to replace it. I was so happy they discovered it! Now the air flow is GREAT!! The manager helped me make an informed decision about a better quality oil for high mileage. I received a discount and couldn’t be happier with the great service!! Shout out to the Jiffy Lube on Sage dr in Cedar City! The guys were a little impersonal but miss Mindy was awesome! I expressed some concern on making sure the oil change was done right because in the past the filter hasnt been on correctly and my car leaked oil. She walked me through everything and explained exactly what is done and she told me that if I had any issues, I could go to any Jiffy Lube and it would be corrected immediately. She was very kind and reassuring. I also asked to use a coupon from the website and instead of just using what I showed her, she pointed out that I was using premium oil and she used the coupon with the bigger discount and she even comped something else for some reason, I dont remember. Overall a great experience! Very pleased! Thank you!

I went to this location a few weeks ago just for an ac recharge. There was nobody else there which was nice because I would be on my way quickly. When they finished I paid, a whopping $91 when my mechanic back home does it for free, but hey, it was 95 degrees outside and I was desperate. So I continued on my journey when I quickly notice my ac still isnt working. I instantly pull over and call them back. The girl on the phone was pretty short with me and said that she charged it and it should be working and if not i cant get a refund or anything cause she did her job. I challenged her by saying if you did it it would be working, she said there must be a leak, i said that it didnt start to work at all. She said a really big leak, i said shouldnt you have noticed/fixed that for $90 she said there is nothing she can do and hung up. So i then got to drive 6 hours in the blistering heat 80 MPH with windows down. I hate jiffy lube, and never plan on returning. But would love my money back and would consider removing this review if I got some justice for the situation.

I absolutely love the staff and service at Jiffy Lube on Sage Drive. I dont go anywhere else for my fluid changes or brakes. They are always fast and dont try to push services on you. They only recommend whats necessary.

They forgot to reset the oil life indicator and left a rag on the front seat.

These guys are quick and do a good job. I just wish that they didnt try to sell you 10 other services as well. I like the free wireless access.

Very quick and professional. Staff were all knowledgeable and courteous. A mother came in with 2 deflated tubes for the lake. She was in a hurry and her kids were in the car. An employee quickly filled them with air so her and her kids could enjoy their hot summer day.

I love going to the this Jiffy Lube. Every time I come here, they are nice and quick. Today I thought I would be needing extra services, like brakes, tire rotation, wiper blades, light bulbs changes, but when they looked at my car, they told me that my brakes are still good, my wiper blades arent bad either. So I love their honesty, they were looking out for me and my car, not trying to make a quick buck. I just love going to this location!! Thank you so much you guys!! Great teamwork!!

Service was very friendly and very helpful! They went above and beyond to help me especially when I got there half an hour before 6pm when they close. Manager left to another center to help get me what i needed to do an engine flush with the oil change. Glad i choose them for my service!

Todays experience at JiffyLube was one of a customer oriented team. I did my routine oil change and also asked them if they could see why my windshield wipers would not spray.. U watched them go above and beyond to fix my spray and they did so without extra charge to me. Jiffy has won by business for all my future maintenance needs.
