I was on a road trip with my new Buick Enclave, when it became apparent that I would not make it home to my dealership until well after I had passed my first warranty service. I found it difficult to find a dealer that could or would fit me it until I came to Tri-State. They gladly worked me into their busy schedule, took excellent care of my vehicle, and got me in my way in no time. Kudos to Brian and his crew!

I had scheduled a service at the wrong GMC dealership. But the service manager, Brian, was more than accommodating to still check out my truck. We took it for a test drive, he pulled the codes and then cleared same. He shared some techniques to resolve my problem. I want to thank him for his personal attention and outstanding customer service.

When I bought my truck from Tri-State Dave Jr bent over backwards to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted at the best deal possible. I went back, yesterday for an oil change and problems with my AC. Brian was very personable, listened to what was going on and the mechanics got my truck fixed quickly. What I thought would be a 6 or 7 hour wait ended up only being 2 hours. The people working at Tri-State are amazing! Go check them out!

The most efficient and organized place I have ever bought a car. Chad was friendly and helpful and no upselling. It took about 20 minutes the first day and about an hour the next day when I signed the papers. Sooo amazing! Ill definitely use them again if I ever need another car.

We were passing through Utah towing our Airstream travel trailer. We started getting messages on the dash that the coolant level was low and to add coolant. We could smell the coolant. We pulled over and popped the hood and discovered the coolant had sprayed all around engine and the overflow tank was empty. I put some water in the tank and we managed to limp to our campsite. After doing some Google searches, I picked Tri-State Motors service based on reviews. When I called they scheduled me promptly, fitting me into their schedule. They let me bring my truck a day before my appointment so I had the truck towed to their facility.They provided a loaner so we werent stranded. By the time I got back to our campsite in the loaner after dropping off the truck, Brian in service called to let me know my truck was fixed -- a day early and literally an hour after dropping it off! I am exceptionally pleased with the way I was treated and how well they took care of my issue.

Perhaps the best experience I have ever had with any repair shop.I own a 93 Cadillac which used to have a lot of issues. Now it hardly has any issues at all. The staff is friendly, the labor rate is surprisingly affordable, and I have never had any business treat me so well as a customer. They helped me fix what was needed on my car, and told me what I could wait on, and even talked me out of a rather costly repair that I later found out wasnt needed. They work quickly, do things when they say theyre going to do them, and call you to keep you updated every step of the way. Owning an older Cadillac is hard, but these guys have made it easier and much more affordable than I ever expected. I am impressed, and grateful for such a good experience.Sometimes theyre quite busy, and you might have to wait a few days before you can bring your vehicle in, but I would gladly wait for the quality of service received. This is a business run on customer loyalty and quality of service.

I arrived home to So Calif on a Saturday as scheduled thanks to Tri-State Motors GM and Service Manger Brian’s effort to get a mechanic to fix my 2010 Chevy Avalanche’s problem. On a Wed while camping on my annual trip to UT my truck had a problem with a throttle position sensor that reduced my engine power. At first I had called the Chevy Dealer but they couldn’t look at the truck until Tuesday, fortunately for me they recommend that I call Tri-State GM. What a surprise when Brain confirmed there was a special coverage warranty for that throttle sensor that was about to expire and they could get the replacement part. Plus, they could get the work done ASAP on Friday...and sure enough, it got done by 2pm. Also, Thanks to Rick at Chevron @ Beaver that drove out to the Lebaron Lake area at 9pm Wed for the flat bed tow to Cedar City the next day. Fist bumps all around. (P.S) Good to know that Chevy Truck owner’s have a GM option at Tri-State.

I dropped dropped by with an engine light that reduced my engine power. The other dealer in town had told me they were busy for 10 days and sent me on my way. This after I explained the power failure and that I was driving cross country. So, I initially came to the dealership to have warranty service work done on my GMC truck, and left with a new car. The service was done quick and efficiently. Great group. I got stranded in Cedar on my way through town and they spent weeks working with my warranty to get everything covered, fixed, and paid for.

We brought our vehicle to Tri State for diagnosing a bad vibration from the front. They took the vehicle for a test drive, gave us a vehicle to run errands with while they were looking at our vehicle and told us what was wrong and a more qualified shop to have it worked on as it was a dct transmission and took specialized training. After all this we asked them how much we owed them, the charge was $0.00. They are straight forward, honest people I wouls refer anyone to.

This place is awesome. I have never been a fan of any dealership. However time after time I come away from here feeling good. Never have been excited about dropping over $1000 but at this store I never feel bad. I Always feel like they did all they could to help me and usually completed way before the time they estimated. Do whatever it takes to keep this service department funded, intact and operating like the well oiled machine it is and has been for years.

In June I was travelling through Utah and noted a horrible sound in my truck. I was directed to TriState Motors. A lovely man came out and checked under the hood of my truck. This gentleman diagnosed that there was something wrong with my power steering. He said, however, that the dealership was completely booked for the day. He could have simply said, I am very sorry, but what he did was make successive phone calls to find a place that could look at my vehicle that day. There are still good people in this world.
