Great service! Thought major work needed to be done; however, they explained what I thought needed to have done, the vehicle didnt need it! So grateful that they are honest! My only disappointment was they didnt tell me where they parked my car. I sat there an additional half hour or so thinking it wasnt done after they told me it was ready because they parked my car on the street on the side of the building where I couldnt see it, very frustrating. If they didnt park it in front where I could see it, they should have shown me or told me where they parked it. I finally got back in line and asked them what was going on, then someone walked me to where the car was. Thank you Big O!

Im sure they do quality work but, I called in to gets an estimate. I was quoted at 1650. For the same service everyone else is either giving me estimates that are 50% lower or more. Even the Honda Dealership is more than 50% lower with parts and labor.So just look around and compare prices if youre looking to get something done. 🤷

I was traveling when my Excursion blew a tire. I called to make an appointment to get a new tire. Gavin was right there when I brought my vehicle in and even without an appointment my truck was shortly in a bay. He had all tires inspected and sold me two. When they were finished with my truck the spare was properly put back with its cover on.

I made an appointment for my honey to bring car in for 4 tires the appointment was for 11:00 am. He arrives and is told that he needs to come back in 40 mins as they are running behind. That’s totally understandable but not when he returns and watches someone walk in for one tire with no appointment and get serviced while the car is still sitting in the parking lot not being serviced. This gentleman that walked in was in and out before they could even take the car to the back. I truly get that this pandemic has taken a toll on everybody, but no way should it affect the customer service nor the services you are paying for. This pandemic has truly wiped out a lot of human people skills and the good services we used to receive for our hard earned money.

WOULD NOT recommend this Big-O Tires for anything other than a flat tire.Went in for them to fix one thing and they forgot to reconnect a brake line. I had a different mechanic look at the brake line before going back into Big-O. The mechanic assured me that if Big-O had replaced the part correctly that they would have had to mess with the brake line. I drove back to the shop (yes, the brakes were soft at that point) and they refused to admit that the brake line had anything to do with what they fixed. I understand that cars are complicated machinery.. but come on Big-O. Take ownership for your mistakes and try to actually help people instead of making excuses. I will not be using this shop again in the future.

My wife and I were in the area and she had a screw in a tire. We stopped here and they patched it for free and we were in and out in 30 minutes and able to continue our vacation. Excellent service!

We were travelling through and had a leaky tire that needed fixed near closing time. Another shop sent us away but this shop was happy to help us out at short notice and very late in the day. Cant thank them enough. The staff was very helpful in getting us on the way again. We highly recommend their services.

About a year ago I took my Toyota Tundra in for a oil change. I brought it home only to find the next morning a oil spot the size of a dinner plate on my garage floor. I took my car back and was almost treated indifferently about the error and Cameron the manager never bothered to even apologize about the mistake. Fast forward to yesterday, April 3rd. I brought my truck in again for an oil change and told him, (Cameron again) that I might need my tires balance because I went into a ditch. He told me I might need an alignment, I responded by saying the truck isnt pulling at all, but rather the steering wheel is vibrating. His response was a smirk and a grin, like I didnt know what I was talking about. So, I told him, go ahead check the alignment. Two hours later I pick up my truck and surprise! it didnt need an alignment, there was just some mud on the undercarriage. I drove the truck to St. George, then home later, only to come out and (yep you guessed it) more oil on my garage floor. Thats twice in the past year Big O in Cedar City hasnt tightened my drain plug properly. Ill never get my oil changed there again. Every time I come in to Big O, I feel as though Im not welcomed and treated not as a vauled customer by Cameron. I can say that when coming in today, to fix another oil leak, (oh the air filter cover wasnt put on properly) James treated me very nicely. After the first oil change problem, I decided to buy tires from Big O in St. George. Hope your experience is better than mine. When on a socially-distanced road trip from California to Utah for the New Year long weekend, we encountered a flat tire when near Bryce Canyon NP at around noon on the last day of our trip. Though we got the flat replaced by the spare tire, there was not a single tire repair shop in the vicinity that was open on that fateful Saturday to fix the flat tire. Since we had to drive back to California the same day, and we could only drive about 300 miles on the spare, we used Google Maps to locate and call tire repair shops within a 200 mile radius in the direction of home. Most places were closed or were about to shut shop for the weekend before we wouldve reached, and we started getting worried that wed hit a dead end. Thats when we stumbled onto the listing for Big O Tires, which was 72 miles away in Cedar City, UT, and luckily they answered our call and confirmed that they were open till 6 PM! Hurray!We drove slowly on the spare tire to Cedar City, and reached Big O just after 5 PM. Cameron at the front desk promptly collected our details, and, within a few minutes, Austin was came to the parking lot to take the car for repairs. There was ample space inside to wait amidst the tires, even some chairs to sit on (in case you are tire-d!), and we also took the chance to top up our water bottle using the water dispenser and to freshen up in the clean restrooms.Austin was back with our car key within 15 minutes! When I went to the front desk to settle the bill, Cameron simply handed me the invoice, and wished me a happy new year, without even asking for my credit card! I checked the invoice and was shocked to see that the total amount was $0 for the flat repair and for replacing the spare tire with the fixed tire! I double checked with Cameron if this was correct, and, with a twinkle in his eye (and surely a smile behind his mask), he said that this was on them and again wished me a happy new year! Happy new year with a Big Oh indeed! So, we left a cash tip for Austin and drove back to CA feeling happy and grateful about the kind people that we randomly end up meeting in life.Needles to say, our fantastic experience with Big O ensured that the flat tire wasnt the least thing that we remembered about our vacation, and that our year started on a high despite it!

Great Customer Service!!! I had a blow out in a rental car going from Eagle Mountain to Las Vegas. The rental car company was no help and neither was my insurance. I found a tow truck company and they towed me to Big O Tire. The guys there were quick and kind. They pushed me in front of the wait and tried to help me catch my flight.

Driving home to SLC when our A/C went out BigO was open for another hour and half. Cameron told us he didnt have the time to help us out. We had 2 little kids in the car dripping sweat. It was 117 outside. Its not like we pulled in 15 minutes before they close. Cameron I hope youre not a father and if you are I hope if your kids ever need a little help they come across someone with more compassion then you.

Went to get one thing fixed an came out with a whole new issue. Not only that they didnt own up and left us stranded in cedar city Utah.

Well they did repair my flat, at no cost, I specifically asked them how many tires I needed new and was told none. That I was all good! I have one tire that the blackwall is literally peeling off, the tire that they repaired has a bubble on it that you can see from a block away, and another tire has extreme uneven wear. Needless to say I wont be going back there. I was actually very surprised, considering tire shops are usually in the business of making money. I felt like I was too much of an inconvenience to them.

Two stars for service I deducted three because of the grease left on my steering wheel and window crank and inside of door ..thank you Big O ☹️ not a happy customer...

I have got to say a heart felt thanks to the guys at the Big O in Cedar City Utah. My wife and a dear friend were picking up a mare from some other friends of ours when they noticed a trailer tire coming apart. Being form New Mexico and short on time we contacted Big O in Cedar City late in the day and they got her in put 4 tires on our trailer and got her out in just over a half hour. From what I heard it would have made NASCAR proud! I cant thank you enough for the concern and care you showed and the quality work you did. We are now Big O customers!

I blew out a tire just north of Cedar City. I live in St George and had a warranty on my tires. This location was close to closing time when I limped in, but they put a loaner tire on so I could travel home safely. They were quick and helpful and kindly wanted to make sure I could get back without incident. I appreciated their help at the end of a kinda rough day.

Walked in to get new tires and the manager, cameron i believe, literally laughed at me, he gave me a horrible quote on tires and acted like he was giving a deal. i asked them to fix the tire i had cause i wasn’t spending 700 dollars on new tires for my tiny nissan sentra and it took them close to a hour to actually do that, and the shop was hardly busy. and then they didn’t even put it back on cause they were “closing soon” horrible service and not very nice people. would recommend rolling rubber over them any day way nicer people much more efficient

I was traveling from Wyoming to Nevada. My back tire started shaking and making loud noises so I stopped in cedar city to have it checked. I took it to jiffy lube first and they told me to take it to big o tires. Well I did and I asked Tyler about it so he came out to look at it and said it was fine and it was probably the snow. I had just went through a snow storm so I figured it was possible.. HES THE MECHANIC! But I had specifically asked him to check the lugnuts. He wouldn’t and said it was fine so I hit the road. I hit mesquite and pulled over THANK GOD!!! My hubcap has flow off and I had 2 LOOSE LUGNUTS LEFT! I had a 8 week old in the car. I told TYLER if anything went wrong I’d be calling!!! Tyler you could have killed us because you didn’t wanna take the time to help me. Shame on you!! and Cameron the manager laughed at me because of my frustration! I’m still trying to get corporate to work with me in reimbursing me FOR PAYING FOR THE TOWING AND ROOM AND ALL THE EXTRA STUFF WE HAD TO PAY FOR OUT OF POCKET BECAUSE OF YOUR CARELESSNESS. DO BETTER!!!

I walked into this shop a week ago after being cut off by a semi on the freeway, and spinning my car. (It was a miracle I didn’t crash, and no one crashed into me.) I was very shaken up, and asked the man there if he could check my tires (I was concerned there might be flat spots on them from skidding). He came outside, felt my tires and informed me that at least 3 had flat spots. I asked if I could make it safely back to St. George where my tires were under warranty. He said yes. I had 3 other places look at my tires and all of them said they were fine with no flat spots. I am very upset with Big O for trying to take advantage of me right after a near death experience! I won’t ever be going to any of their locations again.

As my mother, sister and I traveled to Cedar, one our cars tires blew out. With some help we were able to make it to the store. After explaining what happened and having a staff member check out our car and our tire sizes, they gave us a quote for the tire replacement. Sadly this is where our visit went sour, see my mother and I spent the night before looking up the prices for tires in the size we needed and where they were located. We found two tires that we could afford at Big O Tires and went there in the morning. This is why as soon as we were given the quote of the same exact tire we looked at on their website, we knew they were trying to hassle us. Quoting us OVER twice what it said online. This was before adding on the price of labor to put them on. After asking about the difference of price and receiving a laughable answer, we left. I recommend buying some tires at Walmart and going to the shells down the street.

I bought new tires the other day and set an appointment for this morning to have the alignment checked. Everything was good and 10 minutes later I was walking out without a charge. I will definitely give them my business from here on out!

Extremely poor service. No matter how early I bring in my car Im there no less than 60-90min. Cameron prioritizes his buddies over people who have been waiting. I watched my car sit untouched for over 30min after being put up on the lift

First off I wish you had half a star rating because customer service at this lack of a better term tire shop was horribleI had to have a tire ordered to cover a blowout under warranty and the new tire was supposed to be there today and after not receiving a phone call from them that the tire was in I decided to go by there on my way home and the place was packed so I just went home and called them and after being on hold for 10 minutes they came back on and told me they sent the wrong size tire and now hopefully in three days they send the right tire because now I’m driving on a 50 mile an hour tire on 80 mile an hour highways and I am a hazard not cool they should’ve called and said we received the wrong tire sir we got a hold of them and it will be here on this day no nothingMan I get it it’s warranty work I’ve already paid for my tires I can just be shipped off to the side not cool

Theres more than a couple dishonest businesses here in Cedar, but these guys arent one of them. Ive taken a few different vehicles here and Im always super happy with the customer service and work they do. I had a tire with a pretty bad puncture that another shop in town said they wouldnt fix. These guys did it for free. Least I could do is write a good, honest review.

Brought them a shredded tire, with the spare on the truck. they replaced the tire and put the spare back under the tail. excellent. said it would take two hours because they were busy. took one hour. cant beat that.

We got a flat at the gas station nearby on our way up to Escalante. Big O Tires had it fixed in an hour and didn’t even charge us! Made an unpleasant situation bearable with their compassionate service! Thanks!

While traveling southern Utah to northern utah we had to stop for a vital fan clutch repair and one of the mechanics (James) found a way to squeeze us in near the end of the day, on a saturday no less. Per usual for my truck, things did NOT go together smoothly but James kept at it. He was very nice and professional the whole time and kept at it til he got it right. Even staying a little after to get the job done right for us. Thanks James and Jesse!Highly recommended!

They are pretty good. I really enjoyed that they are quick with what they do and how they help you out. I wont give it 5 stars due to the fact that some things there just arent up to par with how I think they should run things. I went in once to have a safety inspection done and they said everything looked great but I knew going in that I had one wiper blade that was really bad that they didnt catch.

Via certified mail I sent owners, Steve Pickett and Mark Griffin written request for help after my car was damaged by Big O in Cedar City and both failed to respond. if you want to be belittled, lied to, ignored, and have your vehicle ruined this is the place to go. I want my car to be as it was before going there.

I feel very comfortable with the quality of service here. Ive never felt like theyre trying to up sell me or sell me services that arent necessary. They can be busy at times and they dont schedule appointments (its first come first serve), so it can take longer than expected.A note about the entrance to the lot. The dip between the street and the lot is significant. In my little Ford Escort, I almost always bottom out a little.

Traveling cross-country and had a severe vibration on my vehicle. Stopped in to see if they could help and they immediately got my car in to see what was wrong. They rebalanced both front tires all under a half hour and didn’t charge me anything. Very knowledgeable staff and very much appreciated.

Today I showed up without an appointment and they got my car in immediately.They figured out what was wrong and fixed it in about an hour. I was expecting to be without a car all day. It was so nice. I trust them and will never take my car anywhere else. Did you know they price match competitors in town? I love that because that means I can feel good knowing Im getting The highest quality repair at the lowest possible price. !!! While visiting Cedar City for Utah Shakespeare Festival, I got the dreaded tire pressure light..... looked & found a screw in front tire the night before we were supposed to be driving again!Next morning went to Big-O Tires. Even though I showed up 15 minutes before opening time, Cameron, the manager, let me in & took my car.30 minutes later, tire fixed & NO CHARGE! I was shocked & delighted!! Needed my tires rotated and balanced, and an oil change. I walked in without an appointment, within 5 minutes my car was in the bay, and no more than 20 minutes later I walked out the door. The next day something punctured one of my tires, so I took it back for repair. Same thing... I was in and out in no time and they didnt even charge for the flat repair. Thank you Big-O Tire :)

These guys are awesome. I came into the shop with a fairly difficult fix needed. They didn’t have the parts needed and it was only 2 hours until closing. But they tracked down the parts, set 2-3 guys on the job and got it finished in record time. Since I live several hours away, I was over the moon that these guys would work so hard to get this done for me late on a Saturday afternoon/evening. High praise to the folks at Big O in cedar city.

I used to call around other shops, but I no longer do, since this is my go to now. My husband is in the military and at times I am unable to reach him to ask questions when something goes wrong with my car, but having a place you trust to help you out takes a big load of your back. A+ service!! I had my tires rotated and balanced at the north Les Schwab in Logan a day before traveling from Logan to Cedar City for Thanksgiving. I made it 35 miles before the weights came off on I15. I dealt with jumping and shaking for the rest of the trip south. The day after Turkey Day, I stopped in the Cedar Big O (not a LS in Cedar) to hopefully get the issue resolved for the return trip. All I can say is what a great experience! The guys doing the work actually ended up taking the tire off, spinning it 180, and remounting it because they were having to put too much weight in one spot to get it balanced. This was definitely going the extra mile for just balancing a tire. I was able to enjoy my shake and jump free trip back to Logan. Thanks Big O Cedar!!

I must say Im impressed with Big O Tires. My vehicle needed two front tires and alignment, but my vehicle type, sporty and fast Infinity G-35, usually takes several hours to install a kit for realignment. I was skeptical when told they could do it but took the chance and it seems to work. Employees are friendly and easy to work with, the only negative was the price but Id have to pay at least that much no matter where I went, plus they were competitive with Walmart tire prices.

On our way south on I 15 my husband noticed one of the tires on our trailer was down to the cords. We called this shop and they said they had the tires and could do the work today. When we got there not only did they have the right tires but they moved us to the front of the line so we could continue on our way.With in 45 minutes we had 4 new tires mounted and we were back on the freeway. Great service. Thanks guys.

Went in to get an alignment a few days ago. They told me that my upper ball joints and my outer tie rod end had a ton of play in them so the alignment would not hold up and stay aligned thus they did not perform the alignment job. They did not charge me for the alignment check; however, the dishonest thing about these guys is that I just took my truck in to the big o tires in st George on sunset and they told me that I have zero play in ball joints and tie rod ends and they performed the alignment and now my truck drives like new thanks to them. Maybe they, big o tires in cedar, just didnt feel like doing the alignment job on that particular day. Beware. They might want to charge you to do a job that does not really need to be done.

Had my tires rotated but they did not do it right. I didnt want to wait another hour and a half to have it corrected. I was going to check on pricing to replace my steer tires as the were getting close to 4/32 but the guy at the counter gave me the impression that I was a bother having my $3000.00 tires rotated. Their loss.Its funny that free tire rotation is a selling point but when you take advantage of it most locations make you feel like you are inconveniencing them.

I used Big O fir the first time after a few local recommendations. Big O was easy to schedule with, accomodating and got the work done early, all for a great. Our family is definitely going to Big O first in Cedar City Utah, from now on !

Went here to get the wheels of my car balanced. After leaving. I noticed the the employees had not balanced the tires whatsoever. They did nothing, all the while pretending that they had, and charging me an expensive full price.They ripped me off!!I then took my car down to Midtown Auto and they fixed the problem in a friendly, professional and courteous manner. I highly recommend Midtown Auto for any auto repairs. They are centered around Honesty. Stay away from Big O Tires because they prey on Women and the None-the-wiser.

Checked my front end after 4 wheeling in Zion, good news & rotated my Mesa tires - Summer 2017no charge, even better!Postscript fall 2018 - I now live in Cedar City.After making the Journey from Columbia Missouri 1500 miles and driving in a much different environment with my Jeep - it became clear I needed new and better tires-Cameron one of the managers was great to work with, after all was said and done I have the kind of tires I need for the Zion evirons...Ive been dealing with Big O Tire since they started their network, their service, advice, and the mechanics they hire to work on your vehicle are second to none -You will not find a better car service company in the USA.I dont usually make these kind of claims in a review,but this business is one of the very best.=Peter=Thanks Mark, when you travel these parts you need good tires, unlike other parts of this country. When here to get our brakes fixed and came out with a broken AC line. They hit the AC line when they were working on the brakes. They spoke down to my wife very rudely when she told them about the mistake. AC was reliable before, and after NO AC after. Huh, you do the math.

This place has great customer service! I went in needing some help replacing a headlight lightbulb and they were super great about it!James, was super helpful!I recommend this place 100%!
