Nice guys...but....I had a simple repair--one flat tire, already off the vehicle. They plugged it, I brought it home, mounted it...next day, flat again. Brought it back, left it a few hours, and they didnt get to it...so had to leave it overnight (when i screw something up, it goes to the top of the list at my work...not here i guess) Went back the next day, got it back, mounted it. Flat again. Hissing from the spot they plugged. Three trips to this shop and I still have a flat tire. Cmon guys! Get it together!!!! I wont have them attempt to fix it a third time because at this point I just want it done.

I started taking my car here a while back, and been doing so ever since. They are honest, straight to the point and do not try to sell me other services. They keep me updated at all times, and let me know when they can or can not do something. Good place to take your car, there is a lengthy wait cause they do get busy just like any other place but it is well worth it. Never keep you in the dark.

A bunch of scammers!! I went in for a free ac check that they offer and immediately tried charged me 135 just for a check up. INSANE! wasted there time doing nothing and then told me the ac compressor didnt work and tried to charge me 850 to repair it. I WALK OUT! Scam! scam! Scam! Got it fixed at an other shop for 60 bucks DIDNT need a new ac compressor.

They are very knowledgeable and honest. I asked them if they could get a repair done on my car and they did not try to sell me something else. Yes they do get backed up and busy but they are upfront about things

Its been closed for days. They dont answer the phone and voice mail box is full. I wouldnt deal with them if they were the last auto shop on earth.

From the ambiance to the service, this location screams sleezy car salesmen with labor costs probably the highest Ive ever seen here in the valley. They say that their going to repair a single portion of my cooling system yet insisti replace almost every part... The costumer service is sub par, would love to give them another try in the future provided things change. Good luck.

Owner is a lier. Said he would installed a transmission on my car and later on discovered he never order it. He kept telling me it was still on the old car and that it never shipped but that he personally was going to pick it up at a ups store??? Like really?? Bad service

Adam I have to disagree with you. i think its very childish and irresponsible of you to put a review and rate a facility over an interview that you were late too. After you promised to show up at a certain time. I myself have got service at Champion Auto Service both on Ramon Road and on date palm and I have received nothing but excellent service from the moment I walked in to the moment I walk out I walk out with a smile on my face.
