There is a pharmacist there named Jake up who is extremely RUDE!!!!!!the worst service out of a pharmacy I ever had Jake should be fired he does not need to be there he turned my wife down for my sons seizure meds when my son has seizures knowing that when she was two dollar short to get his full prescription and tried to get a partial he said to go to the emergency room because he couldn’t help my wife. fuck that motherfucker he can go to hell and I hope that motherfucker gets fired I am filing a huge complaint against Jake Jake is his name Jake Jake pharmacist worst pharmacist ever sucks ass

Amazing staff and service!

I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PHARMACY!!!! I DROPPED MY SCRIPT OFF ON THE FIFTH, WAS TOLD THEY COULDNT FILL IT UNTIL THE NINTH. WE DRIVE ALL THE WAY FROM FLORENCE ON THE NINTH.... AND WAS TOLD THEY COULDNT FILL IT TILL THE 12th... I EVEN CALLED AHEAD AND MADE SURE THAT I COULD PICK IT UP... BECAUSE WERE DRIVING FROM FLORENCE!!!!!!! THE PHARMACIST TOLD ME SHE WAS JUST FILLING IN ON THE WEEKEND... AND HAD NO IDEA ABOUT IT TO BE FILLED THE 9TH!!!! SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, IMPATIENT, MEAN, UNSYMPATHETIC, AND JUST FLAT OUT IGNORANT.... PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE... AND AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!

Every time it’s so Impossible to get my kids medicine I get sent to the drop off window they ask me about insurance but yet they know it’s accchhs but still not covered so I say whatever I’ll just pay out of pocket cause my daughter needs her medicine but they didn’t even fill it yet so I’m forced to wait another hour with 3 crying kids it’s ridiculous. This happened every time I’d rather pay more for Walgreens at this point

Some of the staff is rude and then when you call your on hold for 15 minutes sometimes more! They are slow! Sometimes they don’t even tell you that your prescription is ready!

Use to be the best pharmacy in cg. Now they close at 7 for literally NO REASON. They have had this trend lately of waiting until just after close to say meds are filled. At 9:01 I use to get a notification saying my meds are ready now it happens at 7:01 since they close at 7. Why would you play With peoples lives/meds like that? The meds are obviously ready before 7 or you couldnt consistantly say they were ready 1 min after close.

Long lines for one and it took a week to fill one prescription.

Never have my medicine on time, I had to be waiting up to 4 hours for them just to tell me that they cant find my prescription.they never call or text me when the medicine is ready also.
