I only shop here once a year. Every year Im asked to apply for there credit card and each time I politely decline. But this year took the cake when the lady checking us out would not no for answer and went for my daughter who Ive already taught not fall for them. To stay away from all offer for credit.

The stock at the casa grande store was terrible. Shelves are half empty and everything is just scattered about from where previous customers have picked at the bones of whats left. Saw some staff members attempting to keep order of the inventory but no acknowledgment to me as the customer or even a greeting to see if I could use any help . Wouldnt be surprised if this location was the next store to close inside the prominade.

My wife shops there and I just stand around. That being said I did notice that they have good prices. The store is very clean and well arranged. I spoke with one employee and she was very nice and considerate. So with that being said, I rate them above other stores in this mall.

Well stocked and clean. Besides the cashier I didnt really see too many employees asking to help. But overall it wasnt bad.

My order was delivered on date that they estimated.. the size was dead on perfect. This was by far my best shopping experience considering i dislike shopping, even worse is shopping on line and not knowing if the size is right . But all in all - good experience thank you to the people who put my order in motion..

Good place to find womens jeans with no holes in them.

The visit was good, clean, staff was friendly, they just need to let customers know when they location that resizes their purchased jewelry is running behind. We were told 7 business days and now turns out we wont have the item until mid March.

It seems like the store is falling apart there roof was leaking everywhere they have buckets everywhere throughout the store id say a 3rd of the ceiling tiles are gone and the have fans blowing all the soggy dry wall, i have no idea why they are still open or dont relocate i was walking passed there mattresses and a few of them were wet and a few had water stains

Was pleased with the help in the store but disappointed in how few cars the had in the store especially for Black Friday. I might have shopped more but my hands were full and could not carry anymore items.

What does a watch battery have to do with Covid. My husband has a 300 X watch, no one has the battery they say the only place to get it is Pennys. Clerk very rude stating that if course with Covid they didnt sell batteries. My husband would put IT in, they wouldnt have to touch it.

Went in to look at wedding/engagement rings and the jewelry lady was very short with her words as if we were an inconvenience to her. Guess they dont need the business so we walked out! Perhaps management needs to step in and train their employees on customer service before they lose more customers 🤔

I used to love JCPenneys. They had great quality and great prices on ladies clothing. That has changed in the last 5 years. No quality.

Terrible. Tried to return a pair of jeans purchased pre covid. They wanted to refund $5. Still has original tags on them. Tried to exchange but couldnt find exact and noone around for help

Went for a sale. Easy to get around. I love the new red shopping cart so I can sit my son in there. This store is nice except the check out area is always so hot there. So it sucks if the lines are long cause you will be sweating.

The salon always has the most amazing people! No matter who you go to, the stylists are extremely personable and make sure they ask lots of questions so you leave looking your best!

Kind of ghost town feeling. Some things not a great selection of. Pretty good sales sometimes. Like the checkout area in the front of the store instead of having to walk around finding a register.

This store cannot achieve 5 stars with nobody assigned to the internet pick-up, return/service counter. Time after time I have had to call or track down service for the service desk to pick-up online orders. It is called the service desk... Great prices and clearance deals here. Service reps available in Mens, Womens, Jewelry and front registers, but no service reps at the service desk.

My first time at the salon and my appointment was with Mikayla. My hair is thick and is a shorter bob style. She texturized and cut it perfectly! I couldnt be more pleased. I highly recommend her.

The price was right, however service was terrible. We requested help and none showed. Then we got to hear over the loud speaker how there the cream of the crop in A+ service. Ya not so much. We tell the girl who checked us out her response was oh Im so sorry. Nothing about I will speak to the manager or anything. It was pretty much the attitude you still bought from us so who cares.
