Was looking for good quality king size pillows. Had what I wanted in stock. Cashier was very friendly too.

Husband and I went in looking for a new comforter and walked out with 2 carts of purchases. Lots of items on clearance. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Used to have quality merchandise. Now using mostly Chinese junk to compete with other stores

I love Bed Bath & Beyond in Casa Grande! Actually, if truth be told, I havent been in a Bed Bath and Beyond I didnt love! Friendly and helpful staff, clean, and a large variety of items to choose from. There are always a variety of coupons to use, but if you dont have a coupon for your purchase, but another shopper does, they are happy to let customers share their coupon(s)!I highly recommend Bed Bath & Beyond!

The staff was friendly and helpful about other places to look nearby for the items they did not have in stock in store. It was disappointing that they didnt have what we were looking for (black bathroom rugs/towels) but it appears their overall stock of bathroom supplies in black is severely lacking as not even the website has any options.

I like bed bath & beyond but the employees are annoying. They make you feel like theyre watching you. Like youre going to steal something

It was okay oh, I definitely havent been to a Bed Bath & Beyond in a long time the ladies asked me the minute we got in there if we needed help, which was nice my daughter and I walked around just to see all the knickknacks that they had we laughed with about 10 items

The staff here is fabulous! They help you with coupons and keep you aware of special deals as well. I cant tell you how many times they saved me money. Thats the place to shop for everything that youre looking for and much that you werent aware that you were looking for!

We got some towels. I wanted a bathsheet in a particular color and they had it. They have quite a range of bath, bed and kitchen items. We shop fairly often and have not been disappointed.

Bought a fabulous UGG blanket with gift card. Love it, staff excellent and friendly.

Helpful employees make the shopping experience very good. I had three different employees ask me if I needed help, I did and they helped. Even the cashier saved me $40.00 on my purchase. Now thats a company that wants your business. The fact they have so many items is a great deal.

01.13.2020Casa Grande Promenade StoreLarge bath towels priced $14.95 and a 20% off sign in same area leads us the consumer to believe signs. We got to the front to checkout and the bath towels were $29.99!!!!. Of course we sald no, take them back. Why make a whole wall of bath towels not individually priced look like they were $14.95 as priced with s sign over them? Look, millions were spent on the concept of merchandising the store. Look at your pricing. Dont be myoptic as management so that you cant see the trees from the forest. Step back and look at that wall....As a customer. Or, was deception intentional by you Bed, Bath & Beyond?? Embarrassed us.

Today I found out B.B & B. Has NFL gear online and they have over 600 different things there for decent prices. A Denver Broncos comforter was $26 bucks! (Apprx) its plush too. Must check it out.

I had a great experience shopping there. They were able to find all the things that I needed and got me out of the store in a timely fashion. I certainly will be going back there again.

Unfriendly manager, and sales clerk was rude. No inventory on ad items. Prices high.Sales clerk snapped and argued that she would help me AFTER she took care of her phone customer. We left the store after the incident and purchased elsewhere.

Fun place to shop can find lots of things to buy and reasonable prices.

In and out. I found what i was looking for within the first 10 minutes. The clerk was very helpful and respectful.
