The young lady at the Self Checkout (general merchandise side on Sunday, June 20th) was amazing! She was was backed up with assisting customers, but took care of us with tact. I purchased fuel cleaner which requires age verification. I also purchased 2 UV Sanitizer devices that rang up with 2 different prices. ($2.50 & $6.99) She corrected this and apologized for the issue. After I completed my purchase, I had to go to her and thank her! This store seems to be well stocked or is being stocked while I am there. I enjoy my biweekly visits to this location and recommend for anyone else.

ZERO STARS!!! Refused to bring out my pickup order. My husband waited 45 minutes while people that came before and after him had their cars loaded with pickup orders and were sent on their way. The online grocery pickup lead only emailed to apologize after I gave them a bad review on their website. Then instead of contacting me, the account holder, the grocery pickup lead called and left a long voicemail on my husbands phone that he did not give them consent to call. IT IS MY ACCOUNT. MY ORDER AND YOU TRY TO HARRASS MY HUSBAND OUT OF A BAD REVIEW THAT I LEFT. WELL HERE IS ANOTHER! It probably wont matter because you have 5,000 B.S. reviews already but I want people to know how unprofessional your associates are.

Store is always stocked very well, they have friendly staff here, there fresh fruits and veggies are bomb. Great walmart

Employees are always lacking character as well as training, store is a constant disaster and despite always being cleaned both restrooms are always dirty.BUT I got a pair of jeans for $8, so Im pretty happy with my trip

I kept getting the run-around from both the actual store and walmart.com on a return for a cheap vacuum that I bought 3 months ago and was broken upon delivery. I will not use walmart.com anymore and only use Amazon for all my online purchases in the future. I left the unused vacuum at the store so they can do as they wish with it since its useless to me. Im very disappointed with Walmart and had never been treated like this by them before. Thank you for your time.

It walmart. Packed not enough registers open. The lady at the auto counter was rude but the lady in the back register was super nice.

This store is out of stock on many consumables and for weeks at a time. Havent had pancakes for over a month. Body wash is hardly ever in stock. It is usually crowded. There is a good sized toy department. Associates were more friendly 6 months ago and those same associates now dont speak to customers and get a real cold shoulder from most. Wish it was a friendly place like some other Walmart stores! They knew us and our children and would always chat with us...super nice before!

I went to self check out terminal and purchase a few items and chose 3 different payment options. For example in the following order:-WIC card Transaction-Inserted Cash-Debit Card TransactionThe system has a glitch that caused my Debit Card to be overcharged because receipt never accepted the cash Payment. I was able to dispute and receive reimbursement but no apologies were addressed or compensation for overdraft email that indicated the issue when I arrived home. I had to drive back to location and wait for the cameras to be reviewed etc. Manager on duty Deon a European female and a European front end male manager after 9pm on 10/03/2021

This place sucks. The lines are always ridiculously long ( been in line for 1 hr and 10 minutes now)and 30% of the shelves are completely empty. What are you doing Walmart? I think you need better management here. Someone with time management and scheduling experience.

Live bait was frozen, only place I know to get live worms for fishing tonight.Other worms not in the freezer moldy and dead as well.After opening 10+ containers finally found some live worms,not night crawlers.Mentioned it to the girl at express check-out, might want to let a manager know your live bait is dead.She was young and clueless.My guess nothing will change. Need to find a bait and tackle shop a round here.

We were there at 7:00pm on July 1, 2021!!First, there were stockers everywhere. I do understand that things need to be restocked. Second, when there is only a couple of registers open then I do believe that a manager or someone needs to make a change and put help where it needs to be applied at the time. Then after the rush they can go back to their original position. There is no reason for a register to be backed up with about 7-10 full carts of people waiting to get through.Third, I do understand that people are training other people. At the register that I was at, there were two people. Then two more people came & started conversing with each other. This is where you need help. They could have opened up another register or did something productive. At one point, a worker was leaning against the wall playing on her phone.Fourth, a customer had either dropped her milk or it fell!! The cashier gave her paper towels to clean it up herself. Really?? Do you not have maintenance or someone to come clean it up. Although a worker finally came to help when she was about finished. So I thought. No, she just held the paper towel roll and was just unrolling it for the customer.Fifth, there have been employees playing in the restrooms when they should be put getting carts. Which I see people have to walk back outside to get their own carts.Somebody somewhere has to make some changes in your store!! I know that I am not the only one that has concerns. I have shopped at your store for years. I really do hate to see this decline in the management and on every entry level of this department store. I have approached managers in the past but to no avail. I am sincerely thinking of taking my business elsewhere!! I know that I am not the only that will be doing this either!!

The place is clean & well stocked which is partially the reason for only 2 stars, seems theres ALWAYS stocking carts blocking the isles.Also on this trip there was not a single cart at either entrance, had to go out & find one in the parking lot. BTW most of the cart return areas were empty also, carts scattered throughout the parking lot.We try not to go to this store except out of necessity for the above mentioned reasons. I think this store could use a management change or something.

I hate going here. WAY TOO MANY people in there ALWAYS. Unfortunately it is the only store like this in the area. Best time to go is later in the evening. But Id rather order stuff online than ever go inside this nasty store.

Why only one Walmart in this town I drive 20 minutes to get to this one and always crowded no matter what day or time you come if you built another one people would go to that to take load of the one store they both would bring in the dough cause can’t beat Walmart prices so think about it would create jobs to and we need that to in this small town think and do it

Floor staff hired dor holidays are WONDERFUL 🥰 BUT the cashiers are lazy, rude, obnoxious, & pull the race card to pick on & harass customers!

I have personally appreciated the self service check out and the staff tries to keep this service moving. This last visit appreciated the floor changes in the produce department. I had questions while shopping in the paint department I found staff quickly on this day and my questions were answered. I had a great shopping experience, I found everything I needed. Stoe was fully stocked. I went to the cosmetic area and was assisted in a timely manner after browsing.

Good Walmart location, its the same as mine from back home in CO. Its very big and has lots of things. Im always kind of turned around in places but overall it is a good location. Workers are nice and it is well maintained inside.

Walmarts service has declined rapidly. Now there are frequently terribly long lines. Crazy how when they had to bring their minimum wage up they also had to reduce employees.Frequently youll have to wait in upwards of 10+ minutes before you can check out. Theres constantly restock boxes and crates between isles. I used to be a satisfied Walmart shopper now Im just not sure if I ever want to spend another dollar there.

Honestly, this place sucks. I was here a couple days before fathers. My mom and I were picking up my dad a grill for fathers day. Nobody was there to help us check out in the lawn and garden center. They didnt offer any help to place the grill In our vehicle. (going to home Depot, they offer help) but, other than the lack of help and lack of cashiers, everything is fine.

Very busy with only 3 registers open . I had too many groceries to do self checkout which I prefer. But I bought everything on my list so all is good.

Understaffed as always. The lines they do have open with actual cashiers are always super long and they usually only 2 or 3 lines open. Self check out is fine for the quick trips but most people go to Walmart for the bigger loads. Hire more cashiers.

The manager RYHA or RAYA is a rude employee. After she mistreated the person in front of me I sat there looking at her for about 15 minutes yell at 2 employees. I came to Walmart twice today and I’ve seen the same cashier being pushed outside and pushing carts. I’m looking at this lady and see her talking to one employee as if they’re friends and then the next “Alexis” as she’s trash. Walmart WATCH YOUR EMPLOYEES. Can you at least make sure there is no discrimination, if I have to see the same employee being pushed around, I am losing it, never coming back again. Make sure that old lady is doing her job.

I came for Redbox. It took me a few minutes to find them because one is on one side of the store and the other is on the other. No complaints.

I dont feel safe shopping here anymore. Multiple people without masks. I asked employees about it, and they said corporate does not let them tell anyone about wearing a mask or not. Go shop at Frys, I know they at least ask you to wear a mask.

Lady that checked me out was so nice. I just moved here from another state.So it was pleasant to be treated so nice. There was a couple of rude people shopping but other then that it was good.

The Wal-Mart store gets a 3 star rating on a good day. But it has gotten to the point where we choose to drive a few extra miles to do our shopping at the store in Maricopa. The service we get there has always been very good. Not to mention the fact that I have always gotten an electric cart and handicapped parking. Being disabled makes shopping one of my least favorite things to do. The staff are very accommodating to assist getting things off the shelf if I cant reach them. I always recommend the Maricopa store vs the Casa Grande store. Keep up the good work.

I was going to give 4 stars because I wish they would have more cashiers. I try to use the self-checkout but since there were no cashiers all the self-checkout registers had crazy lines. Kinda defeats the purpose. However, a plus is that Im seeing the shelves are stocked, finally!! Maybe they changed the duties of the cashiers, why cant both happen?

This store is Huge and I mean Huge. You can get lost in it. Due to its size you spend a lot of time trying to find the items needed. And of course there are no guides to allow you to locate needed items

Similar review to the other Walmart I have been to. Cleanliness could definitely be improved. Service is almost non existent here especially in the outdoors bike area department. Shop if you must but I am starting to order ahead and pickup because the people and the waiting in line keep getting worse!

The layout is a little different and even some of the product they carry are a little more unique like Casa Grande Monopoly. Some products are cheaper too. For example, a dodgeball is over $8 in the valley but they are only $5 here. Sure, it a different brand but its still less money.

My grandma call to see how much the cheapest bug spray was the guy who she talk to said that he cant ask someone to see how much the cheapest bug spray was. She is 87yr and she can barely walk. I dont like shopping at Walmart and this experience hasnt changed my mind. What I wanted was on the top shelf and of course I couldnt find any help. After waiting 10 minutes after someone called to assist me, I finally was able to hunt someone down.

It’s Walmart…But in the past year the population has exploded unlike anything my 81 year old neighbor has seen (and she’s lived here for over 20 years).Technically I live in the next town over in Arizona City, half an hour away. Between the 3 surrounding towns, this is the only Walmart. It’s no longer 24 hours.Before you enter, find a cart in the parking lot cause there’s never any in stock inside. Most of the shelves are wiped out and it’s always elbow to elbow any time or day you go.Employees are stocking at all hours to try and keep up with the empty shelves, almost everything you need is either out of stock, or if you’re lucky, you’ll have one type of brand available. (Need eggs? You’ve got one brand left to pick from. Need sugar? This is the only brand left.)Once you’ve spent too much time in an overcrowded store to pick up north only half of what you need, then you can either wait in a mile long line or use self checkout for your 200 items.If you decide to just avoid the store completely and do a grocery pick up, be prepared because even though their website says it’s in stock, it’s not. So half of your grocery list will be out of stock with no replacement and then the rest will be of a different brand or similar product.The prices are cheaper, but it’s gotten so crazy here that I’m okay with paying double another half an hour drive away from home just to avoid the crowds. It’s just unfortunate that everything I have even in a cooler melts by the time I make it home.I don’t think I’m alone when I say, I hope there will be more grocery stores and Walmart’s opening soon because getting basic groceries shouldn’t be this ridiculous. You’d think walking in, we were still in the middle of a pandemic or some big holiday like Thanksgiving day the way the store is so full of people and empty of products.

Most visits to this Walmart are pretty good for item availability & customer service. Their tire & lube station has almost always been great. Their customer service counter was definitely lacking today with the clerk talking down to me, acting like I didn’t know what a Money Card was, and then asking to see the card as if it wasn’t. No greetings, no thank you’s, & lots of attitude. I will contact store management but seeing this is Walmart I don’t expect much to be done.

A standard Walmart supercenter. Only complaint was a shortage of self check-outs and not enough electric carts. I had to push my wifes cart to the exit.

Greeters were exceptionally friendly. The store was clean & check out was quick.

Nobody working there bothers to ask if you need help anymore. The few registers have long lines. It took 20 minutes for the cashier to check out 2 people with less than half a cart of groceries. You can never go in this store and not spend a half hour or more in line. Even self check out has lines.

I Love the Walmart in Casa Grande they have a better collection of different things more than the Coolidge Walmart.

Always the shelves are empty. The produce looks like its the bottom of the barrel. I only go to Walmart if I have to. I am now preferring Frys or Bashas. When you need to find something and you dont know where it is, quite a few employees act like its an incovenience to help. So I dont think your staff is doing their job.

In store shopping is a chore! Started ordering online for store pickup. Orders have been correct, complete and timely! My new method for weekly shopping, highly recommend!

This place creeps me out. Parking lot has everything from dumped sodas and used diapers to panhandlers in diapers drinking soda. The inside, meh....

Horrible customer service. If you speak English I wouldnt recommend going her. I have asked for help 5 different times and was told no English, in Spanish the employee just walked away. I asked one day 8 employees and no one spoke any English that day I was beyond frustrated that I left and went to Frys where I could actually get help finding things. So wouldnt recommend going here if English is your first language, it is nearly impossible to find help finding products.

Super busy Walmart. Food was pretty well stocked thankfully, and it was pretty clean. There were a lot of people there. Medium size parking lot pretty good access from the road.Prices were pretty decent, and they even had some video games on sale. The pen and marker I aisle was well stocked, and sporting goods was pretty well stocked.

I just found out,after getting stranded in Tucson, AZ, that Walmart has a wonderful service called Walmart to Walmart. They can wire you money from a sender from any Walmart and you pick it up locally or where ever you are. Worked out beautifully! Thank you so much for all your help, Walmart!

The old white lady by the Garden CENTER at the check out was very rude !!!!! She told me I need to learn how to count . Who is she to tell me !!!! Yall need to show ur employees how to respect customers EVEN WHEN THEY MISS COUNT TWO CANS OF JUICE !!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME !!!!

Walmart-- needs to rethink how the walk in customers need to be taken care at the checkouts. 2 real checkers, self check lined past the pharmacy.At least 6 to 7 workers running around filling in curbside orders, also those carts they use block the aisles. Hire more people we know youre making a $$$$$

I ordered a birthday cake about two days in advance as a last minute decision. The chocolate cake was nice and chocolatey, moist, flavorful. The Bavarian cream was delicious as was the icing! The pink camo decoration and icing flavors and colors were spot on! I requested extra filling and was pleased with the amount in the cake at no extra cost too! I’ll definitely be reordering cakes from Walmart!!

I was at curbside pick up. They work so hard and I really appreciate the Walmart employees. They are alway courteous, helpful and polite.
