Grace is amazing! I had a not so helpful interaction a few days ago with another customer service rep who was not interested in helping me solve my problem. I return another day and Grace was working. She solved not one, but two, issues for me. She went out of her way to help me and make my experience positive. The facility is clean and well secured. We are having a great initial experience in arranging storage for an RV we are buying. I stopped by since this Public Storage location is in our neighborhood and spoke with Grace, who was most welcoming and answered all my newbie questions. I was relieved to learn they had two parking spaces available for about the same price as competitors that are in much less convenient locations.Grace allowed me to drive by their open parking spaces and choose the one that will work best for us, then held it for me until I could complete the rental agreement, and even walked me through the online process when I got stuck.I toured a couple of other storage lots that are farther away from our house and appreciate that this Public Storage has lots that are paved and level, and that the whole place looks clean and tidy.Looking forward to having a safe, convenient place to keep our new RV.

Grace is awesome! Our client had some trouble securing a unit online and she called me back right away, got it solved and even thought a few steps ahead to what our client would need that we could take care of right then and there. Then she walked me out to put the lock on the unit and test the gate access so we wouldnt have any issues. She was fabulous!

The ladies that work there are awesome! The customer service provided from Grace is excellent and I appreciate her very much. Both ladies who work there are friendly, and the Manager Jason Tumbiolo is also nice. I been a customer there for over 5 years.

I had a great experience with them 10 years ago; I stoped services as I moved out of town and no longer needed the extra storage space. Currently, 9 years later, I have moved back to this area after selling our house. I knew I could rely on them now as well for well needed storage space and service.

Google needs an option for zero stars because 1 star is bumping up their average way too much. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. I spent weeks trying to resolve a billing issue that was caused by the company changing their online payment system (they sent me a letter telling me so). Office person cant clear the charges, referred to district manager twice. Customer service main number tries really hard to keep you from talking to a human, but once you manage to get one on the phone they cant clear the charges, only the district manager can. In the meantime received an email threatening to take me to collections. Took several days of calling to get the district manager to call me back. Online contact form gives an error message when you hit submit. Tweeted at Public Storage and they respond quickly (Were so helpful!) on Twitter telling me to write to a support email address that they dont list anywhere on the website (you know, so you cant get around the broken online contact form). Eventually the district manager called me back and managed to clear the bogus charges that he confirmed werent my fault (duh). Vacated my storage space. Never again.Other perks of Public Storage:- Free workouts! Good luck getting the door to your unit open without injuring yourself. Get a tetanus shot too because that slide bolt sticks and will slice you.- Organic hair treatments! From all the dirt that falls on your head every time you open the door.- Me time and extra driving practice making multiple trips! Because every time you try to go to the office, theres a sign on the door saying theyll be back at a certain time and then they arent really back then.- Open access to your storage unit 24/7! Even if they try to lock you out of your space because of bogus billing issues, the gate is broken so you can drive right in. Top notch security.

Where do I even begin…… promo rate notHonored, double charged, bad customer service, gave us a lock with non working keys that was non refundable, then after fighting for the promo rate they jacked the price up 4 months after we moved in. Avoid at all cost!

This is my first time renting at this public storage and the service there was awesome. The lady name Courtney was so helpful, she took time explaining all the details and any other questions I had to ask. I used to do customer service, due to this pandemic I lost my job. (Courtney put a smile on my face representing all customer service workers ) 😊😊😄

Courtney was very helpful. Went there to get paper to wrap my christmas items in and found just what i needed. The office was very clean and smelled wonderful. I was in and out in less then 5 min!!! Thank you for the suggestions on wrapping.

I went here to store my furniture for a couple weeks and it was the easiest experience ever. I was able to do reservations online and my keys were already available within the hour I placed my reservation. The woman at the front desk. Courtney, was very helpful and helped with all my needs. Overall good storage facility.

They give you a free month but all the start up fees basically throw that out the window. Storage space could have been cleaned out a little before renting it. I know it’s an outdoor storage space but a broom through all of the spiders and webs would have been nice. Edit: rent increased after 3 months

The staff was nice, efficient, and able to answer my questions. She went with me to show me the unit and make sure I understood the code and key systems. It was easy to get to carts to help move the items as I have an inside unit. The unit was clean. This was my first experience with a storage unit and I was very pleased with it.

Claims to be climate controlled yet I can see my breath inside where the thermostat reads 42 degrees. I had to vacuum the entire hallway upon moving in because I felt like I was camping there were so many leaves, sticks, and spider webs. So, if you think the place is clean, youre welcome.

Grace was, as always, very helpful when I wanted to “move up” from a 5 x 5 storage unit to a larger, 5 x 10 unit. The storage unit gives me welcome — and much needed — extra storage space at a convenient location after downsizing from life in a house to life in a townhouse. The smaller space was so useful it made the decision to rent a larger unit very easy.

Grace and Courtney are fantastic!!. This is the second time I used Public Storage on SW Cary Parkway. The first time, when I moved from the DC area two years ago. Now that I am moving again, I returned to the same location. They were great then and they are great now. Working with Grace is like working with family. My girlfriend and I visited this establishment and Kimberly helped us find the right unit for what we were packing. Initially we went in with a general idea of what we wanted and Kimberly was able to save us a few hundred dollars on storage. It really was amazing. We got a much smaller unit then we thought we would need and was able to get everything in perfectly. her professionalism and general great demeanor will definitely have me coming back here to do business with her when I need storage again.

Its been ages since weve rented a storage space but relocating from California put us in a situation where we need to store all our belongings. This is not just another storage place. Sarah and the others are super helpful and flexible. Got me into the type of unit I needed when I needed it. They have several ways to pay. Good shop for moving supplies. Nice facility. Overall I am very satisfied.

Great location and friendly staff! LeAnn was amazing and gave great service! Highly recommend renting a space here they were very accommodating.

They will give you a fairly good deal.......at first. Then, they are going to raise the price on you pretty often. The units themselves are not in very good condition. They keep your stuff out of the rain, but thats about it. Bugs, lizards and dirt, all, somehow find a way inside the unit and in your stuff.

My only critique would be to offer a discount for customers who sign up for auto draft. Other than that, everything was great!

Positive experience. I called prior to find out rates and locations, and the customer service person was almost excessively friendly (but pleasant). The gentleman at the location was ready for me when I arrived and efficiently went through the process after first showing me the unit/location. The unit was clean and I felt was a good size for the price. I was provided with an efficient run down of policies and a quick checkout. Every point of interaction with this company and location has been positive so far.

Nice staff. Facilities are adequate. Only one problem. Every time I open the storage unit door, small debris and dust fall on my head.

The facility has had a lot of deferred maintenance and is a bit run down (lights not working, gate not working, elevator issues, etc.), but they are very courteous at both the corporate hq and the local level and the place is pretty clean and secure. Moved in today and other than the fact that you have as much paperwork as buying a house, it was a smooth and pleasant experience.
