I made a reservation for a unit online which made the process of moving into my unit super simple. Brandon was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable which made it even easier. Both the office and the units were clean and well kept. Having your own personal gate and door code makes the place feel very secure. Overall a great place to store, especially for the price.

Working with The Space Shop has been a breeze! Particularly with the manager Brandon who is so kind and inviting. My husband and I were in the middle of a very big and busy move and had to upgrade our storage space twice in the span of two weeks because we underestimated how much space we would need! We were embarrassed to go in so soon to say we needed yet another upgrade but Brandon took care of us straight away. I would definitely recommend this storage unit which is also super clean and in an easily accessible area in Cary. Super pleased customers :)

Facility is clean and organized with plenty of security cameras and entry code redundancy to give us peace of mind that our items will be safe in their climate controlled units. Multiple bottles of complimentary water were helpful on a warm spring day of filling a 10x10 unit. Plenty of carts to help us move big/numerous items, cutting down on time spent and the unload/load area is large enough for multiple folks to access the location at once. What stood out the most is the customer service exuded by the team, exemplified in the property manager Brandon Boyd. His knowledge of the facility and ability to troubleshoot a minor issue was superb, exceeded only by his friendly yet professional demeanor. He helped us through every step of the process and was informative and compassionate knowing we were looking at other options in the area. The price for our unit was key but the experience with Brandon was what made the decision to go with Space Shop easy. Would highly recommend this location for your storage needs.

I’ve had a great experience with Space Shop Self Storage. From day 1, Brandon’s provided top notch customer service in person and over the phone. The process was seamless and the quality of the unit was great. We even had to upgrade the size at an unexpected time, and Brandon had us moved the same day! We had several items in need of the climate controlled environment and everything made it out in the shape we stored it. I thought they were amazing. I was a little confused about how they give you a month free but I like the way they did it with it being prorated for the rest of this month. And then free the next month to ensure you receive a full month free. And they are hands down less expensive then the others. To say the cheapest says they offer less and not true. Leas expensive bc they are the same and just cost less. I am happy I found them on goggle. Without google I would of never found them. Thank You

By far worse customer service experience I have had. Brandon was so rude and unprofessional, I couldn’t believe it! My account wasn’t being auto draft, and for four months I was calling to have this rectified with no luck. The notes weren’t being updated on account or anything. I spoke with them the first month after receiving an email threatening to overlock me, and was told that there were NSF, I offered to produce bank statements to show that money was in the account. So every month I received threatening emails and had to call and make my payment manually. Finally in July I spoke to Ebony (the assistant) who informed me that all of my info had been deleted from the system, and asked if I wanted her to email me authorization to be put back on auto draft. Which I replied no, that I will not be needing the storage for August. Well August is here, and as usual I received an email threatening me, but this time I was auto drafted. I removed my things and the lock on the 3rd. Called Brandon to request my money to be refunded, just to be spoken to disrespectfully, and to be rudely interrupted and cut off so many times. He even began shouting at my fiancé. I am expecting a call from Heather, the regional manager. I hope that she can correct this constant poor customer service and unprofessional behavior distributed by Brandon and call center agents.

My experience at the Space Shop was absolutely amazing! Brandon Boyd was extremely professional and helpful. There were some discrepancies with my U-haul rental (NOT DUE TO THE SPACE SHOP) but Brandon Boyd contacted U-haul on my behalf and made sure my rental reservation was corrected and successful. I will definitely use the Space Shop as a pick up and drop off point again in the future. I recommend them to anyone in the Cary area who needs either storage or u-haul pick up and drop off.

Changed owners while i was here. It was great at first but the new owner kept overcharging me and charging me late fees for no reason. I had to call in frequently to get my charges fixed. They doubled the price and charged me an extra month when i moved out. “No Refunds” was my reply. Thanks a lot A**holes.

Stored my items here before moving out to a retirement community. Senior citizen friendly. The other storage place in the area did not seem to friendly and were not interested in helping. Kendra and the employees there are helping and went out of the way to make sure I understood the how the storage works. She helped me find all the speciality boxes I need. I recommend this place to my friend who is moving next week, and everyone else who is in need of storage.

Great check in process. Great price for a 5x5 storage, especially for college students. Only problem I had was not bringing a lock because I guess I didnt read things clear enough. Cest la vie. Highly recommend.

Space shop is hands down the best storage in Cary. They have free cookies, Month to Month leases, clean units, clean bathrooms, music (really good music)... I have never had a a storage unit that offered all of this and great prices on units and supplies. Carrie the property manager was helpful and they are open 7 days a week!

Good location. We had a cleanliness issue but management seems to taking care of it according to their response. The prices are low for heated storage. I would use them for short term since they are close and have low prices. The customer service was nice and the manager was willing to help with all of our needs.

This was the best storage rental experience I’ve ever had! The facility is very clean, unlike some other grungy storage places I’ve been. On top of that, the representatives Carrie and Kendra were super nice and knowledgeable. Btw, you get a $50 bonus for each person you refer... no games! How cool is that? Definitely will be referring others to this location.

Wow! Carrie is probably one of the best people I have ever met in my life. I came down because I had just moved into the cary area and needed a place to put my things! She made it so simple and is so kind and even gave me a cookie. I love it!

Hidden convenient location. Office staff was very helpful and helped us find movers. The location is close to the school and my office. They offered a move in special. Kendra gave us a call today to make sure we were taken care of. The only only issue we have is with the door not staying open long enough. I would reccomend The Space Shop Self Storage to anyone. There are also cookies for the kids (and kids at heart)

The staff was pleasant and the facility is very new and clean! It was so easy to go on-line on their site, choose a size for our unit, put in our information, and get a confirmation code. Then we took the confirmation code to the Space Store and voila!!!! After about 10 minutes, we were putting our items in our unit. The security is state of the art too. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a secure, climate controlled storage unit!!

The process of getting a unit was so easy and quick. Carrie was super helpful and showed me to the exact storage unit I needed. I was able to easily move my stuff in the same day without any issues since they have carts available. They have the best prices too!

We rented a locker here last week. The prices are still the lowest in the area but higher than they were last year when we first looked. Our unit and the property look brand new. Kendra was helpful and helped us find a great moving company and made fresh cookies for us. Unlike our last storage this place has longer open hours for access from 6-10pm. We saw we saw no bugs or trash on the property which was also a issue for me at my last locker. If your rent there tell them Ashleigh Matthews sent you.

Great facility, air conditioned and secure. Carrie Curtis was very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend Space Shop. Autopay means I never miss a payment. If I could change one thing, it would be to have a covered loading area that I could pull my truck up to and keep the rain off.

This place is a little off the road so you cant see it, but its kind of a hidden treasure. The rentals are really affordable and the place is very clean and easy to get in and out of as well. Carrie in the office is super nice and helpful!
