It’s a good place to store your items. I never really had any problems with the storage unit except dust and dirt accumulating at the entrance of the unit. I recommend sweeping every week or two if you’ll be there long term. Staff members were nice and helpful. Prices kept going up so I had to take my stuff out. Overall, a good experience.

Staff was always friendly. Only issue I ever had with the unit was taken care of shortly after I reported it. Only 2 reasons I left. Rent went up a bit more than I could afford and one a half hour closer to extended family opened up. Overall I thought it was a nice place in a very nice area and always clean when I visited.

Very kind and helpful staff in the office and you can tell the maintenance staff is top notch. I would definitely recommend. Hard working and kind staff, well layer out facilities.

The front desk staff is fantastic, very friendly, professional and easy to work with. I had to upgrade my space once I got there and realized the original space would be too small. It was easy and simple to upgrade. It took less than 10 minutes and we did it all over by phone. I didn’t have to go into the office.

The people that work at this facility are wonderful, however the price of a unit goes up constantly. I started out paying next to nothing for my unit and now it’s almost $100/month for a small non-air conditioned unit. I’ve had the unit for barely a year. I can’t wait until I move in a few months and can get my stuff out of storage. Sell your stuff or store it with a friend! They raise prices every couple of months for no reason and no notice!

Staff was very professional and efficient, and practiced good social distancing practices.My only complaint is that the rental fee is a bit misleading, and it was not until I was ready to pay that I was made aware of the $24 administrative fee. Considering that I only needed to rent the unit for a month, this is a pretty hefty fee. I think this should be more transparent, and I question what exactly $24 of administrative fees gets you anyway. Sounds like a way to get some extra $$ out of your customers to me.

I recently relocated to the west coast and needed to store my vehicle at a location where it could be picked up later by an auto transport company. Michelle at CubeSmart understood exactly what I needed and took wonderful care of the situation, letting me know what her office needed from me and staying in communication with me while I waited for the auto transport company to confirm the pickup date and the drivers name. Michelle let me know as soon as the driver picked up the vehicle and she immediately closed out my account once it was picked up, saving me from having to remember that one last step. I couldnt be happier with the excellent customer service I received from Michelle and her staff at this CubeSmart and I highly recommend them if you are in a similar situation.

Best storage rental property Ive ever seen. The lady that runs the place is awesome! Its mostly for business storage which is what I use it for. Never have to worry about your stuff.

Michelle was excellent. She walked we through 3 choices and when I made my choice she noticed the latch on my choice was slightly damage but functional. She replaced the latch and now it worked perfectly. Service was great. Conversation was great.

To start, Tiffany is awesome! My husband and I came to look at a storage unit because we plan to be moving to the area over the summer. She took the time to show us 3 different sizes knowing we were not ready to make a commitment to rent (we have not used storage before so were unsure of what we may need). She was very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. We WILL be coming back to rent when we move! If anyone is looking for a great place to rent I highly recommend this place.

The staff is nice, thorough and the use of the truck is really helpful as well. It would be nice though if we had access 24/7 to our belongings, since we are issued a code and there is security camera surveillance. Other than that Im super pleased with the facility. It is run well, it is large and secure...also well maintained.

I looked at several storage units, and chose Cube Smart because of the customer service I received from Gloria and Aisha. To me, a storage unit is just 4 walls and a locked gate. They are all the same. However, Gloria and Aisha had such positive attitudes, were so helpful and friendly, that I knew I could count on them if I ever needed any kind of assistance. The other storage places were fine, but I felt that to them, I was just another customer. Gloria and Aisha made me feel like they really cared about me being completely satisfied with my experience at their facility. I will use Cube Smart whenever I need storage space, because of their exceptional customer service.

I love this location! I’ve been with them since 2015, and I’ve never thought of storing anywhere else. Its safe, convenient, well-lit, and the customer service is professional yet personal. Michelle, Aimee and Givon are like family to me, and they’re always around the property keeping it clean, orderly and well-maintained. They’ve even brought packages out to me at my unit that I had delivered to their office. Now that’s customer service! They really stay on top of things to keep the facility looking nice for their current customers and visitors. If you’re self-storage shopping in the area, make sure this one is on your shortlist.

I rented 2 storage units at Cary, NC location for a few months. Manager and staff were always nice, courteous and helpful. The storage facilities always looked clean and maintained. The facility had good safety measures and on-site management. They even have rental trucks for moving. It was my first time renting a storage facility, and it was a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend it to friends!

Ive been renting space at CubeSmart for over 3 years, and I must say that the customer service is amazing. Gloria has been a gem from day one, always willing to help whenever she can. She is always bending over backwards to make sure your needs are met. She goes well beyond what one would expect of a great employee. Since Aisha has taken over as General Manager the place looks better, runs so much more efficiently than it had. She is always respectful, has a smile for her customers and and works hard to make sure your needs are met to the best of her ability. What a great team. If you need to rent a storage unit or a parking space, I wouldnt recommend going anywhere else.Im leaving a five star review only because it wont let me leave six stars. Just what you want in a storage facility. Happy people and great prices. All around excellent. I drove from New Hampshire to hear and slept in the truck until they open. The property manager came up nicely tapped on the window to wake me offering me coffee add water to boot. I couldnt ask for a better situation.

The process to rent a space at CubeSmart was very easy. We called and was quoted a good price for the size unit we needed. The next day we went to the facility to look at the unit. The customer service that was provided by Gloria Hall was outstanding. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful during the reservation process. The fact that they give you a truck for the hours and fifty mile radius for only$10 plus gas, helped us decided as well.We recommend this CubeSmart.

I just recently signed up with Cubesmart and have only met Michelle and Givon. Both are amazing when it comes to customer service, and their willingness to make you feel like you are welcome is wonderful! I enjoy talking to both as they are just fun people to be around. Husband and I were relocating to Raleigh from Texas, reserved a storage space at CubeSmart online with ease! Ran into some delays in our cross country drive, called and spoke with Gloria who agreed to come in early AND on her day off to meet us and our truck she even took the time to show us different units as the one we initially chose would have been too small. Cant say enough wonderful things about her and the professional manner in which we were treated.

Reserving the space was easy on line, and Michelle took really good care if even after we had her show us two sizes, then changed our size from our reservation. Excellent service and so easy!

Gloria was very helpful and informative. Once getting to CubeSmart, I had to change to a larger storage unit than the one I originally reserved. Gloria let me see several units that were different sizes. All the units I saw were very clean.

My experience was fine. Not exemplary, not awful. The manager (Michelle) was accommodating in letting me look at all sizes and choose one. She told me that the previous renter had stored her car in the unit (D20). I did not realize the large spot on the middle of the floor was gasoline until late Friday night when we started to bring in furniture to store. I wish she had told me that. The smell can be noticed from inside the unit only.Otherwise, the encounter was fine.I dont know if the experience my sister had the next day when she went to use the complimentary truck. I do know it started out badly and got beter.
