Reese at the register was very rude and shaking his head when asked about a price, will not be returning to this location. Manager came and did not say anything. They left a sale sign up by mistake. Experience was awful.

Probably the nicest hobby lobby around. Staff was fantastic as usual and compared to Michaels, Joannes and the other hobby lobby this one by far had so much more to offer!

Massive sales and discounts! Wide variety of products. Dont bring your credit card here. Bring cash! You will want to spend all your money! Its amazing!

We arrived at 7:35pm. We were told they cannot cut a mat for us because they were closing in 10 minutes. When I pointed out it was 25 mins and it’s a machine that cuts the mat, the girl at the counter said there is no way to do it tonight. All the other hobby lobby stores except park side mains do it in under 10 mins while you wait. The manager was approached, spoke to the employee and said she can’t do it tonight. I see other one star reviews for this store- I won’t be returning. The Cary crossroads store in 100 times more courteous and focused on customer service

Meh - I go in there with my wife. This time she bought a book which was marked down with a manual price and there was a sale sign that indicated 50% off marked price. So we go to checkout and it comes up at the marked price and we questioned it and they said the 50% was off the publisher’s price - that’s fine but the marked price didn’t equate to 50% off the publisher’s price - huh! So they adjusted the price to 50% off the publisher’s price which was different than the marked price which was different than what the sale sign said!

Ive been to a few Hobby Lobby stores in the past, and they are really impressive. They have an enormous selection of art supplies, more than any other place I think Ive been. This particular location seems to be bigger than the ones Ive been to in the past.There is a forest of fake flowers and plants! More than Ive seen in one place before. They look really nice, too.I expected a lot of art supplies, and this place certainly delivers. They have pens, pencils, paints, paper, markers, chalk, canvases, and everything associated with those arts that I could think to look for. As someone who likes to draw and paint, this was a really fun place to walk through and think of stuff I could do.They also have frames, and pre-made art that you can hang or place in your house/apartment. I expected that too, and was pleasantly surprised.What I wasnt expecting was the huge selection of educational toys! There is an entire aisle dedicated to toys and crafts that can teach you something. Im looking forward to going back to do some birthday shopping for my nieces, nephews, and friends kids.

Love it. Wasnt disappointed. Kinda pricey in certain areas but if you take your time looking youll find some great reasonably priced things. Cant wait to go back. The fabric dept and craft section was my favorite. I really enjoyed just looking around at all the neat things for ideas on future projects

In this store you can get everything for your house decor. I like all the items and the prices were reasonable. I recommend it’s a good place for people who love home decorating and crafts. It would be better if they label the aisles with names which would make the shopping even more easier for the shoppers.

Outstanding, I shop at Hobby lobby all the time at a variety of places as I use it to supply my small business. This place was hands down the most organized, cleaned, and just awesome place to shop. Even though I love shopping at Hobby lobby, if youre going to shop at any Hobby lobby in North Carolina this is the place to go! The staff and its leadership should be incredibly proud of themselves!!!

This place has everything you might imagine needing for your creative side. The only thing I feel would make it better (or worse) would be having the staff available for questions. I rarely am asked (again good or bad) if I need help finding anything, and as a male, I can tell you with certainty, I need help ;)But, once familiar with the store layout, it is well organized and stocked with whatever I might need.

This location is big and has lots of variety and stock. It was pretty busy but check out lines moved fast. You can always catch a good sale here whether youre looking for decor for your home or supplies for your hobby/craft.

Love this place, so much to see, especially around the holidays!

The fabric is only good if you are making a quilt if you need fabric for garments dont waste your time. The place is clean and quite easy to find items on the shelves.

Store layout was rather confusing with similar products scattered all over the store. I was looking for a particular item but discovered after checking the section with like items that others of the same were all over the place. I ended up walking the entire store, literally every aisle but still no luck. Maybe its by design but it was rather frustrating. I ended up buying it online from them (even though it was supposed to be in store).

First visit here, very easy to find. The store is so clean and neat. Not crowded, so you could take your time shopping. Friendly staff.

My wife took advantage of most of the Christmas items being 50% off.

This is the most amazing Hobby Lobby EVER! If you are in the area stop by. They have neat stuff for all ages and all different designs for different taste. Really great prices and the staff were super helpful and very friendly! Definitely making more trips here

Huge, clean store. has almost anything you could want for hobbies and interior decorating. some prices are on the high side, but they have a lot of sales going on all the time.

Love Hobby Lobby and this one is huge! Everything is always clearly labeled, they always have amazing deals, and when they have amazing deals they have things in stock. I was able to get our bedroom just right with one visit to Hobby Lobby. Also used them to get things for our wedding, and the associates could not have been nicer - they were always willing to price match and even gave my mom IOUs on some magnolia Garland to make sure the wedding was perfect.

I loved it. Had a great time shopping with my daughter. Bought a lot of awesome things. Its always a treat to go to Hobby Lobby.

This place is so much fun. The prices are ok and you can find anything you want to improve or have a hobby.

I recently went to Hobby Lobby to buy the Spellbinders Platinum Die cutting machine. It had one of the best prices for the machine after you factor in paying S&H at other internet only stores. I went back to buy the Spellbinders Glimmer machine and found that the machine didnt work when I got home. When I returned to the store to initiate a return, I found the replacement process for a new machine was smooth and painless. Very pleased with my experience there.

I’ve been to this store 3 times and today will be my last. I like to give places the benefit of the doubt and I went today on a Saturday which is why the 3 stars instead of 1. Every time I’ve been the check out lines have been insane, generally because it takes forever for them to check you out. I also never get the discount if there is a sign hanging in the isle. I realize many people like this location and maybe I’m just not patient enough but I won’t be back.

Beautiful things at good price

A large store with lots of items to shop from and well organized. There are art supplies, fabric supplies, picture frames, household goods, and other Do It Yourself items. The staff was friendly and place is relatively clean.

This store is clean, well laid out, and spacious. The employees are super friendly and kind. There is so much at Hobby Lobby to see. They have DIY crafting supplies and a large selection of home decor. The selection of candles and diffusers is plentiful. There is also a good selection of fabric. They have multiple aisles of signs, whether cute ones for little guys, to coffee nooks, to garages, or the in-between spots, there are many styles to choose from. So hard to make a trip to Hobby Lobby less than an hour. Bonus: they have really good sales.

One of my favorite stores to buy accessories. Im helping a friend decorate her home. We purchased a mirror for her living room.

Hey, remember that canvas you started a couple years back thats been collaborating with dust bunnies under your bed? This is the place to restock when you cant remember where you left that box of paints and the only ones you CAN find are a dried-up red one and a weird green that you dont recall the purpose for. Go on in and discover a few more projects to invest your money, but never time, into.

I mean, its OK. We go there to get sewing supplies. Its clean and well organized. The staff seems a little snappy though. Not in a good way. And, I find the patriotic and christian themes a little overwhelming.

Disappointing Store. The Cashiers are curt & depending on the mood key in items clearly marked on sale as they please. Although both the weekly flyer and sales display sign may advertise 50% off, select individuals become defensive and rude when they attempt to fib about the price. Its disappointing in 2020, that their system does not recognize their weekly sales items.

I’m already a huge fan of this store and their prices. But this is the first time I visited this location. It was very large and very clean and everything was well stocked. The associates were very attentive and asking if me or my friend needed help finding anything, and when we got to the register and there was a small line a gentleman came over and asked us to move over to the next line where he could take us. Altogether it was a wonderful experience.

Hobby Lobby always has some of the most unique and interesting decorations, from a morphing Disney Poster to various garden-themed knick-knacks.On that note, does anyone happen to know what the plan is with the Giant Flowers? I never could figure out what sort of formal event would use those as a display.Well, besides an Alice In Wonderland event.

The “customer service” manager was unable to provide help or compassion in regards to faulty merchandise (paper cups that leak). I suppose the term “Customer Satisfaction” that is posted at every register has a pretty loose definition. Lucky for me, my wife can stop spending so much time and money at Hobby Lobby :)

I love the store. I really wish the company would really consider accepting military discounts. Also changing up how receipts print so they are more customer service friendly and actually list the items we purchase instead of department. That is more user friendly

I had a %40 coupon on my phone however my battery died when i arrived the cash register. The lady named Beth scanned the coupon from Hobby Lobby website . I got a amazing deal . She is very professional and lovely . She definitely deserves a recognition!
