Best customer service I have ever had. I was visiting Cary for a few days from Virginia and needed my wheels balanced with very short notice on a Friday afternoon. I stopped by and Jeff was amazing help, figured out how to make arrangement to have them balanced while I was waiting on a FRIDAY AFTERNOON!! These guys are very professional and helpful, they deserve better than 5 starts. I highly recommend them. Jeff, thanks again for all your help.

The change of management since I was here a few years ago has really helped. The manager here now is awesome. Im currently listening to an older gentleman getting really upset about his car failing emissions testing and the manager is handling this really well, despite the man not understanding how business works. 😂 Kudos!

Absolutely terrible experience. Made an appointment for oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection (never had it take more than an hour elsewhere) and:1) attendant (Ryan) did not have a mask, would not wear a mask, none of his co-workers seemed at all surprised at this or asked him to wear one, was playing games on his phone while people waited in line, and seemed honestly like he was sick or extremely sleep deprived/hungover2) there was no record of my appointment and I had to state all my information and what I needed at the desk which took over 30 minutes with said attendant3) said there was a free battery check included, which I agreed to, but then they added a charge to the form as a line item under the battery check and it did not register to me that it was a separate charge (and I was very uncomfortable that the attendant had no mask so was trying to hasten the interaction4) took them about three (3) hours to finish the work, even after promising initially it would be done well within 1.5 hours

Stay away from this place if you need more than tires and a oil change. Car was held hostage for 6 days, no communication for the first three days on status of car unless I initiated contact. On the third day, I had to actually drive over to the shop to get information from anyone. I then received different a diagnosis from the manager and other technicians on what was needed to fix the issue. The car was suppose to be ready on Wednesday but they kept telling me more parts needed to be ordered or issues getting the part from the dealer, etc. Finally, received a phone call on the 6th day that all parts were replaced, and the cost was $1100 but the actual problem was not fixed. Reached out to NTB corporate twice to speak with district manager and my calls were never returned after being escalated.
I understand these gentlemen are mechanics but the managers need to make sure the bathrooms are clean. I can only imagine what the women’s room looks like. We’re in a pandemic, also there wasn’t a hand sanitizer station in the waiting room! If I could add photos I would. THIS PLACE ISN’T CLEAN !
I had a flat tire and didnt know of any reliable towing. The manager Jeff suggested I contact my insurance to check if they cover towing and they did! He was very helpful.
They aren’t honoring appointments right now since everyone quit.
The Service Manager, Jeffry, took care of me and my food truck. He could have said no, but he found a way to say yes. Im coming back here! Great place!
Terrible service. I had an appointment to check for a nail in my tire. After waiting for the clerk multiple times as he came and left, he decided to tell me to reschedule? That’s correct, to patch a tire with an appointment. “Reschedule for another day.”

Absolutely horrible.I have a 2013 Toyota Corolla LE with 130,000 mileage. I took it here only once or twice and they broke my Oil Filter Housing. Upon discovery, a really rude invididual blamed the last person (without names) who changed my oil/oil filter last and proceeded to demand $450 to replace and install(it was them).I called the manager and he took care of me by covering the costs and apologizing(I greatly appreciate it still, hence 2 stars instead of 1). Still, I could not go to work for about a Week (leaving my patients to fend for themselves as I am their Personal Certified Nursing Assistant) since it is my only car.A few months later I find that my 2013 Toyota Corolla 2013 (with 5/5 Reliability Score) suddenly has less than %50 of engine oil left. I will go to the better NTB at Apex Williams Street and I can guarantee that theyll take care of me. On top of that, there were no notes left regarding the situation that occured.BTW, this individual model car has almost non-existent oil leak problems regarding all owners. Common problems are Airbags(which were recalled), and maybe a small amount of oil consumption while at 200,000 mileage or so. I mean, its a Corolla for Gods Sake.
Made an appt on Saturday for Monday at 5:30pm. Left work early to get there at 5pm, per request, would be better to get there sooner. Was told more than once it would be ready at 7pm. They called me at 6:51pm to tell me I could get it or leave it, aka, they didnt touch it yet. Im leaving it overnight. Will be coming when they open at 7am to retrieve car. Taking business elsewhere.

Just left from here after spending over an hour waiting on a patch. Patch didn’t happen. Before they took the tire off the rim and removed the nail, they didn’t ask what we wanted to do - order/buy a new tire or leave as is. They were pushing purchasing a new tire. Left with spare on the vehicle and the off the rim tire and went to Discount Tire who took the tire and said it was totally patchable. Super frustrating.
I made a 3:30 appointment for an oil change and state inspection. They did not even start the work until after 6pm, and they were technically closed when they completed the work after 7pm. The appointment meant absolutely nothing.

Since this was my first time here, my impressions were good. The staff was friendly and they try to get you in and out quickly.
Went here a while back to get an oil change, pipeline cleaning, and change cabin/AC filters. After I paid when my car was ready, I drove off and only got a mile until my car broke down and stopped in the middle of a five lane road. It was close to their closing time, but they agreed to tow my car back to fix the issue. I believe the mechanic did not rev the engine after then oil change and cleaning process to discard all the debris in the pipes, which would cause the OS to stop the propulsion system. This should be common knowledge for a mechanic.
Took them 9 days to replace a water pump. It was not the only work to be completed. After 9 days, they apologized they forgot to do the rest of the work. Explained that they were so concerned about the water pump, they overlooked the other work. You can imagine why I didnt want to leave my car there any longer. This was my first really terrible experience.
These people are honestly miserable me and my friend went here and the energy was just trash, the mechanic was nice though
Walked in for a tire puncture repair. Guy was super annoyed that I was even there. He failed to preface that they were busy, and I should have called ahead. My bad, didnt know.
I had a 3:00pm appointment for an oil change they took my car back at 5:00pm. My car wasn’t ready until 6:00pm and apparently this is something they frequently do so if you want an oil change don’t come to this NTB find another.
Should be 0 stars. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Waited 4 hours for oil change. They close at 7pm. Arrived at 5:30pm at 7:25pm they inform me they lost the oil cap for my truck. They have to go to a parts store and buy another one then come back and install it. At this point it is 8:00pm and I still haven’t left. To top it off they come back from parts store with wrong part. They look again and find my original cap. Horrible service. In no way, shape, or form should an oil change take this long 4 hours. Actual technicians are incompetent. Not to mention there is a loose oil cap somewhere in my truck that is unaccounted for. They seriously need to be shut down! Michael Avanzato you need to reprimand your employees to do better. Y’all are better than this!To your reply. I did reach out and never got a response back. So don’t pretend to care when clearly you do not!!!!
I purchased new tires at this location less than a year ago. It took nearly 2 hours longer than quoted. Then the person at the counter had an attitude when I noticed my car was parked out front and questioned it. Apparently they finished the job but didnt bother to let me know. Good thing I asked or I would have been sitting there even longer, but that was only the beginning of my regret for visiting this location. They overtightened the lugnuts, so another company was not willing to rotate my tires when I stopped for an oil change. Then today, I had a flat tire and was unable to remove it, so I had to get towed for repair. After inspection, they had to replace multiple studs, because they were broken from being overtightened. I would have visited this location again to give them an opportunity to correct their mistake, but when I called to see if the tire was in stock, I was told that someone would have to check and would call me back. Nobody bothered to return my call. Very poor service here, and their negligence cost me a lot of extra money for repair work today.
This place is the worst place to replace your tyres. Forget the long hours I kept waiting for nothing, forget the high prices, and forget that they have the worst associates. I went for new two tyres, they kept my car for hours to find other things to repair. At the end they destroyed my air conditioning and now my car needs a lot of repairs. I wish I follow my instincts and went directly to BJ. Changing tyres in that place like a nightmare you need long time to forget.
Should be zero stars. Made a 9:00 am appointment for a tire repair. Waited until 10:00 am. No action. They didnt even move my truck. I left with no service. Lame

All I can say is wow, such amazing customer service. I called on a busy Friday night with 2 hours to close and the service manager, Mike, took the best care of me. Got me in, repaired, and back on the road in an hour. I would recommend this location to anyone in need of tire/battery repair. They’re wonderful!!
I needed a battery for my truck. (5.23.20 @ 9:00am) They accommodate me and got me in and out. They had a long list of people who made appointment. So, he treated the purchase as a carry out and came to were the truck was parked and installed the battery. No one appointment was held up and he took care of me in good old fashion. Much respect for the technician. Great Job!!! If they had a six stars it would be marked.Thanks!!! NTB!!
I went in to see if they could fit me in for an inspection and they got it all done in less than an hour. The manager there is nice and very professional. He explained everything even though he didnt have to, and I really appreciated it.Also overheard some other thing as he helped another customer and it sounds like they try to do what they can for their customers as long as they have the resources (enough technicians, time, etc).

Took my car for a oil change and tires rotation.They were only able to do the oil change and not the tires rotation. When I left, my car had a loud noise, when I got home, we look under the hood to see that they had left my filter compartment open. Waited 3 hours, on a Monday, to get half of the service done and end up with a open air compartment. Would not be returning.
This was some of the best customer service I’ve ever received at an auto repair shop. Jack at the front desk could not have been more pleasant, and the honesty, communication, and timeliness was very much appreciated. Despite living so close to this NTB, I always overlooked it, but after my experience with them this past weekend, I’m not sure I’d go anywhere else.
Dropped off a tire the NIGHT BEFORE and showed up almost 3 hours after opening to see if it was done and the tire was sitting right where we left it.
Great service and they helped me get all my rebates. I got good tires and a 3 year alignment at a great price.
3 hour wait on Sunday for installing 4 new tires and an oil change. It was a scheduled appointment.Returning me the car without doing all the work.- failed to check alignment so extended my wait.- failed to balance the tires or did it incorrectly. Drove to Augusta Georgia 5 hours from Cary with the Steering wheel and car vibrating all the way.An NTB store in Augusta GA on Bobby Jones Parkway scheduled me on Tuesday and performed the balancing as part of my lifetime Tire balance option I purchased at the time of sale. They also charged me a One Time Tire Balance fee when they installed the tires along with a labor fee for all the work.Via an email corporate sent me in response to the poor post experience survey I submitted, I requested they refund the additional One Time Balancing Fee they charged me at the time of purchase. I am waiting for their response....My hope is the 400 miles I put on the poorly balanced tires since I purchased the them hasn’t done any permanent damage to the tires or the car.
Excellent service. I am impressed by the cleanliness of the store. Alex showed me the differences between tire designs that I have never been shown in automotive establishments before. The technician helped to show me why my suspension needed to be serviced. Alex and his technicians were able to show me more about my car than the local Toyota dealer could. Highly recommend!
They were down to only one mechanic, so it took a little longer than normal, but not too bad. Super friendly.
They are very friendly when selling you a $1000 dollars worth of tires but if you go back with a problem they are not so friendly. As a woman I did not appreciate the way I was spoken too or treated. The manager was rude and annoyed that he had to take 10 mins to help me.

Drove 2 hours to help my daughter, who had an unrepairable flat. I called 40 minutes before they closed and was told they couldn’t help me until tomorrow. Tried to explain it was an emergency and they still refused to help, even though I was willing to purchase 2 tires. Not customer first in my opinion.
First time visitor, and I am very pleased! The oil change took a bit longer than expected, but the team was very thorough. No attempted upsells when I requested the regular oil change for this round, just took the car to the back and got to work. Its running happy now! I am around the 100,000 mile mark, so the guys took the time to walk me through what was needed on my car and gave me an estimate for the anticipated work, while making sure to let me know what was needed now and what I could hold off a bit on. There was no switch and bait with the cabin air filter, no sales pitch for new tires, they just did what I went there to get done. Was happy with the appearance of the shop, and each person I spoke to who worked there was pleasant and informative while not talking down to this self-admitted not a car person.
Overall very positive experience. It seems like everybody working is pretty happy to be there, and eager to be helpful. I have always been treated with respect and felt that they care about having me as a long term returning customer.
Ive used NTB for most of my service on my truck because they are nation wide and usually give pretty good service. Last time I was here though, I had an experience that definitely rubbed me the wrong way.My truck died one night and wouldnt take a jump so I had to have it towed to this location. After talking with them, they said it was likely not the battery since it wouldnt take a jump and they would need to do an engine diagnostic to determine the problem. Ok, that sucks but it makes sense. They said it would be about an hour and they would call.Fast forward 3 hours, no call. I call them and was told yes it was done and the diagnostic came back clean, but they had to replace the battery before running it since it had no charge and once they did that it started right up. So AFTER the problem was fixed with the battery, they continued to run the diagnostic and charge me for it.The only reason Im bumping the review to 2 stars is because after I called them out on this they refunded the charge of diagnostic and only charged for the battery, but I cant help but think that they knew exactly what they were doing. Had I not known any better I would have just assumed that they did what they needed and paid and been on my way and they would have made $100 for absolutely nothing. They should have known not to run that test as it was meaningless at that point and doing nothing but running up the tab.So overall, they typically do decent work, but if you do go here be ready to question them and call them out on any BS charges.

They said it would be 2hrs to get two tires put on my truck since there were a couple of other vehicles ahead. It took 3 hours for them to even start putting the tires on. It took them an hour to put the two tires on for a grand total of 4 hours of waiting! If they would have said it would have been this long in the first place I would have planned to take it somewhere else. Don’t waste your time!
I love them for their honesty. Thought I was going to have to pay $200 but they didnt have to replace the part, so I came out way ahead because they did the right thing. Ill definitely be back.

Fantastic experience at Cary store on Walnut. Went in to have spare replaced. Talked to Mike earlier to arrange the replacement. They jumped right on replacing the tire and were finished in under 20 minutes. Best thing is that they didnt charge me for mounting and balancing the new tire - great! Ill definitely head there again when I need replacement tires or tire work.
Came in to do an oil change and next thing I know they rotated my tires as well w/o even asking if that was a service I wanted. Now I have 2 completely different brand tires on so to a mechanic that would raise eyebrows, right? They didnt even look at the speed ratio because had they, they wouldve known the rear tires had to stay on back... This is not a place I would ever get tires done.. idiots.....
Updated review:Took 4 hours for an oil change, inspection and to patch a tire (with an appointment). Was called around 1 and told about the nail in my tire. I told them to go ahead and patch it. The guy on the phone said it shouldnt be past 2. Decided to go check at 2 because I hadnt received a call yet. My car was still sitting there and no one had started patching the tire yet. It then took the guy 45 minutes to patch the tire. I also feel like they tried to sell me on something completely unnecessary and confirmed such after speaking with my regular mechanic. Im not taking all the stars away because my first experience was a good one, but I probably wont be back.
Last time I went in to the Walnut shop they asked for 2 hours to do a rotation and alignment. When I got dropped off 2 hours later the tires were still off because they wanted to show me low pads and push a hard up-sell for new brakes. I got a second opinion from an independent mechanic and they said the brakes were fine (over a year left on them). Im going to switch to the Kildaire location, and hope they just honestly do the rotations that were included in the tire purchase and dont try any up-sell shenanigans that waste time.
I waited 4 hours to get two new tires and an oil change even with an appointment. They never told me it would take that long, I was told it would be 2 hours so I stayed and waited - which should be plenty of time to change two tires and get an oil change. The oil change sticker in the car was poorly filled out with no mileage number left on it for when my oil is due next, even the type of oil on the sticker was incorrect. Trash was left in my car. This was the worst experience I have ever had, I will never bring my business here again.

This place is horrible. I had an appointment and still sat and waited for two hours for an oil change. Both Brad and Michael were rude and abrupt with me. Save your time and go elsewhere with people who appreciate their customers.
This NTB provides excellent service above and beyond the typical! My Jeep needed a new battery we discovered, and the attendant on duty walked over to Home Depot and jumped my Jeep. He drove my Jeep to his NTB and ran tests on it to certify that my battery did not have much power left. He checked to see if he had the right battery for my vehicle, drove it into the bay, and I was out in less than half an hour! Very polite and efficient. I will use them for tires, too!

Outstanding service. They were able to fit me in late in the day w/out an appointment.
I bought 4 new tires through a buy 2 get 2 offer which included full installation and alignment. Customer service was good, and the installation seemed to conclude as expected. I give poor marks on the quality of care given to reinstalling my wheels. My wheels have a polished aluminum outer cover which are very close to looking like chrome. The installer never cleaned off the grease and grime they left on them after reinstalling my wheels. Its also obvious they used their feet to hammer the covers back on as obvious tread patterns could also be seen on the wheels. Each wheel had to be washed and re-polished in order to get the marks off. This is something the shop should have done before handing the car back over. I didnt see it till the next day because it was after dusk when I picked my car up.
Booked an oil change through caradvise at this garage. The new manager Mike had no idea how Caradvise worked, and I was stuck there almost 2 hours. Definitely shouldve read the reviews.

I got two tires replaced and an oil change here. The staff were very friendly and polite. They even took the time to show me their large warehouse of tires and teach me about different types of tires, their construction, material composition, anticipated driving feel, etc.
Wonderful manager who really went all out because of the entirely long long wait for one tire, which was quoted at being less than and hour.He GAVE ME THE TIRE! That TYPE OF SERVICE RARELY EXISTS ANYMORE! Thank you!!

I brought my car here for an oil change in December of 2018, when I discovered that they had spilled oil onto my engine block. As my engine started to heat up, the cabin of my car filled with smoke. As I assumed that this was a simple mistake, I returned three months later for another oil change, alignment, and tire rotation. I paid for all three services, but upon closer inspection I realized I never received the tire rotation at all (theres a scuff on one of my wheels that was still on the same wheel after I left).The oil change I got after that one says that the oil change performed before was done incorrectly.Dont waste your time or money here.

If I could give zero stars, I would. After checking with staff to make sure they could check it out first thing the next morning, had our truck towed here when it would not start. By the next afternoon, they still had not even looked at it. After several calls and a trip to the shop, they said their diagnostic tool was not the best and only works for some issues. Finally told me they had no idea what was wrong. Had to have the truck towed away from their shop! Dont waste time taking your vehicle here.

I changed four tires of my 2013 Camry here. The tire service and the price was good. However, They broke my door knob! Took them 10 days to replace it! I had to enter my car from passenger side for 10 days!
Worst place to go for any car needs! If you value your car stay AWAY! We took our car there 30 days ago for a simple oil change and now we may have to go look into getting a new car! Ugh.... Dont go here your car will die!

They take forever and a day to do basic things. All I wanted was an oil change and here I am almost 2 hours later waiting. Theres absolutely no excuse for this, especially on a Saturday. Not impressed at all!
Concerning previous reviews, be aware that in early July 2019 that NTB brought in a new manager from another store (Michael) to improve the service and culture at this store.Michael and Jack are absolutely great to work with and very customer friendly. They do not upsell and are honest and want to do the job correctly the first time. They spend time explaining the situation and the work proposed.As an example, I knew I was coming up on needing to have my brakes replaced, and after looking at them, Michael told me I only needed to address the rear wheels when he could have easily upsold me on unnecessary extras.Ive ended up using them twice recently. The first time was unplanned due to issues with my tires and wheels, and after getting me back on the road, I was so happy with the experience that I came back for said brake work. All the jobs were done correctly, and the time estimate for the work was correct.These are going to my car guys from now on.
Honestly, read the reviews. The work they do is slow, very slow. I sat in the waiting room for 45 mins after they said my car would be done in 10 minutes. I got to sit and look at my car in the parking lot while no employee was in sight at the desks. A fellow customer came in and stood at their desk for approximately 15 minutes before someone realized he was waiting for them. Might be a good customer service idea to have someone look at your front desk every 10 minutes or so. 3 and a half hours for an alignment.
Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 5pm. I decided to leave my car and go with a friend somewhere and came back to pick it up at 6:30 thinking an hour and a half would be good enough. Nope. I sat until 7:15 waiting for my car to be done. Sure $24 is cheap for this service because I had a coupon but waiting over 2 hours for my car to be ready, I don’t know if it’s worth it. Anyways I talked to the manager and let him know my frustration and I got a free oil change coupon out of it. So I can’t be as mad anymore. Maybe they should implement ways to try managing their volume of customers they accept daily better to prevent this in the future.

This review is for the management of the NTB store on Cary, NC. Im not necessarily loyal to NTB but I have worked with their management, specifically Mark Hammel, on multiple cars of mine, through multiple issues. Most recently, he went above and beyond on replacing the tires on my Charger at an unbelievable cost due to the excessive wear on the last set of tires that I had purchased from him. I have followed him to multiple locations now as he has managed different locations. Really appreciate his great service.
Horrible services. Went on a Friday afternoon and the service man lied about having no availability When I mentioned I knew the regional manager he all of a sudden had cancellations and availability. Then he lied about being about not being able to patch my tire. Went to Discount Tires, they plugged and patched it within 30 mins. Great service and honest people. Very disappointed with NTB.
These folks are really great - even with frustrated customers like me with recurring tire issues. Luckily every time I go, they fix the current problem... as such I dont go as often, and Im more pleased each time they fix a new issue. I heard this had been a difficult store in previous years, but they have new managrment and i found them very pleasant to work with.
I talked with this gentleman on the phone asking specifically how long my tire inspection would take. He cut me off and said 30-45 minutes without hesitation. I ended up sitting in the wait room for over 2 and half hours. Other customers around me had the same complaint and and one man was waiting for over 4 hours! In the end they werent even able to fixed my tire. The younger lady there was nice and apologetic, but the older man was stern, uncaring, and mumbled a lot. I would heavily suggest going somewhere else for your car needs.

Took my truck there to patch a tire that was previously patched at 6 forks location. Patch was leaking and they stated it would be repaired no charge in couple hours. Long wait for tire patch but whatever- received a call that truck was ready and there was an issue we needed to discuss upon arrival. I was immediately concerned and asked what problem was but they refused to advise over the phone and wanted to discuss in person. I arrived to find my new truck (10k miles) with damage to the passenger side and rear Qtr panel. They scraped it along the garage door as they were pulling out. Manager apologized for the incident and assured they would repair. That was 2months ago- my truck is still not fixed and i am fighting their insurance company, Sedgwick, to get appropriate funding for the repair. I have had to take time out of my day to get estimates from 4 local body shops. Countless calls and emails to Insurance company as they want to pay for half of the cost of the damage to my vehicle. All the while, i have yet to hear from NTB since the incident- NOT a SINGLE call from HQ Customer service or the District manager to apologize or inquire how the process of the repair is going. This is beyond poor customer service from NTB. The location manager Gene has been great since the incident, but the company as a whole and the way they are handling the process of ensuring my vehicle is fixed has been atrocious. WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WILL NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO USE NTB.
Fast, great service! I had a friend changing the brakes on my car, but had learned last minute that the last mechanic had not returned the key to unlock the bolts on my tires. I had called and gone to several mechanics, called the car dealership, and I kept receiving multiple different answers: 1. There was no way to remove the bolts without the key 2. They could cut the bolts off (but then after agreeing to have this done, told me they didnt have time for me and sent me to another location) 3. This location then told me they didnt have the tools to cut them off 4. Dealership: Mechanics should have a master key, yet every mechanic said only the dealership would have that.... you get the point! I spent almost 3 hours running around and making calls. Finally I call the NTB on Walnut Street, and the gentleman who answered the phone tells me that he believes he can help me without needing to cut the bolts and spend the money ruining something that would cost me hundreds to replace. My car was brought back within minutes of arriving, and the mechanic calls me into the back to show me how to remove the bolts myself, removed one and replaced it to show me exactly what to do. As the receptionist cane over to write up a report for payment, he stopped her and did not charge me for taking out the time to help me... he had saved me about $200-$300! I have never met a mechanic who provided a service for free, usually you go in and end up spending extra money for issues you never even knew existed! Thank you NTB on Walnut Street!
Nice folks, good service, just a little slow but thats better than fast and bad
First of all, service was not prompt. I called in advance for an appointment, arrived on time, and they didnt begin working on my car until 15 minutes in. It took an hour and 45 minutes for what was supposed to be an hour-long service.In the meantime, I had asked them to check out a noise (probably a loose bolt) while they were inspecting the tires, and they came back and said the serpentine belt needed to be replaced for $100 ($20 part/$80 labor). This is a repair that should take 10 minutes, and these are not real mechanics, so they would be making $80 to replace a part in 10 minutes. When I called my mechanic about it, he told me the part was under warranty with him and asked to have them write down why it needed replacing. I inquired about this at the front desk, then had to push again when the car was brought around before someone would explain. At this point, the man who worked on my car said it was actually the belt tensioner that needed replacing. So first of all, I would have spent $100 on a part that didnt need to be replaced, and also $100 for a service that shouldnt cost half that.Finally, when I called in to set my appointment, I had told them I had a coupon. They proceeded to change the oil with a synthetic blend that was unnecessary and more than 2x the cost of the coupon. I hate being that customer, but I asked the person at the desk if she could do anything about the price, since I expected to pay $20 and was now told I owed $60. She cut $20 for me, but thats still twice what I expected to walk out the door having paid.I will not be returning to this location, and I caution anyone who goes here to get a second opinion on any additional service that is suggested. Im not sure if some of the pushback was because I was a woman, but either way, beware of their recommendations, because they dont seem to know what theyre doing.
Im VERY dissappointed! I have been an customer for many years overlooking problems along the way until this last one that cost me my car completely. I drove my car in for an oil change and sound diagnosis only to have two batteries die within the same 4-hour service. After having the dealer AND another mechanic look at my broken car, they determined that the oil change was completed INCORRECTLY and killed my car. I unfortunately had to sell my car for $4500 less than its driven in value. NTB local and NTB corporate accept NO responsibility for this mistake (even though they are the ones who asked the dealer to diagnose the dead battery). I will no longer stand behind this company. They have NOT stood behind their employees mistake nor supported me while my car was destroyed. BEWARE- I have heard this problem before but didnt believe it until NOW.
