We brought in our car today to have it checked over before a long road trip. We have been taking our vehicles to Car One for Service and Tires since they opened in Cary a few years ago and have NEVER been disappointed. The Manager, Tommy has excellent Customer Service skills and will never try to sell you something you do not need. If your car needs service work, Car One will do an excellent job at a very fair price. Our Family trusts all of our vehicle maintenance and service to Tommy and his staff at Car One. Totaling your first car is never easy, but the team at CarOne helped make a scary and bad thing as painless as possible. Walking myself and my family through the damage, showing me hands on the damage underneath, and not just saying “it’s totaled” but explaining to me the why, as well as the risks associated with driving it, and why it’s considered totaled and unsafe to drive. They were so attentive and kind, answering all our questions about the car, the damage, and the process of where to go after. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us by even helping me find a buyer for parts for my old car, and handled all the technicalities of it. They made such a scary experience so painless and straight forward. And as a woman I’ve NEVER felt talked down to, sold to, or anything but respected even knowing nothing about cars, like I’ve experienced at lesser mechanics and shops. Truly a phenomenal experience with this team, and phenomenally managed location too. Your car is in not just good hands, but GREAT hands here. Ive been taking our cars here for 5 years or so now when I dont have the time to do the maintenance myself. Always fair pricing and Tommy (the manager) is outstanding! He will always tell you how it is and wont try to up sell or over do anything. Him and his crew over there are great I highly recommend going to them for anything you need done with your vehicle.

I have NEVER found a better place to buy Tires or have our Cars (Chev Traverse & Cry Sebring)serviced than Car One and I have been around for 75 years. I was looking to purchase a vehicle from a private seller near their store so I called ahead to see if I can pay for a used car inspection on the vehicle. The gentleman I spoke to then notified me that the car has been regularly serviced at their shop and that they just took a look at the vehicle earlier in the week since they replaced the 2 front tires, he stated to me that the only issue with the car is that it has a alternator bracket gasket had a leak ($800 job). He went on to mention that the alternator, battery, head gasket, and a few more items have been replaced within the last year. He also mentioned that some of the work had been done at a performance shop in Roselle. After I purchased the car, I took it directly to a performance shop local to me at which time they stated over $4000 worth of repair was needed. I called the owner and explained the situation and how I was told the car did not need this much work and how the employees stated this was a shop car that was kept in the shops garage. Not sure whats going on over there but very displeased that a reputable shop would scam someone like this to get a friends vehicle sold.

This place was amazing. My daughter took her car here to have her brakes done and had great service. So, when I thought mine may need to be done I took my car here as well. After about 30 minutes they called and very HONESTLY told me I had another 3000-5000 miles left on my brakes and did not need them replaced! That honesty is a little rare nowadays. I will be bringing my car here for anything I need now in the future!

Brought my daughters 2011 VW here for new brakes and rotors. Tommy was able to provide an estimate 2 weeks before I brought the car in. On the day of service brake parts were at the shop and Tommy called after brake inspection to confirm the work to be completed. Car was promised by 3pm and was done on time. Best yet bill was nearly $100 less since he found an alternative supplier for the parts. Theyll get my business in the future.
