The customer service people are the rudest people I have ever dealt with!! Was hung up on twice by the same lady, and when I called back was immediately put on hold and never returned to. They wouldnt even listen to what I was trying to say or try to help in anyway. I HIGHLY recommend not using them. They lost the computer to my wifes vehicle, after my tracking number showed it was delivered to them, then sent an email stating we were going to owe them $700 for a brand new computer. Working in customer service, I was appalled by their professionalism and if that was my company, those two women would not be working there!!! Completely unacceptable.

Excellent value and quality.There was a delay on getting my ECU due to availability of a core for them to rebuild. They didnt communicate with me, I was the one who had to initiate the calls. No tracking number was provided at any time. Other than that, great company to deal with. My car was up and running in no time!

I would not recommend this company. I ordered a PCM; and I paid the extra $20 for express shipping. They promised shipping within 48 hours if I paid the extra shipping fees. Well, that was over a week ago. I tried calling to see what happened to my order; and no one answers the phone. They have a contact form on their website. I used that; but never received a response. If you looking to order online; and never receive your purchase or never be able to talk to anyone about your purchase or not be able to get any information at all then this is the place. They take your money; but dont provide the services. Im hoping my package will show up one day.

I should have read the reviews prior to placing an order. Suffice to say I was taken by this outfit. I have been waiting for 2 months and thousands of attempts to contact them by phone and email with ZERO response. Same issue other reviews had. They call you back and tell you your ECM is unprogrammable, fooled me into purchasing a fully guaranteed replacement with lifetime warranty, then went completely dark... Expensive lesson learned. Will attempt to pursue legal action, but probably wont be worth time and effort. STAY AWAY from these jokers!

I ordered a pcm from this company and it was nothing but a complete nightmare dealing with these guys, very unprofessional!!!. There web site is very deceiving!!, web page says they have your specific pcm in stock but, when you order and payment clears you do not receive a tracking number or a date your product will be delivered. So you call and call, and they Never! Answer ylu always get a voice mail saying they and so busy to call back another time then it hangs up not giving you a chance to leave a message o called 50-60 times never getting through. I emailed them and they would respond back a few days later always choosing their words carefully to buy more time never giving a specific date or ending their respond with a name. So three weeks later i receive a pcm nothing close to mine in looks and part number . I emailed them saying that it was incorrect and i need further information about returning and getting correct one. I sent back the day after they oked it. Two weeks later a get another pcm that looked like kt was pulled from junk yard and put their do not open security tape on, it was dirty and dusty . It had a different part number on it ( even after i gave then all required information over and over) they responded it should work. I installed and the car ran better but, now it has a check engine light that will not clear p1600, i installed original pcm and no check engine light. I emailed them a few days later they responded with return it and our tech team will inspect it. I sent it and another 2-3 weeks later still no info or response of my pcmI emailed them demanding my money back or a working pcm and they responded with i will not get my money back because its been over return amount of days . I never got another pcm or my money back!!. Please stay away from these guys, they are crooks and have no customer service or support. The website is designed to suck you in . Ray DaLaRosa

Ordered an engine computer, that came programed with the wrong codes so it did not work on my vehicle. Returned it for an exchange, was informed that they didnt have a replacement in stock and couldnt tell me when they would get one. I located one for a different dealer and email them to cancel the order and asked for a complete refund. 3 days later they sent an email that the part shipped. I emailed them that I returned the 2nd part and once again asked for a complete refund. The part was received 1 full week before the deadline for returning. When I got me refund 7 days later they refunded me less that 1/2 of what I paid. This company is a rip off, I would never recommend purchasing anything from them.

They got all the right information from me, before they programmed the computer for my truck. Made sure it was a Perfect match. And a no troublesome installation. Worked out well, and has a Life time warranty on the computer as long as a own the truck.

I ordered a TCM (transmission control module). They sent me a ECM. No big I called and told them it wasn’t a big deal they said ship it back and they would send me the TCM. So I shipped it back and never heard from them again. I then called 1-2 times a day for weeks with no answer. So I emailed with no response. Finally they refunded me half of my payment and still have not responded or will refund me the rest of the payment I made for the TCM. It’s a online scam

Ordered an ECM 7/2. Not shipped over a week later, no updates sent via email. No response to email I sent. Long hold times and limited hours. Called, waited on hold, was told the first unit they pulled didnt pass inspection and it would be another 2-5 business days to pull and test another. 7/26 still no shipping info. Cancelled order. They did do that quickly and efficiently, with no explanation or apology. Would not use again. It appears all these discount refurbished car computer sellers are a joke. Im having a terrible time with Flagship One as well. If it seems too good to be true, it is.

Ordered a computer for my jeep on Wednesday Sep 22nd. FAQ’s on their website state orders ship in 48 hrs. My order did not ship so I called and was told they did t have one and I could wait an additional 2 weeks or mail mine to them and wait 2 weeks. Asked to cancel order but have yet to receive my $715 refund. Ordered from flashmasters and shipped same day and received two days later. Don’t order from here or call and see if they actually have what they are selling before parting with your money unless you don’t mind waiting indefinitely for your refund.

Car Computer exchange supplied a new car computer for my 2006 Jeep Wrangler within the specified time. They provided the latest operating system and the new computer installed as easily as they described, and it corrected the problem. I was caught off guard by the need to return my original computer, or pay and additional fee, but they provided a pre-paid shipping label and packaging, and I had no real reason to keep it.

The computer works great and did actually arrive on time. After an arguement with a very disrespecting woman who really did threaten to cancel my order.When the computer arrived, there was paperwork inside explaining the tests needing to be performed for the warranty to be effective. It also advised me that my account would be charged $125.00 if I did not return it and that I would also get a lifetime warranty on my purchase upon receipt of my old computer. After about 6 weeks I had not received anything in the mail or email confirming receipt of the old one or any information about the lifetime warranty. I called their office only to be informed they do not give any proof of the warranty, so there for you have no proof and no rights in court to make them honor the lifetime warranty.Again it did come on time and works great, but no I will not use them again due to their lack of respect for their customers and lack of warranty proof.

If they allows a zero rating they would get it I used this company to purchase a rebuilt Engine Control Module for a customer. After waiting 5 days to receive it, the unit was defective. The company even confirmed that it was defective. I spoke to a rude woman about a refund and she said she would send it over to billing. That was the last communication I had with this company. I think they see my phone number from caller ID and dont answer. I have an email saying that they will give me a refund, they just never have. They dont answer emails either. I am now disputing it with my credit card and Ive given them over 2 month to issue me a credit in full of $914.95 . Ive also reported them to BBB as well. Im going to keep fighting to get my money back.

My car computer wasnt communicating with other parts of my car. I ordered a new computer from them by giving them all the information they asked me for. I received a replacement, already programmed computer from them. I followed installation instructions provided by them and it worked perfectly. I sent the old one back in the same box I received the new replacement in. I stuck the supplied return address label on the box and put it in my mailbox. They couldnt make it any easier.

Very poor service! Paid $1495 for an ECM, it did not work. The several days, they tried to find one that would and finally sent me one. It did not work either. Had to buy a new one from International (almost $3,000) and returned theirs. Despite the web site saying you could return it in 60 days for their iron clad guarantee they would only return $695 saying that their return policy had a 30% restock fee and a $295 programming fee. This is a scam, the people I talk to on the phone are unwilling to help, and are unwilling to allow me to talk to their billing department (if one even exists). BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THEM! Ive already retained a local lawyer in Cary NC and will be filing with the local court.

I ordered an ECU for my 2007 Merz ML350 and shipped the original ECU to them on 7 Jul 21. Waited for a month before they shipped a different ECU back to me on 10 Aug 21. I wouldnt mind if the ECU work on my car. After all, Ive waited for so long, but it didnt. My mechanic told me the ECU is a clone off another car that is not programmed to my Merz.I had wasted enough time (since Jul) waiting for your company to repair my ECU, and yet was disappointed again to receive one ECU that was not programmed to my vehicle, making my entire waiting time wasted.I was not going to wait any longer as it had tested my patience to the limit and requested for a refund since 26 Aug 21!They replied on 31 Aug that their billing department has been advised of my request for a refund and the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.Today is 12th of Oct and I am still waiting for the refund!The whole experience has been most educational since I started to work in America on Jun this year and has totally demolished the good reputation I always have from my US contacts in the past.I hope Car Computer Exchange will resolve this issue asap and I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until 19 Oct before seeking help from a consumer protection agency or Better Business Bureau.Pls consider carefully before you approach them for any service.Thanks but no thank.

Plug and Play replacement of your ECM. Worked absolutely perfect. People are hanging on to their older cars this place is a great. Shipped quickly. This was on a 02 Grand Cherokee I literally plugged it in turn the key on bulb check worked. Shut it off, car started up and is perfect. Told at least a half and a dozen other garages to try this place with the older cars.

My 2007 Jeep Commander with a 5.7 Hemi had been having problems. It would hesitate, stall, shudder, and generally ran poorly. When it was hot out the problems became worse. I tried replacing all kinds of sensors and solenoids withno luck. I finally decided to replace the brain. This fixed the problem and the vehicle has run excellent since I replaced it.

As in most scam companies, it was insanely easy to place my order. For that, they get a star. However, they didnt email me to tell me they didnt have stock, I had to call them a week after my order to find out. When I asked them when theyd have stock, they wouldnt give me a date. Every time I called, the girl sounded like I was the single last person on this earth that she wanted to talk to. When I canceled, there was no trying to win business or apology they literally said ok. I called a few days later to see when my PCM would be refunded (since they charged me instantly) and they said 7-10 business days. They were rude, didnt communicate delays, are taking too long to give my money back, and I would simply rather try to find a different company and be without a vehicle than use them.

I ordered an ECM a.k.a.the brain of a vehicle.I was able to order it and pay for it online.They shipped it to me right away in a box and return label that I was to use to return mail my old ECM in.Also included was easy to follow instructions on exactly how to package return shipment to insure proper delivery.I put the new ECM on my vehicle turned on the ignition and it didnt turn over twice before firing up.I couldnt be more satisfied with the service and product.

I bought an engine control module from Car Computer Exchange. When it was installed, there were several indications it was not programmed correctly. On the dash the battery light had come on (battery is fine) and the temperature gauge did not work at all. The problem with the car was overheating. The ECM did not turn on the cooling fans when needed. Changed several other parts in the cooling system to no avail. Sent an email to Car Computer Exchange support and got no answer. Tried calling and was hung up on after they said the call volume was too high and no one was available. Tried again the next day and got hung up on again. Three strikes and youre out. I bought another ECM from Flagship One. When it was installed the ECM worked perfectly. The battery light is off, the temperature gauge is working, the cooling fans are working properly, the service engine soon light is now off with no codes. 22 and 44 are been the codes. I gave Flagship One a five star rating and CCE a one star. The car is still overheating which may be from overheating too many times while the ECM from CCE was installed. Looks like head gasket is now the problem and Im looking at replacing the long block. The only thing CCE could do for me now is refund my money. Nice to see the CCE is paying attention to this review but it seems useless to me to try emailing to them at this point.

Initially the communication was a tad poor, then things began to go well. The guy I spoke to was friendly and informative. Buying a PCM from these guys saved me a ton of money, plus they offer a lifetime warranty! I would definitely recommend this company as well as use them in the future.

I run a truck repair shop in Maryland, I had an international with a bad ecm. I sent the ECM on a Monday september the 13th, I was told it would take 5 business days round trip to repair the ECM. Logically I expected it to be back in my possession ready to go back in the truck on some point the following Monday the 20th. Friday the 17th rolls around and I call to get tracking info to make sure its on time. They havent even gotten around to looking at it yet. Whoever I spoke with on the phone said it be done Monday and sent back to me, when its sent they will send tracking info. Now its late afternoon Monday, I havent heard a word so I call. No answer, send an email, no response, called close to a dozen times between Monday the 20th and Wednesday the 22nd when someone finally answered the phone. I was told the reason they hadnt answered was because my ECM wasnt finished until last night (Tuesday the 21st) so Id just been ignored because they couldnt meet their own deadline, and to top it off they couldnt even repair the ECM! Now I need to send them $700 more on top of the $795 I already paid for the repair. The re-manufactured ecm has a lifetime warranty and that is still a much better price than the dealer. So I happily pay only question asked is WHEN can I expect this back to me because now we are looking at 4 days past your promised date at best right now. They tell me they will process the order and have it out that day (still Wednesday 22nd.) So now I am expecting the ECM to show up Friday and GUESS WHAT no show, it hasnt even been sent when I call yet again. Finally I receive the replacement ECM on Monday the 27th now a week past my expected timeline and the customer is furious, when trucks like this go down every second is money lost. When I explained that to whoever answered the phone at car computer exchange, they said yes sir all our customers are like that. So clearly they understand and just dont care that you are messing up peoples livelihoods by not making deadlines. Poor customer service when I could actually get someone on the phone and all around bad experience. The re-manufactured ecm worked well and had no issues so I will give them credit for that, but I would have paid the dealer double to have had it twice as fast and Im sure my customer lost more on downtime then he saved from using them.

The Car Computer came in excellent shape. I installed it per instructions. I needed to get the computer synced to the car and a new key synced to the computer. The cost of the resyncing and new keys was $180.00. Total cost was under $500.00. Well worth the price as a dealership or shop would have been over $1000.00. I have a 2006 Mercury Mountaineer with a A/C issue,Many other owners had compressors, clutches, switches replaced with no fix. The Computer exchange fixed the problem. If you like giving your money away this is the place to go. Order Pmc and when I went to have it installed. It wasnt programmed or flashed as they state they are, you could tell it had been sitting on the self a while with the dust and cobwebs. And I called and told them the problem I returned it. I knew I was going tohave to pay a restock fee place shipping. What a big surprise when they keep have of what is played for something that was on them and not the consumer. Your better off going to the junk yard yourself and buying a can of black spray paint because thats all they do.

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a repair service from this company, sent the computer in as directed, after waiting several weeks was told my computer was unrepairable and would be sent back, as a result I would be receiving a refund. I spent roughly a month attempting to contact the company to receive my refund both through calls and emails, after numerous attempts they processed a refund for roughly half of what I paid, which is quite a bit more than even the shipping of the computer back and forth would cost. Everytime I would attempt to contact the company I noticed a different phone number to call, as well they are using different company names on my original order and my refund, I strongly do not recommend this company for any kind of services and I strongly believe this is a scamming company or fraudulent company!

Dont use this website unless you want your money stolen. Its been WEEKS and I cant get ahold of anyone about my order when I ask for a refund they send back do you have any questions? Looks like Im down $400 now thanks to this place. Save your money and go literally ANYWHERE else. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have been dealing with an engine control computer with this company since June 17th. Today is September 14th and I still do not have a functioning computer. I have sent multiple emails and I call several times a day. I receive only canned email responses and no one answers the phone at their company. I have left multiple voice mails and no calls back. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY COMPUTER. I will be disputing the credit card charge. The worst customer service and business practices I have ever experienced.

Very, very poor customer service. I ordered a ECM at a discounted price b/c they said it was in sale. Got a call the next day & was told that Id ordered the gas ECM & not a diesel ECM. But that they had 1 left in stock for 3 xs the cost of the one I ordered. I TRIPPLE checked that I was for a 2003 dodge 5.9 Cummings motor before I put in my first order. Ordered a computer. They called a few days after I placed order and requested more money before they would ship it. Paid the extra money and was told it would be shipped that day. It did not ship until a week later when I had to call in multiple times. Computer came and it is defective. Had to call for a week to get in contact with them. Finally did get in touch and I have to pay the shipping to return that one so they can send me a new one or pay to ship it back and maybe get a refund? The lady was extremely rude and told me to just keep the computer and they will keep the money. Horrible customer service, horrible company. I would recommend looking elsewhere

This is a criminal operation...period. They have no intent on delivering anything of quality, neither product or service. I purchased an ECM from them that failed to function immediately, was returned to them and my refund...after 3 months of continual emailing and calling was for less than half of what I paid. I have filed with the Attorney General of North Carolina as it would be in the best interest of the general public that these people are shut down for running a fraudulent company.

Long story short, BEWARE, DO NOT USE! They operate under Diesel ECM Exchange and Imperial Auto Service, also. They were supposed to repair my ECM but supposedly couldnt, so they sold me one for as much as it cost at the dealer, except it was just an old painted up one that didnt even work. They charged me a core charge that they never mentioned upfront because supposedly my old one was no good, but when I tried to get my old one back, they said they couldnt because I only paid a partial core charge. I ended up returning the piece of junk they sold me and getting one from the dealer. I did get my core back when I returned the one I bought. They were supposed to mail me a check for my refund. By then the writing was on the wall about how that was going to go but I didnt really have any other options. After multiple weeks and phone calls, I finally got a check that was short nearly $1000. They said that amount was deducted for the repair service. Repair what? They did nothing but cost me time and money. This process that was only going to take a couple of days ended up taking about 3 weeks. I got the working ecm from the dealer and had the truck running in 1 day.Total scam. Maybe it works out for some people but save yourself some headaches and just go to a dealer or at least somewhere else.

The absolute worst. Destroyed my Jeeps computer. I ordered a replacement computer, gave them all my information, vin, ect. After a few weeks I called and they said that a unit has yet to pass their QC. I had the option of waiting or sending mine in for repairs. After waiting over a month, I did not want to wait any further. I sent mine in. Weeks pass. Called over 30x, no answer. Finally someone picked up the phone and said my repaired unit would be returned within 3 days. Surprisingly, it was. I re-installed, following their directions. It came back in worse disrepair then when I sent it. They said I could send it back and they would try again. For fear of not having it returned, I found someone else to look at it. It is now damaged beyond repair. They only option Ive been given was to send it back. STAY AWAY.Should anyone need JEEP PCM repairs, contact wranglerfix.com. Mark is amazing. Answers calls and messages almost instantly. I purchased a used one off ebay. He repaired and programed it for 1/4 of what I paid Car computer exchange. I sent it off and had it returned in perfected working condition, in less then 2 weeks.

I purchased a ecm computer for a toyota rav4. They were more than willing to sell me a computer. I received the computer the car started and ran fine but it didnt shift correctly. I contacted the tech department they said send it back for repairs or exchange. After a couple of weeks I started calling to see when I was getting a computer back. They said there were out and the one I had sent back was not repairable. They had more ordered but it could be weeks. They said they would try to repair my core computer I had sent in. I kept calling daily they said they were shipping my core back It was repaired. I received the computer, it wouldnt even start the car. At this point I started asking for a refund. Dont believe the satisfaction guarantee. You will be charged all types of fees when asking for a refund. You will receive about half of your money back. When the problem wasnt your fault, yes I could have waited weeks and I might have received a working part. I had already been six weeks trying to get a good computer. There communication is really bad no email on status or updates. The only communication was when I would call and you can expect to be put on hold. This has been the worst transaction I have ever had with a company. You can not even talk to anyone in the refunds department. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I sent my computer to a different company, I had it back in a week and it worked fine driving the car daily. This was the same computer that carcomputerexchange had repaired and it wouldnt even start the car. Carcomputerexchange kept about 200 dollars of my refund for doing nothing other than sending me two bad computers. Stay away from this company...

A year a go I left a 5 star review however now I am revising it. I own a repair shop and have used them here and there the last 5 years and always had decent service however this week I am not happy with them at all. I had them rebuild a pcm, got it back, installed in customers car and thought it was good. A week later it comes back with all the same codes including an internal pcm fault. I call them up and tell them the code and asked what was done and they inform me that code cant be fixed and I will need a new pcm. When I called the first time and told them what code it had they never said anything about not being able to fix it. The lady on the phone told me they didnt find a problem they just reflashed for $265. I couldve done that myself. After asking for a refund she offered $125 even though I will give a full refund to my customer because thats the right thing to do. I asked for a manager and she said he would call me, now its been 2 days and still no call.

I ordered a ECM which they pre programed for me to install. I placed my order on line and then called to verify and was told I should have it 5 to 7 days. At 7 days when I hadn’t heard anything. I was told it would be another week I asked to speak to a manager they said I could leave a message. I did and never heard back.The unit worked fine and was easy to install.I wish they had better customer service.

I received a car computer replacement for my Toyota from them however they put it together wrong so I couldn’t even plug anything into it l. Also the computer board was exposed and brackets were in the wrong place so I told them I would like to return it and get a refund. They told me to use the return shipping label that they provided me. In error, I did not write the tracking number down and they won’t provide it for me so they won’t refund my money. I keep emailing them trying to get the tracking number but they won’t respond to me. I would not do business with this company. Ever.

Lucky and Courtney sounded great initially but had no follow through and failed to call back with order information no less than 7 times. DO NOT USE THE COMPANY!

Sent my ecm in for repair was told 2-3 day turnaround time. After 2 weeks of no communication from them I finally got in contact on a Monday and was told it was shipping back to me on Wednesday. After another week of no phone calls and not recieving my ecm I got in touch after countless phone calls and was told head tech would be in touch. Never recieved a call and had to waste my time calling over and over again to speak to someone. When I did speak to an employee there I was told the computer isnt repairable and I would be recieving a refund. 2 weeks later I got only 118 of my money back. They claim its for diagnostics but its not repaired and for all i know they may not have even looked at it and just said its bad and keep half my money for nothing. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS SHADY PLACE!!!!!!!

I found the company from a simple google search, seemed as though it would be a good opportunity to save money from the dealership which is their exact intentions.After receiving the unit, calling for anything other than sales don’t bother, tech support is beyond subpar, they left me waiting for a call back for over a week which was ridiculous. So I decided this is more than I want to deal with, so I requested a refund, 14 days after that had received the return I had to call again to ask when to expect my refund. Well a month later, less than half of my “refund” was returned. I understand shipping is not free and I would absorb some of the cost but over half on a $230 ecu, come on Brian (the owner)… I will not use this company of a total of 15 employees of which half are exceptionally rude. I gave them over a months time to get it together and make it right. Today I asked if they will give me a portion of my balance returned, the response was no, and I let them know I’d be writing a bad review, and they told me “to make sure I check my grammar”.Unbelievably unprofessional, poor quality of product, tech support and sales are a joke, this seemed like a great way to save a few dollars not going to the dealership, well lesson learned.

They dont know how to fix anything. I sent my ECU to them two months before I eventually got half of my money back. They provided nothing of value to me. They just wasted two months of my time and took over a hundred of my dollars for nothing!. The only thing theyre capable of doing is programming your vin into a working EC U. Ordered a computer for my car from this place, preflashed for my VIN. After installing and having an automotive locksmith out to program the fob, abs and traction control lights came on. Called, sent back computer to be reflashed (apparently someone didnt flash it correctly). Took 3 weeks to get back, had to pay a locksmith again. Now the check engine light is on, no abs, and a horrible miss. Called an automotive computer specialist out, and the computer is flashed for the wrong car. Plus, the computer is corrupted and cannot be reflashed. Company dodges calls, and refuses a refund. Been without a running vehicle for almost 2 months now.

I dont know if this is a problem in this particular industry, but I have been trying to get a rebuilt PCU for my Dodge Durango for 6 weeks now. I first tried a competitor, but after 2 weeks of waiting, they did not have the product and had no idea when they would, I cancelled and refunded the part. I then checked with this company. they said they had 2 in stock and it would be 3 to 5 business days. After a week and not hearing anything, I called and talked to Sebastian who basically told me that the PCUs they tried to rebuild were bad and they had to get more from another supplier. He said it would be a week and to call him then. After 2 weeks and not being able to get a hold of anyone, their answering tree is ALWAYS too busy. I finally talked to the sale dept. the only dept. that answers the phone when they do, they told me the PCU was being programmed and it was slated to be sent out tomorrow and they would send me a tracking email. After 3 days and no email, I called again and was told the exact same thing by a different person in the sales dept. Now 10 days later I still can’t talk to anyone. I cant even talk to anyone about a refund. You have to email their billing dept. and hope they do the right thing. Absolutely horrible service. Do not buy from this company. It is a scam.

I used this company to purchase a rebuilt Engine Control Module for a customer. After waiting 3 weeks instead of 5 days to receive it, the unit was defective. The company even confirmed that it was defective. I spoke to a rude woman about a refund and she said she would send it over to billing. That was the last communication I had with this company. I think they see my phone number from caller ID and dont answer. I have an email saying that they will give me a refund, they just never have. They dont answer emails either. I am now disputing it with my credit card and Ive given them over a month to issue me a credit in full of 308.95. Ive also reported them to BBB as well. Im going to keep fighting to get my money back.

These people are excellent. If you need a computer for your vehicle I highly recommend this company. Prices, service and staff are excellent. They cant be beat on price as far as I know, and I did a lot of research. They even provide pre postage address label so you can send in your old computer for a life time warranty on your new computer. No one else I researched does this. Also, your computer comes already programmed specifically to you individual vehicle. Its bolt in, plug up and go. My installation took 15 minutes.

Replaced the computer on my 2000 Dodge RAM Van 3500. Very pleased with the results. Previously the I had a couple of codes that could not be resolved, and I believed were incorrect. Additionally when in Drive the transmission would not select any gear other than 3.With the new computer all these problems have been fixed. All the suspect codes have cleared up and the transmission is now working perfectly again.Couldnt be happier with the results.
