Once a great parts store now just another box stord with nothing to offer

Randall is no longer employed at APC. Larry was out for a well deserved vacation. Gentlemen I dealt with wasnt very helpful. Larry and Randall are the best I ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

My friend went in there to get a part for her car before we get on the road, at the recommendation of a local auto shop. They were the most blatantly racist people Ive seen in a while. A woman and 3 men were there, and the woman said, Look, there goes a monkey. My friend is black. Theres no misinterpreting that statement or its connotation. They all snickered and said someone would be with her, while they continued to sit and watch her. A man named John D. came and assisted her finally, and when she walked out, the same woman made a comment about her getting a banana. Again, they all laughed. There is no excuse for this treatment or behavior, especially from a business to its customers. That was just ridiculous, especially for this establishment to be part of a bigger corporation. Really disappointed and hurt. The only good thing about them is they had the part she needed and they didnt jack up the price on her. Probably because she called ahead of time and got a quote over the phone. 😒😒😒

Having worked for this company for 20 years, I am always impressed how well they have stood up to the big box auto parts stores. If you want fru-fru stick on useless gadgets, by all means, go to those corporate behemoth stores. If you want to deal with a staff that has years of experience in the automotive industry, a staff that knows how to find what you need, then Auto Parts Company is the place to go.
