First time doing a review but I had to leave one. Whenever you find good customer service, its important to let others know. I crossed path with this facility while running my errands last week. I decided to stop by today because Ive been looking for a parking space for my motor home that is 45ft and have been having a hard time finding somewhere to park it. They didnt have the space to accommodate me but the ladies in the office were so kind. They were very professional and knowledgeable about what paperwork I would need to park if they did have an opening. Before leaving I was advised about a sister location that have 45 ft parking but I declined because f the distance. If I need to park anything smaller in the future I will keep this location in mind.

This is by far one of the worst storage places I have ever been too.by far...I was late 2 different occasions and instead of giving us a warning or a fine they straight up evicted us so no warning no nothing and when I went to talk to the lady she completely agreed with me but told me that the guy working at the time whom might I add was only a maintenance man that also left early so I never got my 15 warning which is what I always wait for so I know when to leave. But apparently this dude went to corporate weird huh

The ladies in the office were super helpful during this stressful time. The facility feels safe with all the cameras they have on the property. The move in process was quick and easy using the link that was emailed to me.

The customer service at this location is amazing. Everyone in the office thus far have been very easy to work with. They keep this facility clean, always makes sure that everything is working properly and I feel that my items are safe here, as to me seeing someone from the office walking the grounds. Highly recommend this storage facility for anyone storage needs.

It’s cheaper than most when I researched storage over a year ago. However a couple of weeks ago they announced a price increase. For now I’m staying, because it costs to move anyway. And maybe it’s still cheaper than others. I don’t know yet. The staff is friendly and the restroom is clean though.

First time renting a storage unit but the staff made the process very easy for me. I was a little worried about 1 on 1 contact but they have taken proper measures to ensure everyones safety. I drove in behind them in my personal vehicle to see a unit. I was shown two different size units to make sure I was getting the correct size for my storage needs, then I was taken back to the office where I completed my rental on a tablet outside.

Really enjoyed my experience with this location. Property was always kept really cleaned. Hours of access was great for my needs. Felt like my items were in a very secure location because I always saw someone from the office driving around making sure everything was okay.

Renting a unit here was easy. I got this unit for work I was doing near by. The space was easy to access. This worked out great for what I needed.

Great location for storage. Best prices Ive seen in a while. Staff is always ready to help whenever needed. They literally have all you storage needs at hand. If youre in Carson definitely check them out!

I’m a recent client with this storage facility. Although it was a little pricey the customer service was impeccable. In particular the storage representative (Tawaynnia) she had help me on a few different occasions while I was there at the facility and also over the phone. Tawaynnia definitely went above her call of duty and assisting me with my issues and she made sure that I ended up very happy customer!She deserves a promotion and a raise in my opinion!

After shopping around and seeing many places. This was the best fit for me good price and $1 for the first month. I recommend you to rent her girls in office are nice.

I have yet to see some angry person going through their storage and turn into automatic bad storage neighbors. It happens. Nobody is territorial here and the workers all play a moderate role... Just talking to us giving us real customer service.

Hands down the best container storage company in Carson. The staff was super helpful with my move-in. I am happy with my over all experience with this company.

Using their service for the very first time, so I am unable to give 5 stars, however...the service was great, and the security looks sufficient for my needs. I will be checking up on things regularly.

I wish I could give them negative stars! They have the rudest Assistant Manager!!!! She claims PEOPLE LIKE MY HUSBAND have been going in tailgating without adhering to the new policy, which we were never notified of! I feel she was snotty and trying to be superior telling him she could have MADE HIM WALK ALL THE WAY AROUND TO GET OUT after she locked him in!!! Terrible customer service. Tried to be nice on the phone because it was recorded. Still a B!

I have not been to my mothers storage in years. But i must say high five to storage etc. The property looks way better and super clean. The best part is there were no weird people hanging out. I came yesterday and today and employees were here which made me and my mom feel safe. Keep up the good work Storage Etc.

There rates are too high lost my keys wanted a new lock put on and after 2 years there they want to charge me $25.i having a hard time paying storage fees plus insurance and now $25 to remove lock for a new one. Mind you it my damn lock.

Ive rented from here before about 5 years ago. But after reading the reviews and comparing local prices I decided to rent here again. The manager Krystal is extremely nice and helpful like most of the reviews say here. She took me to my storage unit before processing my order so I could make sure I was not getting a unit too big or too small. The whole process went very smoothly and quickly. I highly recommend renting here as their prices are the best around and they offer a military discount!

Really enjoyed my experience with this company. The office staff are really friendly and willing to help out when needed. Property is well maintained and access hours are perfect for a busy person like myself. Last but most important, the prices are good. I do plan to come back, if I ever need to store any of my items again.

Nice place. Convenient location for storage of my RV. When Im there fiddling around with my RV theres always someone riding around in their golf cart showing prospects or keeping an eye on things. Although the majority of the vehicle storage spaces are very cramped I was very lucky getting a roomy space, allowing ample access around my RV.Its a little disconcerting, though, with the quantity of obviously neglected vehicles, and the like, stored throughout the property. Other than that, the price is the lowest we found in our area compensating for the neglected look.

I have a storage unit at this location for years. I have been a happy customer because I haven;t had any issues. The staff is amazing, everything is first floor here. They have great surveillance cameras and great prices.

At Storage etc, you can literally find any size unit you need.If you need parking for your car, you can also do that here with this location, it is a one stop shop. No need to worry about commitment because they are month to month and offer the best rates Ive seen thus far. Not to forget, the office staff was/ is amazing. They were willing and helped me throughout my move-in process.

Great place and treated me nice from the time I walked in. I was given choices to what size worked best for and my budget. Im a student so Im on a fixed budget. Easy access to my unit with hours of 7am to 7pm daily. I was leaving my dorm and they have trucks to rent, this made it easy to get my things there with my boyfriends help. I will be renting again next year for sure.

After searching for multiple places and doing my research. I must say I am satisfied with my final choice. Clean facility and the price was amazing. Awesome customer service thanks girls.

Signed up for a unit at this site, went to get my belongings from a different storage company. I was not able to get out of my previous contract with the other company and was gone less than a half an hour. I informed Storage Etc... Carson of the situation and they refused to refund my money. My wife call to the headquarters were the said they would return the funds to my account. Its been since the 30 Dec 2019 and as of this writing it has not been rectified. Be forewarned!!

The storages are a little run down but it has an old school feel to it and the staff is super nice and accommodating

I’ve been looking for a good storage company for 4 months. I called every company you can think of. One day I called Storage Etc in Carson and talk to Tawaynnia she was very knowledgeable about the company and what I needed. I was very impressed and I made an appointment to come in and see the establishment and what they had available. When I got there I was greeted by Angelica she was very polite and funny. I like the environment. She ask what I needed and showed me everything. I found what I needed and I’m very happy to be a customer. I will tell my boating friends about Storage Etc in Carson

Ive been storing with them on and off for many years. Have been a pleasure getting to know the workers in the office, they are always willing to help and do so quite often. One of the best places with great prices for parking and the prices for their units are reasonable too. Great place to store, if you happen to find yourself in Carson looking.

I like the size and the price. I would have given it 5 stars but it is an outside storage. Everything needs to be covered in plastic. Still its perfect

I recently started renting and I must say this property is good. There are many cameras which lets me know my belongins are in good hands. Restroom is clean and the gals in the office are awesome. Keep up the good work!

Customer service is superb here. They really know how to make you feel comfortable. The manager Anthony Sanchez has great customer service, really good attitude and very efficient. I will most definitely recommend this place to my friends and colleagues.

I chose this due to the lowest prices I could find. That is no longer the case. All the units are outside. So If you need something you have deal with rain. My unit is sinking, which makes it hard to open. They are very nice about sending someone out to open and close it for me.

I first moved my things here over 4 1/2 years ago, and although Ive moved twice since, I have kept my storage space. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Anthony, the manager is the best. Ill probably move again, but Ill always keep my spot here.

My grandma has been renting here for almost a year. Very nice facility. clean restroom. Cameras all over. Marco is always helpful when needed.

We have used the services here because their location is good, the staff is nice, and the lot is secure.However, we were once leased a unit that was known to be vulnerable to flooding. We were paying full price every month for a year and didnt find out that we had this faulty unit until after it had flooded some. Still, they made things right with us and we have continued to store our stuff their for another year or so after the incident.The only things I dont like about this place are that it is a little over priced for what you get, and you have to cover everything you store or else all of your belongings will be full of thick dust. The last thing would be that access times to the units are limited due to the set up of the lot.

Excellent location, communication, customer service, and reasonable prices. The owner really took care of me and ensured that I was given everything that I requested. Even threw in a free lock after I had already received a $1 for the first month rent. Cant beat a deal this good anywhere!

Management was incredibly nice very instrumental in getting the contract done very smoothly and holding a spot for me while my trailer was getting serviced pleasure to do business with enjoy having my vehicle there recommend it to anybody that has a boat or trailer

Fast and friendly service. I was taken right to my storage space and was allowed to put my own lock on it and then returned to find most of the paperwork being done to set it all up. Highly recommended!

This facility is a breath of fresh air coming after coming from Extra Space Storage on Figueroa & Albertoni in Gardena, which was a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place to rent from! Storage Etc. is always clean, they are always driving carts around making it feel ver safe and secure to have your belongings here! The prices are GREAT the units are big and the main reason I love it is bc the people that work here are really friendly and always helpful! I’m so glad I made the move! Thank You!!

Its a reasonable place to store a vehicle outdoors, but they keep jacking up the price.

The only plus side to this place was it was cheap but you know what they say you get what u pay for, well beside them having rats and bats here at Storage Etc. Carson, there is a leak in roof of my Outdoor unit. Every time its rained water has gotten in to damage our stuff. The Management didnt really seem to care that these were irreplaceable things that have been passed down for generations in my family. So what if there is insurance on it. Im sure the insurance company cant replace my things. I am definitely not going to recommend this place for a storage.

The storage place is the worst condition ever when it rains they hav to pump the water out from the pavement because it over flows and not level rite. And the customer service on the three girls bad service the poorest service I ever got I try to compare storage prices cuz I got extra storage space and they told me what go somewhere else too if you want to come with that different price how could you come in say that to a customer thats bringing in a customer to you and chase them away if I was the owner I would fire all three of them

We went in to get a storage space for ny son. Staff was very nice, and knowledgeable. We were abke to get in and out, no lengthy paperwork. A very good experience.

There arent that many choices of storages in Carson area that can beat this facility prices. I received awesome customer service from Tawaynia! She was very professional and accommodating to my storage needs. I wasnt sure of the size I needed, she took me on a tour to view different sizes which in returned helped me out a lot. Beside their great prices, I also wanted a place where I knew my items would be save and I like the fact that gate entry is with a password and one must use a password to exit too. Hands down, a great place to store your items.

If i could give no stars i would. DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE FOR PRICES!! they sign you up for a reservation without ur consent and harass you non stop. Without you giving your personal information or agreeing to sign up!! I just wanted to know the price for a parking space and it became a nightmare. If you call for prices block ur number so you wont be harassed after! Dont fall for if the line disconnects can i get your number its a lie they reserve the space and give ur personal information. Finally i had to block them so they would leave me alone.

Creepy but safe place to park your car when you leave town. Creepy because its like a ghost town storage for misfit cars and Motorhomes.

We were frustrated from searching and searching and came across storage etc. Called and cristal gave my mom all the information she needed. We came down and she helped us out and was patient with my moms. Both young ladys in the office were nice. Definitely recommend this place. Cameras everywhere and clean ladies room. If you want affordable good prices come here! If you want great customer service ask for criatal.

My son has an account with this facility. They called me regarding his bill several times. I explained to Anthony that I am disabled and it is hard for me to get to the phone. I offered the young man my sons phone number and to please call him. At this time Anthony told me he can continue to call me since my number was the primary disregarding my request to not call my home. He was very disrespectful and rude. I think any business should respect a non customer request to remove their number.

Customer service is excellent. Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful.... But the mice ummm a little toooooo much for me..... Every time I open my storage there are droppings.... I even put down poison and the seem to like that.... Imma just move out thanks BUT no thanks...

I was waitting over 20 minutes to make my wifes payment!!! I drove inside and could not find anyone. Automated service sucked!! The office was completely closed.Then i get all these late fees but yet there office is closed on a Sunday.

Review keeps getting deleted! Hmmmm. RV was stolen from here. Brand new trailer, only 4 months old. Camera footage shows a truck following another car in and they went straight to our trailer cut some stuff off and hooked it up and drove away. I wouldnt risk storing your RVs here.

When i arrived and rented the unit it said it was 7ft x 10 it was not even close the actual size was 67 x 89 it was 59.63 sq ft not even close to 70 sg ft so i cancelled my rental agreement. i will never rent a storage without taking my measuring tape . Also Angelica was rude!!
