Can’t speak on the units themselves but I tried to store a trailer here and it last about a month and a half before someone was able to break in and try to steal it. They did nothing for me along the process and just left my trailer crashed into their fence. I was out of town when it happened and all I got was a call saying I need to come move my trailer because it was blocking their gate which is apparently there for no reason at all.

This review is long overdue and words cannot describe how amazing the staff is at this facility! Everyone is very welcoming and are able to help me with any question in regards to my storage unit. I also want to mention how the facility is well maintained and that is a plus for me. I am satisfied with this location and highly recommend it 💪🏽 🙋‍♀️🤗

He went the above and beyond to help me!! I left the facility to go retrieve some things to store. It was closing time when I returned. I’m extremely pleased with the ease and convenience in which I was able to get a storage locker. The facility is nice and clean, and the employee who helped us, Vincent, was kind and efficient. I’m glad I picked this spot for my storage locker!

The worst experience ever!!! We were rushed out of the office due to them closing. We wasn’t given all the correct information. The storage unit wasn’t available when we wanted to use it. We had to wait until the employee got off break to use our unit which cost us money and time. The elevator broke on our last load so more time waisted. Our children was waiting upstairs in the heat while our stuff was stuck. The solution from the company was to call the police. We eventually found another elevator, got our children down and left our last load in the elevator until the next morning. The stress was unthinkable. I had all my family’s pictures and other important things stuck. I wasn’t sure if someone would steal our belongings. We were given Pablo‘s number who was supposed to be the head manager at this location but he never returned our phone call. I’m expecting and my husband has a health issues so it’s not easy for us is to pick up our belongings and relocate but if we were physically able to I would and I would never ever do business with this company again.

My experience was great here, Esmeralda was very helpful and professional and I couldnt have had a better person to help, Im glad shes here, very pleasant.

Being that the company didn’t help when my son was locked in the elevator made me pack my things and leave my unit. On top of the horrible customer service at the Carson, CA location. I experienced wonderful service and a better experience at the Gardena, CA location

I’ve been using this STOREQUEST (Carson) for 5yrs. with excellent customer service from Christina, and all employees. I now live in Waco, Tx. I’m still treated like I live down the street.

Your belongings will always be safe there. Ive been with them for at least 7 years, possibly more. The place is well kept. Avoid going there 5 or 10 minutes before closing, you may end up spending the night.

Things have been awesome here since the guy left. Love Christina Victoria is an awesome second don’t know the new manager quite yet she’s always gone when I’m here but I think she’s probably awesome to don’t change anything. The employees are wonderful! But on another note financially it’s a pandemic a lot of people aren’t working and you’re steady going up on the rent when I came hereStorQuest offered lots of amenities, cold water, chairs in the office area, a maintenance guy that really kept the grounds and the unit doors clean oh yes and the flowers that really made the on the grounds Look beautiful!!!!!It would be very nice to get some ..other than that love StorQuest....

Saw StorQuest amongst 3 other storage places and decided to go with them based off of low price. Reserved a space Online and the same day I was called by Ms. Christina (Very nice lady). I went down to office same day met Ms. Christina and was helped by Esmeralda. Esmeralda was very helpful and walked me through the whole process. That have great rates and even promotion for the 1st months depending on the unit you choose. The application and paperwork was quick as well. Would really recommend, & thanks ladies for making the process very pleasant!

This place started off pretty good, But my classic 79 Camaro got stolen. It took 2 days To see the video. The police did recover my vehicle. The district manager Would not take any responsibility, But he did say do what I got to do Meaning Take it to small claim court. Remember this (nobody is looking at the monitors) And dont put nothing Of value their. And it look like a inside job, Fortunately the damage done to my vehicle was only about a $1000. I thank God, My relatives and friends For their Prayers. I will Take this matter to Court.

CHRISTINA was great I needed a storage ASAP, I quickly purchased online morning of and called Christina to confirm. When I arrived Christina anticipated my arrival and knew me by name from our phone call. She gave a wealth of information and was extremely accommodating. She gave us tips and tricks on how best to access our storage. She was great, and made my stressful day of moving a whole lot better. I wish there were more Christinas in the world!

I was looking for a storage very last minute. I didn’t have time to really search for prices or locations. I was literally exiting the 91fwy Avalon exit, when I came across StorQuest.I walked in and was greeted by Christina she immediately helped me by giving me different option on storage size based on the amount of furniture, she was super helpful. However the price was a little steep for me for the larger garage size storage plus I needed something more accessible. I told Christina I would look around and return to let her know if I found something a little more affordable. Then she told me she would find a better deal for me and would help me so I wouldn’t have to keep looking anywhere else, all I have to say is that it was a great deal. I couldn’t refuse she was willing to go the extra mile for me and I appreciate it. Moving isn’t easy but she helped make this experience a little less stressful. I would definitely recommend this place and also look for Christina she is super helpful and understanding.

I travelled quite a ways to find the best deal for storage. I was referred here bu my BF. The staff was very accommodating to hold a unit for me at the discounted price while I got my $h!÷ together. Thanks Vicky and the entire Everyone is friendly and helpful. The storage is clean and airy. The backside of the building are larger units for storing RVs and other motorized vehicles. At first glance the area is very industrial ans very desolate on the weekends. But definitely worth the drive to save to save some pennies. There are Nearby shopping and eateries.

My StorQuest Carson experience was 100% satisfactory. Sales associate Grace was extremely helpful and very transparent about rental fees and the duration of promotional pricing. She helped me reserve the exact unit I wanted until I could return with the appropriate disc lock to secure the unit. Rental fees are competitive and promotions for first time renters make the rates even better. Access hours are convenient (if you qualify for late night access). The rental process was quick and easy. I started loading my unit same day. Very positive experience.
