A week & 2 mos ago I rented a 5x5 storage unit. The woman with the beautiful long braids from the LB facility helped me. I rented the unit for 2 mos only on behalf of a Lodger evicted from our home whose name was secondary on the agreement. Ms Braids told me to have ex-Lodger come to the office & take over acct. She gets **** bc she wasn’t clear about my liability.The day after payment for Month 3 was due DANA called me. She was friendly & understanding while explaining the consequences of abandoning the unit & the costs & procedure for moving out & taking my lock with me. I have not heard from Lodger since the day he left. Dana called him & he said he didn’t want unit contents. I cleaned it out, LM for Dana after hours, she called me early Mon. I went in & paid it off, we chatted, done deal! Dana made it easy & kinda fun. I give her ******, yes, 6 stars!

Nice and clean place. Would definitely recommend to anyone keeping your stuff clean and rodent free. Had my stuff in there for more than 2 years never had any issues. Only issue I had was every couple months my rent would go up.

This is a great storage facility. It is very clean which is one of my pet peeves. (no bugs) Great access hour which is the reason I left my other storage company. The staff as always been friendly and very helpful. They always give me a courtesy call before my due date to help me not be late. I highly recommend them.

This facility’s manager, Dana, helped me pick out an affordable storage unit to store my son’s belongings while he’s away in prison. The unit is safe near camera view, it is temperature controlled, near the elevator, and the price is very reasonable. Dana was very friendly and understanding of my son’s situation. I didn’t feel judged the way I did at Public Storage upon mentioning it was for my son who’s currently in prison. I absolutely recommend this place to everyone looking for a unit. Dana is absolutely the best.

I recently signed up for a storage unit here and the Site Manager, Dana, was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. When I arrived at the site to begin moving my stuff in, I found the site itself and my storage unit to be very clean. The property appears to be very well kept.

My husband and I are making a swift move back to Carson from Sherman Oaks and the first thing we needed was to set up a storage unit for our furniture. We called on Saturday evening to get information and within 10 minutes we made a last minute appointment to reserve the space right before closing. Coming from the valley and having less than a few weeks to move, we were worried about getting it all done on time. But, right at 5:30, Dana held the doors open for us and even readjusted her evening plans to accommodate us. She showed us the units we liked, walked us through the entrances, doors, elevators, and then processed our paperwork all within 15 minutes. She never rushed us, answered all of our questions, and made us feel secure about our items that were going to be stored. She was so friendly and even gave us some good tips as we prepared to move our items in. The unit we picked out hadn’t been swept yet but she offered to come back in the evening to do it for us so we could start loading items in first thing the next day (keep in mind that they’re closed on Sundays!). We’re so appreciative of her customer service, that it helped ease the stress of moving so much better. Did we mention we’re expecting twins next month too? Hence, the quick move. Thank you Dana at Extra Space in Carson for being so accommodating!

It has 24 hour surveillance and it’s in a very secure area with strict policies that make me feel my stuff will be safe and secured. Matt Borja was so accommodating, patient and friendly. Very clean and organized storage facility. As you enter the facility you feel safe accessing the units. The storage units also have fire sprinklers.

I initially reserved with Dana E who was good on following up on my move in date. I didnt move in on that date, however, when I did show up it was Pam D who provided the tour and signed me up. She was thorough and got me moved in on the same day. I enjoyed my experience with Extra Space. Good talk about Prince as well which is always a plus!! :)

Great and courteous. Explained the policy on the hours and the advantage of renting space. Explained the different promotions. I was pleased.

I reserved online. Received two calls before the date I planned to “move in” to see if I had any questions, concerns, or wanted to see the size to make sure it was what I needed. When I went in, Mike provided great customer service. I’m pleased with the actual building- well lit, secure, and clean. Not to mention every person I have run into since “moving in” (who has their own storage) has been kind and polite. I’m glad I chose to secure my stuff here!

I liked the facility in general. I love how everything is set up for us but there were constant problems with elevator use because people are not aware of how the elevator system works. Spending a little time with people in teaching them how to use the elevator will help the business. I also would hear people mention that the elevator I was using was the only one working; wasnt any big problem for me but it will help other inpatient people have a better experience. I do wish the opening times were more extended but my overall experience was GREAT. I am very satisfied with my storage and with Extra Storage Space! :)
