My repeat visits at Lifestream Health Foods has resulted in a consistent, friendly, educational, and informative experience. I always walk out of this store feeling more encouraged and informed than when I walked in. The store itself is very clean and orderly. This Livestream Health Food store in Carson City has expanded and they have an amazing variety of healthy, safe, and natural supplements, oils, teas, and much more. I want to especially say a heartfelt “Thank you” to the store owner for hiring “Jessica”. She had such great customer service and communication skills and demonstrated a broad knowledgeable base in relation to a variety of herbal supplements and their potential healing properties. She even took the time to conduct some brief research on the Internet for me. Lifestream Health Foods also keep record of all customer purchases and give us significant discounts for about every $100 or so dollars spent on merchandise. You need to give Lifestream Health Foods a visit. You won’t be disappointed. Ps, in my opinion staying “healthy” with great herbal and vitamin supplements helps prevent ailments and viruses and/or shortens the cycle of ailments and viruses. The last thing a human body needs in it is more pharmaceutical drugs!!

Its nice to walk into a place with such a variety of products, from dried fruits, flours, loose-leaf tea and snacks to holistic and natural wellness supplies for all ages. The staff is kind and so knowledgeable. Im grateful to have this store and everything it offers!

Great place and stocked full of a little bit of everything. Turns out the owner was there the day I was in there and she filled me with a plethora of information and products as well. I highly recommend swinging by here for your natural and homeopathic needs 🎉🕉☯☮🤗

Countless times I have relied on Richone for accurate information regarding natural supplements for my family. She is very knowledgeable about homeopathic remedies and always able to point me in the right direction when questioning which vitamins are best for my household.

The outside of the shop leaves one wondering if it still in business because it just looks dirty. Inside there are many bottles of vitamins. The word food is in the name but the only food is a few bags of nuts. Very misleading title and a waste of time if your looking for actual food.

My first time visiting this store and was pleasantly surprised. They have a great selection of vitamins, minerals, and herbs along with other healthy selections.. the staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Im glad I found this jewel and will definitely return and recommend it to others..
