I know they have new ownership so Ill give him a break but it seems like they need to have a little bit more selection as far as products go. The wine section especially is really low variety. Im glad they have new ownership though the last ones werent very good at running the store hopefully theyll do a great job!

My son and I love shopping here. Its like treasure hunting to us. Ya never know what great deals youll find! Very friendly staff!

The store isnt hugh like Ralphs, but it has almost as many selective items, and it is a great convenience neighbor store for most items. What I like most about this store is their staff. Each person I interfaced with was knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended.

Great for budget and they have some cheap really good items.

My only disappointment is they dont have my favourate creamers. Coconut creamer and hazlenut and my gummy bears. There are a few more items too but these i would love to have there. The cashiers have been friendly and welcoming and I like that there isnt too many people in there when I go. Fairly good prices too.

Havent been in the Carson City Grocery Outlet for quite sometime, it was a joy to go back. I always find everything I need here. The best thing I like about it is everytime I go back there are different items in the store. Keeps me coming back.

I love going to gross-out as they call it. Great prices on fresh produce. The meat is a little pricier but thats because they dont have as much shelf space for it so they focus on quality cuts. I went today and got a happy little ficus tree for $6.99 and the cashier was both cute and nice 😁

You can score some really good deals here if youve got a family of 3 or more but if youre a single individual your deals are limited because some love them expire within 2 weeks

Excellent selection of organic and specialty foods at prices that are about half other stores.

Good bargains, but dont expect to get everything you want. Cant always get ketchup, pickle relish, or coffee creamer. Good opportunities to try new brands that standard stores arent able to sell. For example meatless protein, kombucha, weird beverages.

They use to have a wonderful cheese variety now its very basic. The garden section is disappointing. Very cheaply made item. Not like the past with metal and glass.

Fantastic! If you are looking for a bargain go here.Also each location has some of the best wine selections around and it wont break the bank... Pre covid they even did wine tastings on busy Saturdays so you could try your wine and then take it home. You wont regret shopping here!

They have a lot of hidden treasures!. Shelves were stocked. Something we dont see to often now days. Employees are very helpful. I really like to stop by the store to see what is new. GREAT PRICES.

A bit run down compared to all other Grocery Outlets Ive visited, but pretty reliable. I found what I was looking for. 3 stars not only because it was so ran down, it was a bit unorganized, and it seemed dirty. It just needs as little care, thats all.

A small Grocery Outlet. They have an entire selection of different wines, to choose from, but as for hard liquor, the selection is very minimal, compared to other stores. The store associate was very helpful, when we asked for a certain item. He walked to show us where it should be, and also pointed us in a direction where there might be a different selection of that item. I appreciated that customer service.

It was embarrassing for me. My temporary cards 30 days were up and it wouldnt go through. I had over $100 worth of groceries and had to leave them until I went to the bank. The cashier had started putting back the refrigerated things when I showed up and was nice enough to go get them and put them in my cart for me. He was patient and helpful.

Not quite as organized as other Grocery Outlets I have been in.

Better than the one in south carson. Friendly people, but when I was here a lot of the shelves were empty. Must have just been in between deliveries.

Nice I always find something that is special for a family member. Plus a small skillet to make breakfast. Lots of gf stuff that is hard to find.

Grocery outlet has always been a great place to shop. But since the new owners have taken over it has become a even better place to to shop for my groceries other products. From the newly paved and stripped parking area, to all new shopping carts, the overall place Seems and is a cleaner and more organized place to shop. And most importantly to me is that the pricing of products is still the best.

Its great! I loved the fresh produce, great frozen food selection. Cause sometimes I cook. Other times I go to the outlet cause its great. Well stocked. Just dont stock during the day so much. I hate having to walk around too many employees ok!!

Since the new owners its not nearly as good. We used to shop here everyday, now maybe a couple times a month. Dont like the selection, the prices or the store set up. When Dave left a true neighborhood grocery store died. Also no discounts for seniors and vets....shame!

Very nice clean store, and it wasnt crowded like Walmart and there are Plenty of Items that ARE A LOT CHEAPER than Walmart. The customer service isnt fake nor when assisting me with some of the heavy Items.

The unhelpful, unfriendly friendly staff makes shopping there really unpleasant. I lost my wallet in there about a month ago, i realized i had lost it when i was loading my items on the conveyor belt for the cashier to ring up. I was in a panic, apologized, and asked if she needed me to go put my items back. She said yes! That was surprising...!!!!!But i did, as there were other customers in line. I searched up and down the aisles, notifying more than one (NOT BUSY) employee, and not a single one offerred to help me search. Customers were however, while the staff watched. After giving up my search, I asked to speak to a manager so i could leave my name & number. He took it and simply said, Ill post it. I left very disappointed in the lack of customer service. About an hour after returning home a total stranger knocked on my door and handed me my wallet. She had found it in an aisle. She said she didnt feel comfortable leaving it with store employees. The next day i returned to the store wanting to speak to the owner whom i know is local. The majority of the front end staff recognized me and didnt ask once if i had found my wallet. When a female was called to give me the information on how to contact the owner (again, she was there the night before when i had lost my wallet), she was rude and wouldnt even write the information down herself. She told one of the cashiers to write it down as she told them the name and number. So unprofessional. I rarely go in anymoreThere are maybe 2 ladies there who are friendly and nice, both young ladies, and i thank them and let them know i appreciate their attitudes.

I can never go in and get just a few things. I went in to get cat treats and walked out with all kinds of things. Spent almost $100 and saved $98.50. You gotta love it.

Grocery outlet is giving in to the covid 19 brainwashing . They are going Along with the Lies about the Coronavirus by requiring people to wear face masks . As of this moment I will no longer shop at grocery outlet . I do not want to be forced to wear a Face mask Muzzle over my face . So I do not recommend grocery outlet to anyone else . They will go Out of Business along with the others .

Great bargains and friendly helpful people. Lines are not a problem as they will always call another checker usually if more than 2 people are in line. Produce is fresh and a wide variety of organic foods.

Bulk beans is a wonderful idea, healthy cooking oils enjoy the avacado oil and Barbera olive oil. Enjoy the home accesories aisle and fresh produce.

I can buy some stuff i love here and usually spend a lot but i get almost a whole cart for what i pay so it equals out for me love the low prices on what i do buy the only thing to keep in mind the expired dates because there is usually a few past like by a day or 2 other then that its really nice

Usually theyre well-stocked Grocery Outlet but you do have to watch for the expired stuff cuz they dont seem to rotate things very good but the last time I was there the store was clean and they said they had a new management so maybe theyll do better now
