The employee was somewhat rude, but that was just the beginning of the nightmare. Ultimately, the product was not delivered.He signed us up as a continuing receiver of the product, though I expressly said I didn’t want that. Then, though I corrected his error of where to deliver the product, later using their 888 number ( helpful people) I was advised he had Used the incorrect address anyway for a delivery address.We suspected something was not right after receiving an email indicating higher charges than we were told. The (888) people were never able to determine where or if the product was ever sent, and could not even determine the order was ever entered into their system.Bottom line, their going through a “Reorganization”, currently has a once reliable organization in chaos. I’ll never go back again.

Great selection, also a Amazon pick up location for out of towners

Would give this place a ZERO STAR!Never ever send or pick up your Amazon items from this store.The worker here is just ridiculous he wouldn’t give me his name and just started to throw F... words. He stated “he is so tired of this Amazon pickup.” My Amazon app shows me that the package was delivered on November 3rd it’s the 5th he has never received the package at the store. This is a joke.

So I did a secret shopper today with these guys to test their knowledge on supplements what some of them are good for and where to find them in the store! I give them five stars for their wonderful effort locating the vitamins and urgency getting the job done! Thank you to today’s cashiers! I recommend this place!

I drive down from North Lake Tahoe regularly to stop here and 90% of the time they have a will be back at some point sign up and its locked. Ive came early and they open late. Not sure how so many people have good things to say about this place as its never open and over priced. Will never be back again!!

Please go anywhere else, read reviews about how bad it was but had to go.said they opened at 11 I drove down from south lake tahoe got there 11 15 still closed,11 30 I drove home they never opened. If u are to lazy to open on time just change your hours.

Great staff. I am a big guy and I am a little apprehensive about going to fitness places. The gentleman working there was great didnt try and push anything on me had great advice on the types of things I was looking for.

I recently had a package delivered to GNC, by Amazon. The gentleman who works for GNC does not know the procedures, and he said he would return my package back to Amazon, but failed to do.
