Everything went fine & even when i lost my prescription while moving, they printed it out & faxed it to the VA for me!๐๐
Recently moved here went to them for a new eye exam and new glasses. Granted it was during COVID, so understand things have to be done differently. But, the most frustrating and bad customer service experience. The girl that helps you find your glasses was fantastic, but the reception and techs uncommunicative and then rude when you didnt understand something that they didnt communicate to you. Cant wait to just pick up my glasses so I can then find somewhere that understands how to communicate and treat their customers for myself and my family and not have to go there again.
We had an appointment for my daughter and were running late so we called ahead. They were rude on the phone but said if we got there by 10 that we could still be seen. We walked in right at 10. They were again rude at the desk but said to have a seat. After waiting in the lobby for 50 minutes, trying to keep 2 kids entertained they called us up only to say that they couldnt see us. They could have just said that we were too late and would have to re-schedule but instead made us wait almost an hour and then told us. We will not be back.
I love Dr. Mather and all the ladies up front. They are always gracious and generous with their time.I have never run into a rude person in the office and all are understanding if you buy glasses somewhere else.
After being a patient for over 10 years I have finally had enough of the rudeness! Their front office staff is rarely pleasant to deal with. When you call into the office you are put on hold forever and they act as if they were inconvenienced by you calling. For the past 10 years I have been given one set of trials every 6 months. This helps out tremendously when you are paying out of pocket for your contacts. Called today to set up my next appointment and order contacts and the young lady who answered the phone was rude and acted like I was stupid. Well hopefully your dr. reads this, Dr. Beintz you have always been nice and straight to the point. Hopefully you can get your front office staff attitudes under control because, not that you really care, but you lost a client today.
They are very nice and down to earth people, theyve been patient and helpful, and will work with you to maximize your benefits through your insurance to help reduce the cost of contacts/glasses/etc. Ive been using them as my optometrist for the past 4 years and have no complaints.
I highly recommend Dr. Benitz. He is very thorough and was super patient with my trying to decide which contacts I liked best. They have reasonable prices and are very efficient.
I do not recommend going to Pritchett Eye Care for anything. My experience there was unsatisfactory, to say the very least. The receptionists at the front desk are rude and unprofessional. I felt pressured into making FOUR separate appointments that were unnecessary and inconvenient. Everything I needed could have clearly been done in one appointment. I feel as though they tricked me into paying for unneeded office visits. I was greatly disappointed with my decision in choosing Pritchett Eye Care Associates. My advice, dont let them waste your time and money either.
They will really pressure you into the more pricey products. Before I knew it, my one pair of eyeglasses was over $500. I still go there for my exam and just firmly let them know I go elsewhere for dispensing eyewear.
I had stopped going when they TRIED making me pay for things I DID NOT ORDER!!! They ordered them assuming I wanted them and tried making me pay. Contacts for 300.00 + and extra lenses for my frames another 200.00+ .....why would I need extra lenses for my frames if I was to go in again for a follow-up in a few months? Nope, not wasting my time with these people. And the receptionist suck. They are unprofessional and rude to people. If they dont like dealing with people, they should not have a career in customer service.
Soooo rude!!! My daughter called to get an update on her glasses. The lady that answered the phoe was horrible. No reason to act like an ass to someone who is being nice to you. Also, the eye doctor in Minden, shes married to Prichett, absolutely rude and disrespectful. Finding a new eye doctor.
Terrible place. Teenagers are giving the tests before the eye doctor sees you, dont explain what they are doing first. Terrified my granddaughter. Found out later she didnt even need glasses. My grandson got glasses from them that didnt fit and even though we went back several times they would not talk to us or help us.

VERY RUDE STAFF,AND ARE NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE WILL NOT RETURN TO THAT BUSINESS ON 1987 N CARSON STREET....CANT EVEN DO A SIMPLE REPAIR!!
