Visited this shop a few days ago for a repair on 2 separate sets of sunglasses and was assisted by Tom. He handled the 2 issues that i was having on each set of sunglasses quickly and confidently, and I was very pleased with the service that I received. He made sure I was happy with the fixes/adjustments that he performed before I left and made sure all my needs were addressed. Great experience overall

Amazing service even took my old glasses and out same perception in them and tinted then to my preference made sure the fit perfect and to feel amazing on my face took care of my better half and her glasses she has something weird in her eye that glasses are hard to set for her they took their time took measurements and she says they are the best eye glasses view she ever has had even mine they are crystal clear everywhere and now my mother in-law is in town and her glasses came up on the broken side took them in she is not from here with that note they completely have taken care of her like she was one of the optical family they look new and we purchased and another pair for her as a she always looks out for everyone else so we pick up a new pair for her same day ready and a price that was so low you would have to come in and see for your self low or you wouldn’t trust what I’m saying I have to say out of all my years of optical place eye mart Costco to buying glasses in the dr office never have I had the amazing service and also they have the ability to fix most glasses that need repair with a smile and a very can do and will do it how you want it to the best of their abilities

My wife had two pairs of older sunglasses that needed repairing. She was sure one was unrepairable. Deputy Optics repaired both and guaranteed their work. Highly recommend.

They do very good job

Carson City is known for businesses with friendly service and at the top of the list is Deputy Optics. They are the best of the best: friendly service, professional attention to detail, and reasonable prices. I have found that they go above and beyond what would normally be expected from an optical company and certainly way beyond the chain outfits that sell eye wear. I was referred to them by a seller of glasses who could not provide me what I wanted. Several dealings with them so far have made me a great fan and I will keep me coming back to them for all my optical needs. I could not be happier with them. Tom Deputy had always treated me well. A recent addition to the staff is Diana. She owns great communication skills and is very easy to speak with. If the quality of the entire experience is important to you, Deputy Optical is where you want to be.

He can fix anything and is so helpful - you can tell he is really into customer service and money is secondary. I took a frame to two different offices up in Lake Tahoe and they said it could not be fixed but he fixed it. Did not want to get a new frame because I am having cataract surgery and will need new glasses after that.

This place rocks! My crisis was quickly resolved by Wesley who replaced a broken temple on the spot and only charged me ten bucks. So glad i stopped in. Ill be back

I dropped my glasses and stepped on them braking the wire holding the lens in . Took them in he had them repaired in 15 min while we waited charged a very reasonable fee very pleased with his work !
