I got rear ended, and these guys were the top of the list as far as recommendations, etc. I had to wait a week to get in, but it was worth it. Very friendly and professional. My car looks great and was returned super clean. Hopefully I will never need them again, but if I do I know where to go ;)

I had a few undercarriage parts that were chewed up that I wanted replaced. Brain gave me an estimate which was acceptable. When the parts came in Brian said the cost would be less because all the parts did not need to be replaced. Brian did not have to say a thing and I would have never known. I imagine an auto body shop isnt a place where you want to be a steady customer like at a barber shop. That said, Id feel good with giving them more business in the future if needed!

Great repair from being hit on rear driver side. They even washed and cleaned the truck! Very nice people.

Had the wheel-well lining on one fender replaced. Gary gave me a quote while I waited and called me right away to let me know the part was in. Got me in for the work right away. Accommodated my busy schedule and finished the job fast and completely to my satisfaction. Best part? Final bill was lower than estimate! Great place. Our Toyota Tundra has become quite familiar with Preferred Auto Body--we werent really in favor of the relationship, but the local green pinecones, a bird with the trots and a vicious attack guardrail all felt otherwise. We love the guys here and they make it very easy to drop off and pick up a (freshly washed) vehicle. They worked seamlessly with our insurance also. I suppose wed have to agree that the Tundra and Preferred make an excellent match!

One of our technicians had an accident in Carson City and I am the Fleet Manager for 65 vehicle across the country and my office is in FL so I looked for a body shop in Carson City NV and choose this one. Unfortunately the vehicle was deemed a total loss by the insurance company but in dealing with Gary Frazee at the business he was very professional and since this was a commercial vehicle we had some items that needed to be removed before it was surrendered to the insurance company . I told him i would pay them to remove the items which required some mechanical labor and when i sent someone one to pick them up he emailed me that it was no charge . Imagine that !! If i need something i would most definitely reach out to Preferred Auto Body .

We took our car in for the estimate on Monday and came back home with the car. Preferred call Wednesday and told us the part was in. We took it in Thursday morning and it was done and we picked it up on Friday! WOW! Fast and Amazing service! Not, only did the repair look brand new, they had washed the outside and completely cleaned and vacuumed the inside! The whole car looked like it just came off of the showroom floor! Collision vehicle brought in for estimate for insurance evaluation purposes. Seems they are more on the side of the insurance company than the customer by far. Body shop began work and informed us that an almost $14k bill would be due without any authorization, agreement or acceptance to begin work. This is on a disputed vehicle in a contested accident. Very serious. Careful with this shop, this is an illegal practice and they now have my insurance company and myself over a barrel as they hold my car hostage.

In my line of work I had to frequent this shop often and as an ex body man my self one the things that impressed me was that they go a little further in getting your vehicle back to perfect, making sure that little xtra work will show up in the finished product, some body shops ( and I get to go to few ) take shortcuts to get the job done. Ive had two of my nieces vehicles fixed here, and they did a knock out job .I recommend to everyone.
