The only issue I have with them is that payment is needed in full, no exceptions. My bank card is relatively new and I can only spend a certain amount per day, needless to say, I couldnt pay the full amount all at once and had to catch a ride home without my car after an hour of failed attempts. If they would accept some collateral in exchange for allowing the car to leave without full payment I think theyd really see more happy customers.Still though, nice team and they do a good job.

My husband hit a dog on the free way going the speed limit (tie your dog down in the back of your truck every time 3 point law!) It was amazing they got my car all fixed and ready to go friendly and over all great service. My car looks brand new.

My car was repaired here after an accident and it honestly looks better post repair then it did pre accident. Outstanding work, above and beyond customer service and the fastest repair times Ive ever seen.

This place is amazing! I was visiting Reno from out of town and my rear window got smashed in. I was supposed to drive 7 hours home the next morning with my 4 young kids, but there was broken glass everywhere and I was worried about traveling that far like that. My mom (who is a local) raved about Kustom Kreations and has told me many times about how good they are and how they take care of their customers.We went in and they took us right in, vacuumed up ALL of the glass, removed the rear windshield wiper and other pieces that attach to the trunk so that everything could shut properly, and taped up the back so we could drive home. They were so quick and thorough. And then they wouldnt even let me pay! They did it for FREE!I wish I lived closer because this is a place I definitely trust and where customers are treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Thank you so much Kustom Kreations!

I was told my car was to be ready in two days. I called on day 3 to see what the status was on my car and was told it was going to take 5 days because they were stacked up. Not to mention I had to wait 2 months to get it fixed. I suggested they pay for my rental. I got hung up on. Nice service. I will NEVER EVER go to Kustom Kreations. They have zero tact.

I had body work done on rear end and side they did a good job but two thing had to be done over because parts didnt fit my car . I felt they should have been able to see this and fixed it before I picked it up. I dont know if insurance companies make them use these after market parts and does the customer have to say its not good before they can do it over. Not sure what policy isBut staff was awesome Tiffany was a really great customer service person. When second time things were done with original parts it was perfect .good job crew

Took my truck to them twice and both times they have done an amazing job. When they give you an estimated time of when the work will be completed, they are right on or complete it early. I recommend Kustom Kreations to anyone that needs work to be done right the first time.

Went to these guys instead of any more local places. Was absolutely worth the ~35 minute drive. They handled everything with the insurance companies and my car looked brand new when I picked it up.

Took my Mazda 3 in for repairs on an insurance claim.Was returned a car that had work done, but several screws were left uninstalled and there was paint damage to adjacent panels that was not there when I dropped car off for repairs.Once that situation was fixed and I was given my car back a second time, I ended up taking a few days off for a road trip, and discovered that there were more missing screws and skipped mounting points on my front bumper causing a rather annoying noise at freeway speeds. The rattle eventually caused electrical issues in the headlight housing.This will be the second return trip to have them fix their repair work.Tried to work with insurance company to have repair work on the repairs performed at another shop. Unable to go elsewhere due to their warranty terms and insurance having already paid this facility.
