We called several times and no one answered, we left a message and no one called back. We called again and no one answered yet again. Left another message. Finally got a call back. The lady that we spoke to could hardly understand English. We finally were told someone would come out. We called the day they were supposed to come out, only to be told that they couldn’t because of the weather. I had just gotten home from driving all over Carson without any issues. The roads were just fine! Little weasels!! Needless to say, we aren’t going to use them, EVER!!!

I bought a used washer there and I plugged it in and ran a cycle through and it was moving all over the place and tried balancing it several times and it didn’t work. I called them back and told them the problem and since I was far away they weren’t going to come out and fix it. I talked to them and said I would bring it back to them to get it fixed or get another one. When I arrived I delivered it back and the people started knit picking and asked him a bunch of questions because they thought I did something to it. And I didn’t do anything to it. Then he tells me that they run it to make sure it works but it didn’t work the way it was supposed to when he said it would when it didn’t. And then he started giving me an attitude. Since he was arguing with me I decided to leave to save a problem. After that I would not recommend this place to anyone. I feel because of the service and attitude of the people.

Friendly staff, knowledgable and helpful. While I was there 2 other received the same wonderful treatment. Try getting that at a big box store.

Not good at customer service. They couldnt troubleshoot a dishwasher problem... but promised to get it fixed. One month later, I had to have the warranty company replace the dishwasher. Wont use them again for anything.

Horrible experience! It took forever to come out to look at my moms dishwasher. Then when he came out he said it was the motor, he had to get the part, so he left the dishwasher in the front yard. We went to hand wash dishes and the repair man didnt connect the pipes correct so water went all over everywhere from the garbage disposal! 5 days after calling and calling to find out what was going on the guy comes back puts the motor on, doesnt put the dishwasher back together right, my mom opens the door and the whole dishwasher falls forward! On top of all this the dishwasher still doesnt work after he finally showed up at 7 pm on the 5th day. I would never use or recommend this place.
