Would be in the negative if it was an option. Dresser arrived with no hardware. Was give a few options. Decided to keep dresser an deal was rent was covered for 2 weeks or til hardware arrived. Deal was gone back on. Told them to come get dresser. Came an took whole set.. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE....

Great place, great service.. I have had issues with the guys who work inside, they have bad attitudes..delivery drivers were awesome no scratches on walls or doors, I recommend dealing with manager jonda, she is so sweet and gets the job done☺

When you ask Howard, your amazing Sales Agent how tall he is and he lays down on the couch to make sure your husband will be comfortable....You buy the couch! Thanks Howard for making the process seamless.

This has NOTHING to do with their service as I do not care to have their service and neither does my neighborhood! This is in regards to their sales people LEAVING FLYERS EVERYWHERE! On our vehicles, on our door knobs, and anywhere else. I, along with everyone else, are TIRED OF THE FLYERS! This is soliciting and is not tolerated around here. There have been numerous people handing your sales people the flyers back, and if they dont take them then the flyers get littered everywhere else instead! I have already handed back one of your employees the blue Come in and win a summer giveaway June 14-16 packet/flyers, and today yet another one showed up on my door! Im done with it, and it is considered wasteful, rude, and you can be charged for doing this! I live on Airport Road at the Regency Apartments where the majority of people DO NOT WANT YOUR SERVICES! Stop hanging these on my door and my neighbors doors otherwise I will file a civil suit against your company for harassment and solicitation!

While overpriced, the ability to get items before youve finished paying for them is always nice, Ive gotten several items now, just make sure to pay it off fast!

If there was -5 star i will give that to them These guys are the worthless place that you can rent they will rip you off easy we got a 40in tv that was $304 and when I called to make my last payment for my tv and Cassidy agreed that we only had $168 left to pay off the tv so when I called yesterday to pay it off she told me that we still owed $369 for the tv and I only had the tv for 2 months they are worthless dont go through them, the employees suck rude and dont know what there doing

I wont give them a star I could. They are the worst. If you want your money in the trash then go thru them. I got a bed set from them after two months of me having my bed it fell apart. I didnt check to make sure the pieces werent ripped when I got it and it has holes everywhere. The duck taped it together because of the missing pieces they didnt have. I called the manager and for 3 weeks they were supposed to come and fix my bed frame. They never showed up. On the 4th week I called them and asked them to pick everything up. They said because of the trouble that I went thru they would give me the mattress from what I had already paid. A week later they call me asking me to pay more then what I owed. Makes no sense right. Be careful they will scam you for what ever you have. The few employees they have are rude and dont know what they are talking about. NEVER GOING THRU THEM AGAIN

I have used them twice for short term rentals. Both delivery and pick up have been on time. Quality/price ratio was OK. My only complaint is to watch for them adding extras (insurance you dont need, etc) on to their bill. This happened both times with me.
