Why does Best Buy make it so difficult to call one if their own stores?I went to my local Best Buy store and purchased a auto sound system and installation, the installer called me with an issue, we decided on a remedy. After thinking about it for a few minutes I tried to call him back, the phone number on line is anational operator service they said it wasnt possible to call the store that has my vehicle, the store I purchased it in or the people who are doing the installation. What kind of customer service is this?Ill think twice before shopping there again.

Went in as we always do expecting so so help. Got Francisco. Let me tell you, you need something found Francisco is your man. He went above and beyond to help us out when he could’ve easily told us no, can’t find it, sorry. Hands down in the last ten years of going here, the best employee we’ve interacted with. Give that man a raise.

Went to get set up. Stared at the car audio components no one said anything to me for ten minutes, I saw two employees talking to themselves. They werent talking to any customers. So I went to unique sounds and accessories.

Very friendly staff. I needed help buying some electronics and the man working that area was very patient with me and seemed very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend. Prices are comparable with other stores and in some instances even less.

Sorry, Best Buy stores just arent how they used to be when they used to carry almost everything imaginable for the home, entertainment, education, etc. The small selection of items definitely limits your choices which means often shopping elsewhere. The employees are still helpful, and the store is organized and clean with good return policy. Would recommend but not highly recommended.

I called their phone number and the automatic system demanded a customer number. After repeatedly asking for the appliance department I was put on hold by the system, promising a 5 minute wait. I waited 11 plus minutes and then an employee answered. I said I wanted to know if they had any Bosch dishwashers on the floor and was this the Carson City Best Buy. With a surly voice the employee said Nope and put me back on hold with no further discussion. They clearly are not willing to help prospective customers by phone.

Rude employees! Went in and asked for some help, was told by the supervisor that he had called for some assistance. Waited for five minutes until I witnessed an employee heading to the computer section. Thought to myself awesome but he stopped at the supervisor and continued to hold a conversation with an older man that had nothing to do with a purchase or helping a customer for 25 minutes. Terrible customer service, this store needs to pick better employees and supervisors. The employee at the front was kind and friendly though, maybe promote him instead.

Clean, well stocked, staffed with friendly people. Seemed a little short on staff when I went but some days are just like that. I didnt have to wait long to ask my question and was helped immediately. Not somewhere I have the chance to shop often but always a nice experience when I do.

Though our sales guy was adequate, these people in here are simply miserable people. No ome ever speaks to you, NO ONE ever smiles and asks if you need help, even customers are mean. This should be shut down since workers act like they dont want to be there AND VERY low stock.

Good deals, phones over priced.Amazon is much cheaper, phone prices arent realistic.Fair prices for most Electronics / TVs & PC Accessories.Battery bank/charger accessories are very old and none of then come charged as they should.People in electronics dont know anything without looking it up on there phone,Ended up locking my mothers simcard from swapping it into a new unlocked device.Service to fix the issue was poor and did little to nothing to help resolve problem, all they did was a refunded and nothing about the same card.IT guys are idiots.Reno NVs beat buy is significantly better with more educated with electronics and problem solving.With do business online via Amazon/EBay from now on.

The workers all pretended not to see me and did not take the time to help me. Finally I approached a worker and he informed me that the JBL flip 5 has an 3.5mm speaker port so I bought it. Unfortunately, the flip 5 does not have this port but the flip 4 does. I will return flip 5 now and be ignored again.

I have to say that my faith in Best Buy has been on shakey ground...however, thanks to Harrison and another young man, has been renewed. The prices are right and the customer SVC was above and beyond and I left feeling a wee bit more informed on the products I was there to purchase. Went in shopping around for computers. A manager named Oliver was extremely helpful-- definitely above and beyond service! He talked to me for probably half an hour! Extremely knowledgeable about technical specs, practical performance, and build quality. I wish he could handle 100% of my technology needs in life.

I had really great service here while buying the new mavic drone. Also was being consulted about what headphones to buy and the associate talking to me about the options was really helpful. The security guard who also checked us out was nice as we walked in and left. Don’t live anywhere around here but I wish this was my Best Buy

Best Buy is the only full service electronic store left in the Northern Nevada area. They have decent stock what with the pandemic, and shipping curtailed. There are currently enough customer retail agents, in my opinion, to help you with your needs. My only gripe, is that with many other stores open later, Best Buy is still closing at 6pm

My rating is based on this visit. We had ordered a range online and the delivery date became an issue. Chris at Best Buy was great. He helped us figure out how to get the range to us sooner, with Daniel offering to bring the range to us the next day. We got the range 4 days ahead of the new scheduled date(which was weird, not sure why they delayed the date?) which is awesome since our old range went out and we had no way to cook. Thank you Best Buy Carson and Chris and Daniel.

We are a Premium Service Provider with Apple. We contacted Carson City Best Buy today to discuss a repair with Geek Squad. I am the service manager here at Computer World In Appleton, WI and we were looking to help a mutual customer. After being placed on hold for just under 30 minutes, I was able to reach Chris at this location. I explained our situation to Chris and how we wanted to assist our mutual customer in getting his phone replaced. I had chatted with our Apple Support team, found the procedure on how to proceed, and while I was explaining all of this to Chris, he simply stated that unfortunately there was nothing he could do and that he wasnt going to sit here and argue with me about it. I tried telling him that I wasnt here to argue, that I simply wanted to work with him and the mutual customer to try and resolve the issue. He combated back and stated that I was arguing. I then responded stating that it sounded to me like he simply didnt want to help, despite the fact that I had all the information he would have needed. He then proceeded to end the call by hanging up on me.I deal with frustrating calls and situations all day. The only time I am able to terminate a call is when a customer begins to become unruly. At no time in this conversation did that happen, and instead Chris decided to escalate the situation beyond what was necessary. I simply wanted to assist him as a fellow Apple service provider, and based on this interaction, he didnt want to give me the time of day.I was trying to send a repair his way. A legitimate repair for which their location would be reimbursed by Apple. A repair which I had already done the majority of the research and confirmed with Apple how to proceed.I tried calling back to speak with the store director/store manager, but I was met with another long hold time and did not have another 30 minutes to wait.I am truly taken aback by this. We are on the same team, Chris. Im sorry if you are having a bad day, but that doesnt mean you should be taking it out on someone who is simply trying to help you and a mutual customer.I dont know what your level is at the store, but I hope you can reflect on this situation and learn to better communicate with your guests and your partners. Please understand that in customer service, we first seek to understand, then to be understood. You did not have a clear understanding of what I was asking and instead jumped to conclusions instead of trying to solve a problem.I hope you can get the proper training you need, and I hope your team at Best Buy and Geek Squad stand behind you. I understand that Best Buy is relatively new to the Apple support channel, and I understand how difficult navigating the intricacies of Apple service can be. Thats why I wanted to try and work with you and help you. Very rude people at returns! I tried to speak with a manager and then they were even worse. Dismissive rude attitudes If you cannot work around people or be courteous then you shouldnt be in customer service! Its your job. If the mangers are bad then the people they are training are had too! It would be worth it to travel to a different Best Buy but only if necessary. Even then avoid this place at all cost I picked up an online order and it was a used item clearly someone swapped their product with the new one and put their old one in the box and returned it. Then they sold it to me! Unbelievable that they dont even check a 200$ item!!! I will never go here again and all the hassle when trying to fix it. They sold me something used as if it was new and then didnt want to fix it. Its absurd and the managers here are trash!!
