I was looking for a particular brand of dishwasher on a budget for an emergency kitchen remodel (we had a flood and mold and I have a very immune compromised kiddo at home); they weren’t open I messaged them they found me exactly what I needed at an even better price than I originally found it !! Locally owned and operated this appliance store is an outlet for most major brands. The selection is solid. We have made several significant appliance purchases here most recently a new washer sales men were very helpful. The prices were better than any of the other national chains. They had the washer I wanted in stock. Purchase that washer on Saturday they will deliver it on Tuesday. Theywiilling to go out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Please give them a visit youre considering a appliance purchase.

I have been without a refrigerator for a week since a power surge during a very bad wind storm knocked it out. Every other place in town and those outside of town could not deliver a reasonably priced fridge until the middle of December at the earliest! I called NNAO and pleaded my case to Don who was extremely understanding and helpful. Not only did he find a fridge in my price range, but he was also able to get it delivered within days of my purchase! Thank you Don!

I needed a Stacked washer dryer, and Mark gave me a price cheaper than Lowes and was friendly as was his whole staff. Very friendly and fixed my dryer with in 30 minutes. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for appliances.

You can’t blame the pandemic for bad customer service. Don’t purchase anything that is special order. They will not let you know if your item is delayed. After three extra months of waiting for a dryer as a mother that had her dryer catch fire, if you happen to buy an item that is backordered from the pandemic they won’t refund your money because all sales are final. Expect to be treated poorly on the phone and your calls not to be returned. It has been a really long time since I have had such bad customer service. I wanted to support a small local business, but in this case I was so wrong.

We are ecstatic with the sale, delivery, and installation of our new washer and dryer from the team at Northern Nevada Appliance Outlet. When I had questions they had informed answers or looked them up on the spot. The delivery guys were very kind and even explained what to expect in the first few days of use and gave us a few tips.

Very friendly. Good selection of appliances. Appreciate that they are local. They were able to get my appliance delivered same day. No waiting two weeks. No dents, scratches, missing parts or anything. Very professional! Id recommend at least checking them out. You just might find what you want.. I did!

Bought from them a few years ago, had a great experience with the salesperson, Hank, who answered all my questions and accommodated delivery around my strange schedule at the time. The delivery guys were professional, helpful and knew what they were doing. Just went back last week when we needed a new fridge. Kyle was kind, friendly and informative. Great people, and a fair price. I stopped in to get a price on a new washer and drier for our daughters first house. My first time into the store and I was greeted right away and was shown the appliances that fit our budget. We needed a gas drier and they had one in stock. They checked prices at their competitors stores and knocked $10 off to price match home depot. They also threw in at no cost new washing machine hoses and gas drier hook up kit. We knocked out the paper work and the units were loaded up into my pickup truck. Home depot, lowes, sears and best buy dont stock appliances at their stores and you have to order them and have them delivered, which would cause me to take off a half a day of work minimum.I would recommend Norther Nevada Appliance Outlet to anyone looking to be treated fair and honestly. I will definitely give them my business in the future.

A few years back we purchased a stackable washer dryer combo for a very good price, less than 700. For 5 years or so weve had it and it ran great, however, just recently it started leaking. After doing much research and watching many videos, i confirmed it was the tub seal. Now the part itself is about 20 bucks, and the work to replace it isnt so hard, you just need to take almost everything apart but there are many videos. I called this place to order the tub seal, but on the phone, the guy sold me with getting it serviced. He claimed there was a one time 75 dollar fee, no labor costs, just pay for the part. So I scheduled a guy to come diagnose it. I already knew what was wrong, and when he came, he confirmed it, but he explained there would be labor fees. He also tried arguing with me as to what was wrong, at first, and how long it would take to fix. So since he thought there wasnt enough room in the house to fix it, which a YouTube video would easily disprove, he needed to take it to the wearhouse. When they called to schedule a pickup, they wanted to pick it up without an estimate. Their reasoning was they didnt know what was wrong with it, however the man who came out confirmed it was the tub seal. So after arguing with the lady on the phone, they gave me an estimate of 200. A little more than a 75 and part, but not too bad. So they picked it up, and the next day they called me and told me the estimate would jump to 800 DOLLARS. the reasoning was some water damage on some parts, and the fact he would need to break the whole spin basket to get to the tub seal, and a new basket would be over 300. Like I said I did my research and you do not have to break the basket, just oil up a bearing for a day and itll come easily off. He also claimed it would take 2 days to take apart for labor, where again, a YouTube video shows a full break down in 30 minutes. After arguing with the man named Fred, he finally gave in and said hed try it. Nonetheless, he was still firm on his 800 dollar estimate, even though some of the parts he said need fixing had nothing to do with what I wanted, all I wanted is the leak to be fixed. So by the end of this, I ended up with nothing but a pointless 75 dollar bill, with no work done to my washer, and a giant waste of time, even though I was assured on the phone it wouldnt be no where near that price. Even though I told many different people I was told one thing, it lied on death ears. It was really ridiculous going with these people, with 4 different people telling me 4 different things, and it seemed like they just wanted to take advantage of me from the get go. What started off as a good experience years ago had turned into a nightmare, and now Ill have to buy a new washer. If I can suggest anything, its not to go through these guys for service, they will stack on all sorts of pointless prices and fixes. With as many videos and how to guides on YouTube and Google nowadays, it simply isntworth the headache and hassle appliance outlet brings.

Clark and Hank at Northern Nevada Appliance Outlet were AMAZING! We just purchased a new dryer and range from them and they were so helpful and friendly. They answered all of our questions and it was a real quality experience. We will be referring all of our friends and family to them and we will be going to only them for our future purchases!

I purchased a foreclosure home in 2013 and had to do a complete remodel inside. I purchased ALL of my appliances from Northern Nevada Appliance Outlet and could not be more pleased. The salesmen, along with the owner Steve Reynolds, went out of their way to help me get the appliances I wanted within my budget. They were knowledgeable, professional, and fair. I was more than happy with the service I was given, the prices and the delivery. I have since referred both family and friends, and they too have recieved the same great service.

Very disappointed. We bought a washer here and the price was barely better than big box stores. We noticed when we unloaded it, there was water in the bottom. That told us it had probably been returned and fixed. We didnt get it hooked up right away as it was a second washer for us. We just got it hooked up today and it sounds like a freight train and is leaking. 400 dollars down the drain.

We bought three appliances from them. The salesman was a hoot and the delivery guys were great also. Appliances are perfect.

Very helpful. I went in to get a small washer for a rental and walked out with it the same day. They also do service calls.

Needed a refrigerator right away. Was told to be at the shop by 10AM before drivers left...the drive from my house is one hour said I could be there shortly after. When I arrived approx 10:08A Drivers had already left...they just left going to Dayton. So the man at first acted like well maybe we can deliver this today dont know I will try. If I had known this would not have dashed the one hour drive would have just waited or picked one out in Gardnerville to be delivered Monday. He was VERY pushy...but had gone all this way so chose a refer. then was told well we will try to get out there. I called back to the shop not even 20 minutes later to ask for the same model but the one without the damage to the front. Was told the refer was already on its way to me also told the scratches were repaired and it looks good. The men arrived took the old one out. I was cleaning the area where the old one had been and noticed by what I could hear they hadnt taken it out the door yet. Walked around the corner they were trying to get it through the door, the doors of the refer with handles were still on it. Were trying again to get it out continued discussion of what to do one of them said I measured and thought it would fit...I suggested taking the front door off...then they decided after trying again to get it out to take the refer doors off. I did not go out the front door for a few hours after they left. When I did noticed they hadnt put the heavy bench back where it had been then walking back into the house noticed the frame around the door had two gouged areas, paint completely gone. The front door paint had been scraped off in a couple places and the metal door was actually dented where the scrapes were. Walked back in and looked at the wall behind the door and the door knob had been jammed into the wall when they were trying to force the refer out the door. Was so upset but it was now after 5P and the place is closed for the weekend. Very upset by this whole experience. Therepair to the scratches...thin scratches yet the paint used is 1/2 wide over most of the area yet there are a couple tiny areas where you can see it was entirely missed ...I would have rather done this myself looks like a child did it. The sales person was VERY pushy. When I said after arriving and getting there as quickly as possible and him acting like he was going out of his way to get the refer to me...yet the delivery people must have left with it within 10 minutes of my leaving the store.

The delivery guys took a piece of rat poison out from behind my old fridge and put it on my counter top next to of fruit bowl,my 4 yr old son found the poison and started sucking on it,went in to tell the people at northern Nevada appliance outlet and they denied it asking how I knew it was the one from behind the old fridge. If you have kids watch out for this place!!!!!
