The mechanic who worked on my garage door when I couldnt get it to open. He knew what it was as soon as he looked at the door. He replaced the tension spring which was initially the issue as well as installed some missing hardware and replaced the roller bearings. He got the job done super quick, did a great job and even showed me how to fix the sensors if they ever become misaligned. Id highly recommend this company!

Wow, these are the people you want working on your garage door! Ron is highly, highly knowledgeable.

Called at 7pm for immediate repair. Scheduler didn’t have anyone available for an emergency callout but was able to squeeze me in from 8-10am for $35 just to come out and diagnose. Tech shows up at 7am, while I’m about to start a workout class 15 min away and says he won’t be able to fit me in later because he’s going to Ft. Worth next. (I’m flying out for work at 11 so this is urgent). I send him a photo of the loose cable and he says it’s an $850 fix and believes the spring is broken. Funny because i just opened the garage remotely. Also, the garage stayed up in the halfway position when manually pulling it up. A simple google search shows that a broken spring wouldn’t allow this. I leave my class, $20 cancellation fee and head home. I remotely opened the garage so he could start working and arrive 12 min later. On the drive home I’m talking to other garage companies and they’re outraged he’s charging me $850, based on the fact that the home is a year old and pictures I sent of the cables loose around the pulley. When I arrived I told him to stop working. Also noticing that he’s halfway parked in my newly laid sod (that you’re not supposed to walk on, let alone drive on), and half in my neighbors grass. He claimed he was trying to be nice by giving me a place to park in my driveway. Use your brain! Get off my lawn. He starts telling me that’s it’s 69.99 for his emergency callout. No, emergency would’ve been last night. 8-10 is normal business hours. Then he says that he’s feeling nice so he’ll only charge me $49.99. He starts telling me a sob story about how he left his family early this morning for an emergency callout and can’t believe I’m not going to pay him. The best part? I’m about to hand him my credit card saying I will pay the $35 that I was quoted and he snarkily says he’s going to just charge me 49.99 anyways. I took my card back and walked off into my house. He came back around 5 min later.. I was in my front yard parking my car and he said his boss sent him back to get payment. I gave him a check since he threatened to charge more than what was agreed. It was an overall scary interaction... I was starting to wonder if he was going to physically fight me for his 49.99. He was so unprofessional and argumentative. Don’t let them fraud you into replacing your entire garage when Blake and Sons garage doors came an hour later and fixed the issue (tightening cables) in 5 minutes for $89.00. By reading the other reviews I’m shocked that so many have given 5 stars, but it also appears that the techs name was Ron and that’s not who I had. I’d give them 0 stars but that wasn’t an option. The manager was supposed to call and discuss refunding my money yesterday... still crickets. Also, the repairman that ended up fixing it said that he could’ve replaced the entire system including a new door for only $100 over what SGD was going to make me pay. Worst experience in a very long time. Needless to say, I do not recommend. The only positive experience was a younger girl on the customer service end that was super apologetic and genuinely seemed to care about my awful experience.

Did a good job for a small repair. Once they got here, work was very quick and at a fair price. Tech was nice and polite, easy to talk to. However, my only complaint was the lateness and lack of communication from the main office. Made an appointment from 10-2 today. I called about 12:30 and asked for an update, was told theyd contact the tech and call me back. No call back, but they finally showed up after 3. Sounds like they had an issue at the previous job (and thats totally understandable) but would appreciate an update though if youre late. I would recommend them on all other points, but maybe if youre not in a hurry or have a limited schedule.

My garage door suddenly stopped working and less than 24 hours later, Sean came by and fixed it quickly. He was super pleasant, and it was easy to schedule the appointment. The Supreme team are clearly experts at all things garage doors and I’m so grateful!

We called to get a broken spring replaced on my garage door at home. Sean convinced my wife that we needed two springs. Final cost on this was $487.13 and the door wouldnt close without getting in a bind. He came back out and told me my garage door opener needed to be replaced. After dealing with this for a week, Ron came out and added a strut to enforce the aluminum door so it would close. This came with an additional cost of $169.56. Total cost $656.69 to replace a spring. I replaced a spring on a door at my previous home for $350.00 four years ago. Edit: The door only had and needed one spring to begin with. Im not sure why the wife was pressured to add an additional spring which was not needed.

Ron did great!

The start of the process was fine and Sunday service was a plus as our garage door spring broke late Friday night. I was quoted $65 to $149 for a new spring plus labor. This is when it went downhill. The quote for the new spring by the technician went to $275 as our house “needed” a commercial grade spring. The spring that broke was residential and original with our 1992 house. I rejected the $275 and asked the technician to leave but he managed to get the spring price down to $150. The office person and manager refused to support their original quote. Seemed like bait and switch to me. The technician completed the work but too much stress for what should have been a straight forward job.

My garage door was only going halfway up. I called SGD at 9 a.m. and Shawn from SGD arrived at 11 a.m. He walked me through his assessment of the problem. He indicated a number of possibilities and asked for a few minutes to talk with his team. 10 minutes later he had one of my springs tightened and the garage door was fully functiona againl. Great service and skill. Thank you Shawn.

So far, I’m disappointed with the service. The tech came out, measured for a new door and promised installation the following Monday. After getting quotes from other companies, they agreed on $1375 with a high pressure sales tactic. Monday comes and the tech shows up telling me he messed up the measurements and I need a custom door that will now cost me $1575 and be installed Friday at the latest. Thursday if I was lucky. Friday comes and no one shows. I called about every two hours being promised a response and at one point was told the installers had told them they were on the way. At close to 5 pm the tech calls again and says they can’t come until Saturday between 12 and 2. With all the mess ups, I think they should eat the additional cost as that wasn’t my fault. They’re supposed to be the experts and know how to do something as simple as measure a door.They missed two installation dates, are charging me for their mistake, and seem to be using high pressure and bait/switch sales tactics. Instead of having access to my garage as promised, I’ve been a week without and could have had another company do it for a lower price and faster. I will never recommend them to anyone and won’t be using them again. Be aware of their failure to meet anything they promise if you use them.

Supreme garage door did an outstanding job on my garage door. We recently got it fixed and tuned up with a different company. They messed a couple things up. Our garage door finally gave up and fell from the tracks. The spring broke as well. We called supreme garage door on a Saturday and they came within the hour and fixed everything. Jeff was amazing he explained everything from start to finish. At the end he told me everything he did which was very very helpful. He went over cost and the price was very reasonable! I really appreciate their promote and and honest service! I would definitely use them in the future!

Sean came over to my house to fix my garage door as it was off the track. the other guy who fixed it last didnt do the installation correctly as he didnt screw the braces to studs in the wall so they came loose over time. he told me that would last a lifetime and i believed him. sean came and did the job right, he screwed the braces into the studs so now it is very sturdy. replaced some worn parts as its been a long time. told me to do a little bit of maintenance every few months so the parts will last longer. very friendly guy did a great job extremely satisfied with the work he did cant recommend them enough.
