Best window company Ever!! I definitely recommend.

Not only does our company, C&C Exteriors LLC, install Burris Windows in our clients homes...we have them in our own home. We could have installed any other manufacturer but our only choice was the Burris Tectview. Why? Because of quality of the window, the proffessional staff and honest ownership that always does the right thing.

I have been with Burris Windows for approx 40 years. One thing continues to amaze me each time I do business with them....they take very good care of me and I see them taking great care of their other customers as well. They are number 1 with me and it is because they have earned it. From the people inside to the people outside, customer service is a major priority. I feel like their window program is far superior than most and I feel good using their windows for my customers. Keep up the good work Burris Windows. Maybe we can do it another 40 years!!

As a Burris dealer ( Ray & Hamil, Inc. ) I can say that this is a great company to work with. They produce a high quality product at competitive pricing. The inside and outside sales team are very helpful and completely knowledgeable about the product.. Their online quoting and order entry is very easy to use ( with a little training ). Deliveries are on time and their delivery team is very helpful. Warranty needs are seldom needed but when there is a problem it is handled efficiently and quickly.

I can never understand a business that wont return calls or email. Guess theyve made enough money for the year and are done.

My contractor installed single hung, argon, double pane, low e, in my home. Couldnt be more happy with the pricing, the look, the efficiency rating and the fact that they are a local family owned company.

I got burris ac single hung windows with 366 glass with ardon gas.they were installed by daltex.. I absolutely love them .. obviously my electric bill went down .. but honestly the 1st thing I noticed was how much quieter they were compared to my aluminum double pane windows I had beforeId give me 6 out of 5 stars

Staff wise, terrible. I dont know what lady is at the front desk. She has a very delicate voice but I asked her if she could please get a hold of a worker from there for me, instead she says to hold on and transferrs me to another line where it rang and rang with no reply.

Great windows with a great crew of friendly people helping along the way if you need them.

I have dealt with many window vendors (Alside, WestEnd, Nix, etc.) and you get used to certain frustrations. We can deal directly with Burris, upload directly into the system, eliminating hidden errors that if the contractor does not catch has to pay for (COUGH, COUGH, WESTEND, COUGH). The loading staff are friendly and attentive... They actually look like they have some happiness and hope in their lives, and do not seem to mind when you come to pickup product, again something very rare in the window industry. The windows are great for their price, and the build quality is better than many manufacturers. Finally the glass comes with a protective shrink wrap plastic, so when the job is complete, you leave the homeowner with spotless glass. This attention to detail and consideration reflects on the entire company and product line.
