Ordered new part on the 25th of July. Finally got a used part on the 6th of August. (Was told “we can have it in a couple days”.) Now I have to send back the used part before they send a new part. My profits on this job just evaporated. I fear my customer is next. Avoid these people at all costs. Otherwise put some extra time and money on anything they claim.
